Called last weekend to sort and was told it was sorted, I’ve just been credited £5 rather than the £20 paid for initial set up. I am SO tired of this. Please fix it.

CS loved talking too me when I signed up a month ago. #virginmedia

They asked me to enter a web site. Having spent almost 40 years in IT I felt it was wrong. The router does have slow moments but I had not reported it.
