    @virginmedia It's not an issues according to the site. It's working on wired connections. I'll be looking for compensation after this. If the costomer tells you there's a problem then take their word they're the ones paying you, why would they spend money other than to get what they pay for.

    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia sent a hub 4, it had the wrong power supply, have to wait for a new one, now you have deactivated my hub 3 and I have no internet. 5 hours of calls later, still no internet. Complaint form sent, issue closed with "get technical help". can't we escalate or getresolved

    Anyone else have issues with @virginmedia? Shocked to hear that if they fail to deliver the Broadband service speed subscribed to (and there's no penalty to them if they dont), the compensation you get is being allowed to cancel your service with them!! Think about that... 🤔🤔🤔

    Internet from @virginmedia Edinburgh EH10 very slow or intermittent since ~11:30. Modem rebooted, connection check as OK, service status shows as OK. Wired connection.

    @virginmedia you really need to get better second line support when I'm having issues port forwarding and your team do not understand the software built into your router and what it does this is a joke all I need is a second static ip address port forwarding
