@virginmedia Yes. No human tone. No customer service. The usual have you tried changing the batteries in your phone, could it be your handset etc ( they bought new ones 6/7 week ago thinking it was them) may be they should ask Virgin Media to reimburse them

@virginmedia The router is constantly dropping out during the day and we lose signal to all devices. I have factory reset and you have sent 2 signals a reset but this is a constant frustration. WiFi signal is now poor but nothings changed in home.

@BarryBscho @Bee42681881 I found Virgin Media very difficult to deal with - service did not work & they have a policy of refunds for days with no service, but they refused saying 'it works' & would not investigate. Eventually accepted was their fault - still no refund.
