@virginmedia Your a tech company and doesn't have an email address. Your live chat is laughable and waiting times on the phones is silly. Trying log into the account - forget password the username doesn't exist. The self help is insulting intelligence is the ringer switched on for instance

@virginmedia The number used 01455443469 in the UK. They said they had detected problems on our router & wanted to help. They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.

@virginmedia Yes. No human tone. No customer service. The usual have you tried changing the batteries in your phone, could it be your handset etc ( they bought new ones 6/7 week ago thinking it was them) may be they should ask Virgin Media to reimburse them

@virginmedia Part 1/3 Thank you for your reply. The problem is that this could have been resolved by now if you attended on the original install date back in early Feb. The blockage was only found late Feb because this is when your team actually turned up to commence work.

@virginmedia been trying to sort this out all day. Finally got through to someone, on hold for 10 minutes whilst they "investigated" and they hang up! Literally looking at other suppliers unless you can sort pronto??
