Country being on lockdown....no problem, in the garden tending to the fruit and Veg, keeping safe and isolating....no problem, going shopping for my dad who’s 93....no problem, not being able to watch Netflix because Virgin media is ****..big problem @virginmedia @richardbranson

@virginmedia I'm an existing customer, I've been with you for coming up 2 years. The colleague I dealt with was so unhelpful and just told me to call back on the 16th. I have a back up plan anyway as I've just spoken to sky and can get a 80mb for £25. I can afford the 20mb loss for £34 saving

@AmberDowning @virginmedia I have the same issue a old blue yonder email address, can’t set up a new account even when still with virgin, they are suppose to update account 3 days but still not correct or receiving emails 3 people I’ve spoken two and they all been useless. @virginmedia The service cuts out time to time then the router reboots itself. Spoke to your technical team and they tell me I need to buy an Ethernet cable etc. As far I’m concerned, my part of deal is to pay my bill, anything else to do with the service is your issue.

.@virginmedia Do you really think it's okay to change someone's WiFi password without even telling them? It's bad enough you don't understand security so badly that your forced password "strength" is going to be causing people to use insecure passwords, but this is something else
