Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia I am in and endless loop trying to sign into my sky sports app getting error IDF-12B. I can't get to actually speak to someone as your automated call decision tree is so bad. I'm paying for a service I can't currently access. Totally unacceptable

@virginmedia Yes...but it doesn't go into mine. I had to sort out a new Virgin media/O2 login, download the app, get a message ten times to Gmail to click on, get a code to my phone, put in account information and get access to my husband's account!
