@virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

@virginmedia Your service is beyond pathetic. This is as good as false advertising...we disconnect multiple times a night, takes ages to buffer anything and when an engineer came round he told us it was because we had metal in our walls. You can put WiFi on f'ing trains.
