@virginmedia Well you say it will be fixed by 10:30pm but two weekends in a row is not great service, doubt we will get any refunds for lack of service

@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

@virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

@virginmedia I'm wondering how many of your customers are having the same experiencing but they are in lockdown alone and no telephone service . I'm lucky I dont live alone my elderly Dad does it would be terrible if he couldn't speak to his family.

@virginmedia Yes, and end up on hold , I don't work from home so have a very limited timeframe after work to contact you. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or at least arrange a call back .

@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia Hi, I spoke to two people (after waits) who couldn’t help me. I was transferred and eventually an automated voice told me you were too busy and to try again. I was then cut off. So after 1hr 3m of my life that I will never get back, no progress! Pls suggest a better option!

@virginmedia I have had several issues.The main one is getting through. Four times I waited up to an hour. I am staggered that this company has such poor comms in place for customers. I would leave but am in contact Please don’t blame covid.I haven’t missed a days work because of it

@virginmedia And that's on top of the 2 weeks it's already been since I placed the order. After several years with sky, I've ready spent far longer on the phone, experienced several very poorly trained call center workers and had far more problems with virgin media and I'm not even connected.

@virginmedia I then received an email with the wrong package. I called back and spoke to someone who said they couldn’t apply the correct deal so would ask a manager to issue a rolling credit for the duration of the contract and I would receive an email once completed. This didn’t happen. 2/
