@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@virginmedia I tried that and it’s what sends me in a never ending loop. The page yesterday attested to issues which the five emails from Virgin today confirmed were fixed. All I want to do is report a fault & I can’t. It needs investigating.

@virginmedia I do not want an engineer. I want everything disconnected and for virgin to cancel contract fee free. I can just stop paying and wait for bailiff letters then take you to small claims court with all my evidence for the last how many years!!! Judging by Twitter I am not alone
