    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @virginmedia Yes this was after I reset. I have been trying a hub reset regularly and it doesn’t help. How do I check the package I am on? Im not sure.

    @virginmedia absolutely awful customer service,no internet since Wed,promised by an engineer a new router would be delivered today,rang again this morning given a tracking num for Yodel,rang yodel they know nothing,spoke again to a Virgin assistant,absolutely no empathy even

    @virginmedia You can stick that. I suggest you fix the connection I’ve been having for weeks now, I can’t even load anything on my phone in the rook directly below. Before you ask I’ve done all the tests too then never heard back from you.

    Hi @virginmedia still trying to cancel, nearly 4 days in now. No answer at 150 been In a 'live chat' since 930am nothing doing there. I wish to cancel, now. Failing that my direct debits will be stopped as of tomorrow.

    @virginmedia I've been on for nearly 9 hours trying to complain or cancel. Nobody answers the phone. I got put through to retention at 1030 am still no reply on chat and its now disconnected me. I'm cancelling my direct debit.

    I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

    @virginmedia Thanks. I found the chatbot hidden away on one of the upgrade pages and resolved. Hopefully you are upgrading the website and ways to contact you because it is very poor at present.
