@virginmedia They refused to tell me as they said it contravened GDPR rules, I asked if they could tell me the minimum I needed to pay so as not to involve GDPR. They weren’t able to help.

@virginmedia day 5 of trying to cancel. Online chat is laughable was in a chat waiting for a reply for 9 hours yesterday,nothing ,now gone back to the start. 150 no1 answers. Covid is not an excuse when all your customers service people can WFH. CANCEL MY BROADBAND NOW!!!!

@virginmedia Why cant someone just ring me so I can actually explain what the problem is. When I try and light in it does not recognize my mothers maiden name and I'm sure I have got that right so then I cant get any further

@virginmedia Person 1 (with power of attorney). Makes several attempts to contact you via phone to cancel a contract. No luck. Tries online.....can't get anywhere without a password... ..which as you would advise shouldn't be shared.....and then writes to you.

Virgin Media has caused me a meltdown every time I try phoning their customer services, but I've never had faster internet, and they just boosted it by 25% so now I can download at 34MB/s, which is pretty ******' tasty given how indecisive I am about what games to install :P

@virginmedia Got off the phone about 12:30 this afternoon. Fairly certain it is the Hub that is the issue but obviously need an engineer to verify this. TV is working fine, on demand, catch up etc. Just the broadband issue.
