    @virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

    @virginmedia Thanks for you lack of response @virginmedia, obviously customer support or helping out my 86 year old mother who lives alone get her phone back and working is not a priority to you, maybe @SkyHelpTeam will be more helpful when I call them tomorrow, disgraceful customer service

    @virginmedia They haven’t said they are fixing it, they are saying there is something up with the on demand, can you please report this issue so it gets looked at, I’ve tried every which way to make contact and only twitter is replying. Please send this on. And send an engineer

    @virginmedia An explanation of the problem and what is being done would be a good start for customer service. Right now that’s sadly lacking. I hope there will be a £ reduction in the bill for the lack of service??

    @SpaceX Not bad. Virgin media charges me £60/month for 350mbps/s. The only downside with starlink could be bad latency and lots of timeouts when it is cloudy/rains.
