    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @virginmedia Didn’t think your service could get worse.Wifi is now completely unusable.Getting 3mb wired into a Xbox one.Still got considerable amount of tv channels not working.All for £100 per month.What an absolute disgrace

    We stopped paying @virginmedia the£90 for what in fairness was complete crap and have bought a Manhattan @FreeviewTV box and couldn’t be happier. We would never go back to virgin or sky for their overpriced TV service

    @virginmedia Hi, yes we have spoken to them about 15 times on the phone and 3 times on the messaging service. All have said that it will be sorted by your next bill but it's always incorrect. We have been overcharged by about £300 since February. This isn't good enough.

    @virginmedia I agreed to add a landline phone line, even though I don't have a home phone,as it was cheaper than current monthly bill. Last Monday the landline number was issued & at the same time I lost broadband connection. Causation or correlation? Over a week & still no resolution.

    @virginmedia I tried ringing 150 to cancel my services and was cut off. Sat 25th June. Used the chat and did the security checks to be asked to continue on WhatApp... its now day 4 and still no further forward. What the hell is going on Virginmendia?

    @virginmedia I have tried everything. Still getting very bad/no signal most of the day. Haven't had any help from virgin customer services who eventually told me I had to call them from another phone in order to test this phone, or they wouldn't help me.
