    @virginmedia Nope... back home after being out since 7am. And guess what... no virgin broadband... Still. I can't work. I can't stream. I can't log into the EA/STEAM apps to play games on my pc. Thanks for putting my costs up and dropping the service @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes I’ve checked it each time it has occurred and there’s no problem showing, I’ve also restarted and rebooted numerous times over the last couple of days and it still intermittently just stops working.

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking treatment when trying to sort an upgrade out, asked to speak to the manager was told I can't sniggered at and the phone was then put down... we have three contracts Internet and tv with you safe to say we won't be renewing

    @TerryBossons @virginmedia Since Covid no body answers phones any more crazy, shocking though that is @TerryBossons really bad costumer service and lack of information I had this with Sky very similar 2 very poor service providers with little thought of what’s going on in todays climate

    @virginmedia John, please check my file. I’ve called several times, to be told somebody will contact you regarding your complaint. I ask to speak to a manger I’m told, none available. Appreciate this is not your fault buts it’s an utter **** show. I’ll let @Ofcom take the lead from here.

    @virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

    @virginmedia I’ve discussed it. The best you can offer me is £47 a month. I currently pay £32. A new customer would pay £36. I’ve given 30 days notice to cancel now as I’ll go with @VodafoneUK who can offer full fibre for £36 a month.

    @virginmedia I have tried 3 times to call virgin media about a faulty TV box. It is impossible to actually speak to someone. They ask to send me a text, I give them my mobile and then they say it cannot be done and hang up. Disgusting customer service.

    @virginmedia @patriciacobian @LutzSchueler For 2+ years we’ve endured Virgin Media’s appalling, incompetent service. As a “goodwill gesture” you added Disney+, which we never asked for or used - then charged us for it. We cancelled all services, yet are still being billed.

    @virginmedia I just need an engineer to visit and sort out the landline phone which has never worked since switching to virgin media, it's my dad's account he's 90 and has medical issues so a phone is vital, he can't use a mobile phone. Trying to speak to someone is impossible.

    @virginmedia The problem is with Virgin Media - you carried out work 2 days ago in Falkirk and the internet and Tv were off for hours - Today, without scheduled work, it's been down again for hours - this isn't a reliable service.
