@virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

@virginmedia Hi, yes we have spoken to them about 15 times on the phone and 3 times on the messaging service. All have said that it will be sorted by your next bill but it's always incorrect. We have been overcharged by about £300 since February. This isn't good enough.
