    Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

    @virginmedia He wasn't helpful, just told me again how much my bill was going to be and when it was due. Not helping resolve my issue at all. Our call ended and I've submitted the complaint online.

    @virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

    @virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

    @virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

    @virginmedia Yes, and end up on hold , I don't work from home so have a very limited timeframe after work to contact you. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or at least arrange a call back .

    @virginmedia No, this is the sky sports app. Have tried this and it doesn't work. Appalling service and clearly a wider known issue. Can I expect a Refund for the lack of access to the service I'm paying for?

    @virginmedia I am in and endless loop trying to sign into my sky sports app getting error IDF-12B. I can't get to actually speak to someone as your automated call decision tree is so bad. I'm paying for a service I can't currently access. Totally unacceptable

    @virginmedia your customer service is appalling. Nearly 5 hrs of phone calls in a month to try and sort my account, from the incorrect package, inability to link my virgin media/O2 ID to my account number to watch Virgin TV Go to now promised phone calls that don’t materialise

    @virginmedia Hi, I'm still having problems logging into my sky sports app on my phone. I can watch every channel on the TV go app for virgin media including TNT sports but it still won't allow me to view sky sports.
