@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

@virginmedia twice I have called you now, trying to cancel my contract. 50 and 90minute phone calls just to be hung up on!! I’m cancelling the direct debit. Just try and charge me and I will be charging you the cost of my phone bill that you wasted my time with!!!

Call number 25 with @virginmedia after the service desk hung up on my after I waited 30 mins to connect and then when I did get through put my on hold and then hung up 😭😬😬 on your call number 26

@virginmedia Yes, and end up on hold , I don't work from home so have a very limited timeframe after work to contact you. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel or at least arrange a call back .

@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

So @virginmedia @virginhelp I have spoken to the webchat who told me to call the helpdesk. Helpdesk have told me to write a letter. WILL ANYONE HELP ME!??? I will write to Rachel Barrass but not going to really help when the debt collectors arrive.

@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia All devices, yes, but the hub is inconsistent -- for shorter, intermittent downtimes (e.g. right now), the light doesn't change and the hub reports no errors, but TCP/IP traffic just fails. For longer downtimes, it's green light and connection errors on the hub's status page.

@virginmedia I phoned today & was told things would be looked into as after making an error & disconnecting me in July, the home move team failed to cancel services on my move date! I was told I would be called back. That was at 11.50am today & still no call🤔 not sure how @Virgin can charge

@virginmedia just switched from hub 3 m200 to hub 4 gig1 yesterday around 5pm and the network speed has be between 80-500m. Does it take a while for gig1 to take effect as I don't see why I'm paying for the upgrade if I'm not getting the minimum speed promised

@virginmedia so can’t watch the championship tonight. Goes to BT…. Exactly same problem can’t use red button here either. I think you need to sort your red button and sort my bill as this isn’t good enough
