Done the status check says no problems said box was on standby. I did get a flicker of a program for less than a minute then no signal.

The process still isn’t sorted out lm being charged incorrectly and it won’t be put right until complaints sort it out. I’m still waiting for complaints the service for broadband and the customer is poor and very stressful

The original appointment was the 21st and her TV service has been down for well over a week.

VM's script always saying reboot etc.. Funny though following reporting an issue a week ago I suddenly recorded 256mbs for an hour then it slowly drops to normal! First ever hitting supply.
