Les Chaplin (@LesChaplin) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England
@virginmedia Yes absolutely, soon as we landed I got the message saying I was in Greece and could use my mobile exactly the same as in the UK. At no point did it say to check for other countries in case they stole my network! I had been on the same network all week from 26th August
-
Les Chaplin (@LesChaplin) reported from Stoke-on-Trent, England
@virginmedia I am not stupid I get that! However, the text I received said welcome to Greece you can use your phone exactly the same as if in the uk so I had absolutely no reason to switch roaming off when I never left the resort. I have kept the texts which state exactly that
-

@Seons_Le @virginmedia When you're paying for a service you're "entitled" to receive it and it's perfectly reasonable to complain when it's not working. If they were getting it for free you might have a point, but it's not free, so you don't.
