    @virginmedia Yes I did and Tuesdays fault was shown and yesterday's wasn't so how about you provide the service I pay for. If this continues I will begin getting quotes from other service providers as I am fed up of dealing with bots and spammers claiming to be from you.

    @virginmedia Hi they returned back to full service early this morning we have issue with the broadband though still I live in small bungalow and we unable to connect to the internet I rang several times with the same issue my neighbours have been having issue to connecting to WiFi

    So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

    @virginmedia you know when a customer makes a complaint (twice) and you say that the customer will receive a phone call within 24-48hrs. Is this true or do you just make it up as you go along? Thanks.

    Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

    @reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

    @virginmedia No you would not you would think it was a terrible service. If someone had taken over and you got your coffee then fine. But if that person walked away and left you and a number off other customers waiting you would walk and not go back due to the bad service.

    @virginmedia @virginhelp We've had this same sequence of events 3 or 4 times in last year. Each time more frustrating as we have to re explain the issue and go thru hoops and phone calls for an issue at the cabinet/Central. I predict 3 or 4 days of worsening pixellation on increasing number of channels.

    @virginmedia More the point I've asked a number of times to be removed from the phone list and the same lady has called back at least 3 times. Today I just had to hang up after she wouldn't stop talking about what a great deal she had for me.

    @virginmedia Unfortunately no. I've spoken to multiple agents all day and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. If it isn't intermittent outage, it's a massive speed decrease (currently getting 50Mbps down/3Mbps up on a Gig1 line, usually 800Mbps down/55Mbps up)

    @virginmedia @virginhelp When finally VM realise its a central/cabinet issue it is solved in minutes.the frustration is that you don't seem to keep track of the same faults happening after each time it happens so the phone calls to explain kdnt be necessary.
