@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

Cancelling my broadband with @virginmedia after ridiculous price increases every month. Cannot believe how RUDE the guy on the phone was when I told him I still wanted to cancel. Absolutely shocking attitude .. made my decision to leave SO much easier!!

I will definitely be ending my TV Contract with #VirginMedia at the earliest opportunity, I am sick to death of watching stupid adverts on #DiscoveryTV Channels and it’s the same ones every damn time! If the #TLC Channel didn’t exist then it wouldn’t be so bad! 🤬

@virginmedia my Internet wasn't working this morning. I have tried the service status which tells me to wait 24 hours. I have reset my hub, factory reset my hub and the light on the hub is white but no device is working. Followed all your guides online too.
