    @virginmedia The broadband has been off two or three times today again and is off at the moment. I’m sick of this now as both myself and the wife work from home. I’m currently looking at cancelling and alternate providers. The service was fine until Wednesday last week when you did an update

    @AksTailor @virginmedia When I had some issues like that I haggled a month or two of free Internet from Virgin until the issue was resolved. Convincing them to do that took an infuriating number of phone calls but it was a satisfactory outcome, I've stuck with them.

    @virginmedia The first member I spoke to had no interest in helping and they were on the retentions team. I told her I’d call back as she wasn’t willing to help and she said it was fine (great response) then I couldn’t get back through and was told to ring today. 2 hours on the phone in total

    @virginmedia I have called that number, again, several times, only to get the automated message saying “Sorry you’re still having intermittent problems…We’ve already text you a help link”. Said links are then either dead or just show the same message as the previous picture! 🤯🤯🤯

    @virginmedia The estimated fix date keeps moving! This has been going on since December 2020. Every month the fix date gets pushed yet I’m expected to pay more money! I’m an NHS worker, working from home and currently connected to my phone hotspot as yet again, the internet has dropped out!

    @virginmedia That says there are no issues in my area and yet I can't see any neighbouring hubs either. I've unplugged and replugged the hub back in, and all the cables are connected properly. Why can't I speak to anyone in your faults dept?

    @virginmedia Im wired and I have had connection issues where it will run very slow and it will just cut off randomly, this is happening to my family aswell! It doesn't help as some of us work from home and this is what we get when we were promised better!

    @virginmedia It tells me that there is an issue but doesn’t tell me when it’ll be fixed. Why does the web service not provide the same info as the phone service? Surely you’d update one with the other?
