    @virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

    @virginmedia They haven’t. They don’t know anything. Just tell me that it’s an external issue. No idea what it is. Tell me it will be fixed on a date. It doesn’t get fixed and date gets pushed back. Happened 6-8 times since mid-August. Told me on Monday that everything was good for tomorrow.

    Another day, same problem with @virginmedia. There are loads of people unable to use the services you provide and haven’t been able to for days. Either your engineers are the most incompetent bunch of people ever or you don’t actually know what the problem is.

    @virginmedia I received an email telling me our broadband was going to be faster. It’s literally never been slower. Amazon won’t load and Netflix won’t work properly aswell as the internet taking a longer to load.

    @virginmedia I finally got my contract cancelled. If “Peter” had actually listened to me instead of trying to control the conversation, none of this would have been necessary. He ended up losing you a customer. Unless he has a serious attitude adjustment, I won’t be the only one he costs you.
