    @virginmedia all of yesterday and still today I have no internet. It's been switched off, reset etc. Last month I went nearly a week without service. This needs resolving or I'm leaving.

    @williamtm @virginmedia So virgin media don’t support it then. that is not “nothing supports it” Yell at virgin. BT is fine, although they do need to differentiate their treatment of ipv4 vs ipv6 icmp in their default firewall rules

    @virginmedia any reason why it’s taking you 4 hours to fix a problem in our area. This is the service you expect us as existing customers to pay through the nose for. But when we ring up and complain you say your deals are for new customers only!

    @virginmedia 1/2 It’s with all devices, we’ve tried everything, we’ve reset, we’ve turned everything off and on again, we’ve switched from 5ghz to 2.4ghz and back again … it’s … just … so … slow! 😫😫😫 And I don’t get why we should need to be IT experts to get a good service …

    @williamtm @virginmedia 1&1, bt, EE, sky, zen and talk talk all support v6 afaik. The ONLY major (by number of subscribers) ISP that doesn’t is virgin. The smallest of the big 4 is talk talk and numbers 5-10 of the top 10 added together are still half the size of talk talk.

    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    @TrekinTech @virginmedia I gave up with Virgin media router after so many of these. It’s is single handedly the worst WiFi router man (or woman or it) has ever invented. But it’s a pretty ok modem TBF..

    @virginmedia I didn't need to run a service test. Again if you follow the conversation I stated 5 comments ago that there was an issue in my area and I wanted to know what was going on why I was being told different times of a fix.

    @virginmedia I’m surprised you’re getting me to check now, 2 days after the problem, which was widely reported as a power outage with up to 18000 reports made to Down Detector. Good to know the money I pay out is being used to respond to the thousands of tweets you must have had on Thursday

    DONT GO WITH @virginmedia FOR YOUR WIFI!! Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced … 10 days and counting without WiFi, countless hours lost on the phone being passed over to department after department with no one helping at all and an engineer appointment 1/2

    @virginmedia Chris, yes, I’ll be available from 15.00 thanks. I hope we achieve more than the UK manager that had already called me, only to tell me that the call charges are for real (we know)! The calls were made by an ill woman desperate about her life. This is very bad press, thanks.

    @virginmedia They wouldn't admit to crap. Since their "upgrade" we can't get Internet in the morning, only for a few days when an engineer was booked. No problems until we cancelled appointment. Every morning at the same time tells me it's something at their end. Since the T.V crap
