@virginmedia Unbelievably poor service! My broadband and phone line cut off by your contractors without so much as a basic check that the cable was providing service. Now got to wait days for service to be restored.

@virginmedia I have reported it at about 11.45 this morning. Wasn't given a fault reference, told a ticket had been raised and I would get a message to my mobile from field support engineers but it might be days before anything can be done. Heard nothing yet. Also raised a complaint as this..

@virginmedia No known issues, there was on 28/04, same thing signal cutting out, supposedly fixed 29/04, but since then there were brief signal losses a couple times a day every day, another known issue raised 06/05 fixed the same day, yesterday had no problems, but today issue is worse

@virginmedia is a case of complete incompetence by your engineers. Complaint reference is COM103375838. Have had no contact. What you can do is find out why a manager authorised a live cable being cut and get the engineers back to reinstate my service.

@virginmedia Thank you, yes, I just called them after it happened again! They are sending a technician out to see if the area fault from last Sunday has caused an issue on my line, as this issue only started then, a tech is coming out on Tuesday

@Bluhawk1875 @vmbusiness Hope not! Maddening thing is they were working next door to tidy up the awful cabling job they'd done when they replaced our cable, the guy rang his boss about what to do with the badly installed cable and was just told to cut it! No check to see if it was live!!!

@virginmedia It is a media issue, I sent off the documents over a month ago confirming new account holder , no reply or confirmation this has been actioned at all. Weeks on end trying to sort one issue that should be easy is unacceptable

@virginmedia It’s media. I have sent off the details to change account holder name and heard nothing back it has been over 2 weeks, can’t get anywhere when i contact your call centre. I need a change to our services and need support with this

@virginmedia I was told I needed something called a Plume over the phone. I get good speed downstairs but not upstairs. I was told a Plume would fix it but was told they could not send me one as they had none in stock. It takes over an hour to talk to a human. Would like a direct number

@virginmedia I did yes it says no known issues for my area. The router is about 6yrs old now though. The reason I ask about the devices is I’m struggling to connect my ring door bell to my WiFi but it connects to my neighbours WiFi fine so thought it could be congested

@virginmedia I never consented to be contacted for Marketing. I’ve registered with TPS both my landline and mobile. So I should not be receiving these types of calls in the first place.
