@virginmedia It took over 50 mins to get through to receive no relevant assistance or guidance. However no problem in taking the DD of £100 every month !!

@virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

@virginmedia We've been constantly ringing and put on hold. Spoke to 1 person for a hour and they transfered us to someone else who could help. That person didn't have a clue about what had happened to us and had to explain the situation again. It keeps happening.
