    @virginmedia Your a tech company and doesn't have an email address. Your live chat is laughable and waiting times on the phones is silly. Trying log into the account - forget password the username doesn't exist. The self help is insulting intelligence is the ringer switched on for instance

    Still no tv or broadband. Rang again 24mins to answer to be told id be without service til Tuesday/Wednesday, when a new hub could be delivered #virginmedia #nothappy #lookingfornewprovider

    @virginmedia why was I not informed of changes to my package. I’ve got the full house package which included kids tv. Name changed to maxit and now no kids Tv. Thank god we have amazon and Netflix which has kids stuff on. Don’t watch either on Virgin as it’s so slow.

    So @virginmedia don’t understand my 78 year old deaf father cannot call them. They call me as asked out of the blue and tell me they can’t fix the broadband problem, they WONT send an engineer out and I’m getting upset because I’m not hearing what I want. They got that right x

    @virginmedia absolutely shocking treatment when trying to sort an upgrade out, asked to speak to the manager was told I can't sniggered at and the phone was then put down... we have three contracts Internet and tv with you safe to say we won't be renewing

    @virginmedia It was with regards to my services.. When I phoned about it the lack of professionalism was horrendous.. When I mentioned the lack of professionalism I was basically told what is your problem. Awful really

    @virginmedia Just also discovered that even though I was told I wouldnt pay for gadget rescue & then I was charged in error. Called last weekend to sort and was told it was sorted, I’ve just been credited £5 rather than the £20 paid for initial set up. I am SO tired of this. Please fix it.

    So @virginmedia is increasing their prices by £8.50 pm. Wouldn't mind so much if they had decent service, eifi that doesn't cut out when i go upstairs, Sky Atlantic etc. Would go with @SkyUK but their wifi doesn't like bloody copper pipes.

    @virginmedia do you honestly expect customers to stay with you when you're gonna increase my package by £75 a month! I'm now switching to @skytv for the same package plus Disney+ for a cost of £81 a month. The best your lot could bring it down to was £128 Bye 👋🏼 #RipOff

    @virginmedia well done virgin media… you’ve been faffing about with a broadband and tv issue for the last week. Was supposed to be fixed by yesterday, now it says it’ll be the 7th. In the mean time we’ve got no broadband or tv in long intermittent blocks all day. 👎🏼

    @virginmedia After 30 years or so with #virginmedia (telewest days) the price hike as an existing customer has finally pushed me to switch £41 for 250meg todays special renewal price after an offer of £40 on the phone yesterday. Double speed is £27 with sky broadband.
