    @virginmedia any reason why it’s taking you 4 hours to fix a problem in our area. This is the service you expect us as existing customers to pay through the nose for. But when we ring up and complain you say your deals are for new customers only!

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @virginmedia 1/2 It’s with all devices, we’ve tried everything, we’ve reset, we’ve turned everything off and on again, we’ve switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and back again … it’s … just … so … slow! 😫😫😫 And I don’t get why we should need to be IT experts to get a good service …

    @virginmedia I’ve had to relive telling your teams over 9 times my grandpa died, we sold the house, cancel services. I’ve had the phone put down on me, transferred numerous times, it’s been over a DAY now of back + forth, and it’s still not sorted. Anger is an understatement. 🤬

    @virginmedia Absolute shocking , your customer service just read from a script put in India and are worse then robots they don’t listen and just wait to say the next line on thier list nearly 4 hours and 15 people later I cancelled my installation which was suppose to take place today
