Yasmin 🍹 (@YasminMHx) reported from Oakengates, England@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃
-

Chris Smith (@ChrisMDSmith79) reported from Hadley, England@StroescuGabriel @SamWall59028621 @xxIndyRef2xx @virginmedia That is why you should never use wifi. I have 3PCs, 2 consoles plus 2 x 4k TVs with V6 boxes. I use Cat6 on my PC and console (the rest is cat5) ethernet cabled into my own router, then into my Hub3 in modem mode. Chris Smith (@ChrisMDSmith79) reported from Hadley, England@Qxater @Vivid_Web @xxIndyRef2xx @virginmedia That is all to do with the routing used. Baring in mind the entire back bone of the UK internet is controlled by the post office/BT Openwoe, so anyone piggy backing over BT would have a better ping. BUT ping is not the only issue. Being a gamer, give me VM 350 gaming pack over BT

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Ali@Makely (@MakelyStudio) reported10+ years. 50M+ users. £11M+ revenue impact. Mercedes. Citibank. Sky. Virgin Media. NatWest. Here's what I learned: Bad product flows can cost thousands, or even millions, in lost revenue. Regardless of company size. What kills conversions in big-name products does the same for startups: - Onboarding that loses people in the first 60 secs - Pricing pages that confuse instead of convert - Sign-up flows that cause decision fatigue I’ve seen that when you fix these - you get more from the traffic you already have. Now I build those same systems for funded startups - so they keep the users they've already paid to get.
-
Rachel (@_xr4ch3l) reported@virginmedia complaints dept, how does this even work? I raised a complaint about my house move/disconnection and you've closed it as 'resolved to my satisfaction' - despite zero response from you. Impressive. Didn't even have to lift a finger!
-

-
Duncan Waugh (@waughzone) reported@dobbin1957 @virginmedia I struggle to get any communication from @virginmedia at all but then, when they did communicate, it contained blatant lies saying they had fixed the issue and an engineer had been out (neither of those things happened).

A.Brown (@_DundeePerfect_) reported@paulveness1974 @virginmedia I think that many peoples problems stem from using wifi, everything I have connected to the Internet, TVs and PC are hard wired, i never have a problem.
