    @virginmedia Hi they returned back to full service early this morning we have issue with the broadband though still I live in small bungalow and we unable to connect to the internet I rang several times with the same issue my neighbours have been having issue to connecting to WiFi

    @virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

    @virginmedia Hopefully it's been dealt with today !! There is a formal complaint supposedly in ref unauthorised package change yesterday. So I shall await a response from that. Tbh it's been an utter shambles. 2nd time in couple of months ! To which I'm not impressed. Shouldn't have happened

    @virginmedia It was cancelled incorrectly on Friday. We asked for reconnection yesterday and we're told it would happen within 24h but called again today and it had been cancelled for some reason so hopefully it's processed this morning!? It has been really terrible service

    @virginmedia They thought the line had been repaired so the appointment on Friday 23/09 had been cancelled 😞 service team said will be some time in Oct now. Engineer booked for 27/09 but they won’t be a cable person?
