Sick of having issues with my Wi-Fi!! At least a couple times a day the router starts flashing and won’t connect anyone in my house to it! Internet speeds are slow all the time 😡 @virginmedia sort it out

@virginmedia Yes, everyone is sorry and everyone understands but no one wants to help. I still haven’t cancelled and you ask me to pay early cancellation fees after raising the prices. If not talking about the current contract I stayed a customer for almost 4 years even with the abuse I got.

@virginmedia The first agent was so rude the second very helpful said she hoped she had sorted the dates of my contract and the bill. But as yet the bill for March hasn’t changed l have no idea what is happening with the complaints. I’m so worn down by it all.

@virginmedia Work iver gets rebooked for just nobody turns up . Every time I call pre installations they iver put the phone down on me or just give me silly answers and don't want to pass me through to management . I'm ment to be up and running Tuesday but I put money on it not happening
