@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

@virginmedia My broadband isn’t working. it said there was no issue in my area, then when adding my surname it said there was a known issue and a technician is dealing with it with an estimated fix time of 16:00 today, now it says they know of no issue and it we need to book a technician?

@virginmedia I have had no broadband in G75 8 area of East Kilbride since 10.30pm on 3/11. We've had 4 rolling fix times which now says 14.15 today. tried your WhatsApp - told you are not taking anymore fault reports. Can you give honest fix time please?

@virginmedia Received Hub5 yesterday and just set it up. Went on the settings page to rename the network and password to my hub3 so everything would auto connect. Says can take up to 5 mins. That was about 15 mins ago and it’s still just spinning and no connection, Any tips?

@virginmedia I will need to know as to when would you be able to determine that you can’t service my area. The properties before us, 3 houses are having Internet services. They say blockage is at No. 1 and this has been the case since 21st October!
