I think @virginmedia are attempting to outdo @TUIUK for the worst customer services . I’ve spent 45 mins on hold so far waiting to speak to a human . Doesn’t beat 3 and half hours trying Tui but bless Virgin they’re trying. Just appalling 👍

@virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

@virginmedia I’m absolutely disgusted with the mobile messaging chat. I have been trying since 11:30am to speak to an advisor and still not getting anywhere. I’d now like to cancel my new order as I am disgusted with the customer service for a new mobile customer!!!

@virginmedia and the broadband has gone down again. Every day around midday. Phone app has problems reaching servers, web service status says my broadband is good. Router flashing or sorts of green lights.

@virginmedia Been on phone nearly 2 hours with u. Put on hold. New broadband 1gb plugged in and getting 200mb Virginmedia refuse to believe their own speed test online. Btw it looks a used router they care not.Are they worst? or are there worse media co's out there. Answer phone!
