An engineer came to fix it Friday (last) 30th said fault was with service and would be repaired by Monday 2nd Nov. I've left numerous requests for response on website but no reply!

Run test on equipment but still a fault on home phone line but cant book an engineer !! I've had a "chat" with a robot and now just have to hope cyberspace is listening !!

I’m on my 30 day cooling off period and I’m looking at going with communityfibre. I’ll probably look at getting my dad to cancel his move to Virgin Media too.
