@virginmedia ...that I would have to pay for the remainder of the contract if the service wasn’t available. I’ve been lied to, misled and have now been issues a bill for a service it is physically impossible for me to use. And all because Virgin don’t have the capacity to provide the service

@BenJolly9 I don't particularly like Branson and think his behaviour has been poor during covid but he doesn't own or make decisions in relation to virgin media. I think they pay him a fee to use the virgin branding.

@virginmedia The lack of follow through and ownership of the problem is awful. @virginmedia should be doing all they can to support keyworkers not pushing them around 4 virtual departments and leaving them on hold for 2 hours only to say it isn't possible.
