@virginmedia I’ve been having issues with my wifi since I got it last year and now we’ve been talked into getting a “pod” for an extra £5 p/m only for the guy to say it still doesn’t guarantee wifi speed. Whatever you lot are smoking please quit.

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

@virginmedia @m1kewh1te83 Well you see i have asked multiple times for a replacement HUB and told i was not allowed a HUB 4 unless i bought your 1Gbps service. Now why would i buy that if your current services are down regularly and wont replace my hub? Twice in the same week it has been down!!

@virginmedia Apparently not to bad today and ok at present. Concern is that it keeps dropping out causing problems especially during the day when my wife is working to an extent that she has decided to go to her office on Tuesday to allow her to run a teams meeting
