@virginmedia your self help checks to resolve faults is INFURIATING ! Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

@virginmedia My home telephone line has been out of service for 10+ days . An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

@virginmedia can you please tell me how to ensure that you cancel my contract? I have tried since June! I’ve moved out and you keep on sending me bills and notices of not paying! The chat is useless as no one actually helps! It then disconnects! So disappointed.

Hi Twitter friends. Virgin Media contract ends soon. They have offered £80 for 200mb broadband and basic TV package and all sports channels. Sky (as a new customer) slightly cheaper at £75. Is it worth the agro of changing? Who is best? TIA

@virginmedia @colinevo If you looked at the issues people are having & tried to make your system robust enough to counteract them, you may not have such busy phone lines. If you offered decent deals to existing customers you wouldn't have to employ people to lie & cheat their way to remaining with you.

@Rab_Dickson1 @virginmedia I spent 17 days in a row with that crap from VM. Then my wife got through to the 'threatening to cancel the service' dept, got to speak to a human being within ten mins., & an engineer was out next day.
