@virginmedia £44.80 package change for a change we didn't agree to. Also, Advisor#3 has had me on hold for about 10/15 mins now and he's just accidentally "unhold" me whilst he was making himself a cuppa tea, sounded like he said "****" then put me back on hold again. 🙃

@virginmedia after reporting issues with my VM hub4 where the 5Ghz channel reverts to channel 108 it has come to my attention that this is being experienced by others. I’ve had to fact reset then manually change it to Ch40/48 then rename 2.4&5 so that my wife’s system can log 1/2

@virginmedia He wasn't helpful, just told me again how much my bill was going to be and when it was due. Not helping resolve my issue at all. Our call ended and I've submitted the complaint online.

@virginmedia 2/2 to her system that has Gvt system level security for 5Ghz will then revert back to one name for both and also revert to Ch108 making connection to 5Ghz unavailable. My router was refreshed by service, monitoring 24hrs, waiting on Hub5. Others are exp same fault..

@virginmedia No issues found but it's been constantly dropping all day. That's with doing everything it says on the website. I don't really want to sit through 45 mins of being on hold to be told that nothing is wrong like previous times.

Yet another failure by @talktalk. After yet more phone calls, no one at TalkTalk is wiling to take ownership of my problem. All I want to do is take my landline number to @Virginmedia at my new address. Talktalk are totally incompetent. No one is actually try to help.

@virginmedia The issue is the fact that I told your agent not to change/increase anything and he said OK not going to make any changes. I got a bill of over £70 when I am supposed to be paying around £60. I'm fed up going to look for another provider today!!!!

@virginmedia Well 24 hours later onto someone who asks why leaving. I asked to be put through to someone who can terminate my contract so instead I get a bundle offer. He cant terminate so now on the long wait for customer relations who I bet also cant terminate.

@virginmedia Yes constantly our connection drops more than once. All different times. We have to turn router off router on and off sometimes more than once. Called many times, some have never been answered. Monitored the last time. No feedback. Still have the issue.

@virginmedia It hasn't just caused frustration, it could cause serious trouble. My parents don't have mobile phones as they are fairly old. If I'm out and something happens to them, who are they going to call? They have no line! Over a month! That link doesn't work, jesus christ!

@virginmedia It is intermittent drop out - sometimes shows up on yr system. It’s an AREA problem. We’ve had network engineers out no one can locate problem. Multiple streets & homes. We are recording all the chats & outages & will send to @virginmedia CEO soon. UNACCEPTABLE @MoneyTelegraph
