    I sincerely hope @EE have fixed their issues. No service at all yesterday which is unacceptable. Paying a ridiculous amount each month for data I barely use right now, until needed yesterday with @virginmedia ongoing issues and you failed to step up. Sort it out please! 😤

    @virginmedia have the worst customer service in the world. Reported a fraud case to them 2 months ago and they have done nothing with it. You call there call centre and they just hang up on you. Great work guys 👍🏻

    @virginmedia No… its been happening for weeks and instead of sending someone down in area to investigate its always the same “ i dont see an error on my side” well yeah bcus the internet is intermittent it drops in & out and multiple households have complained about this
