@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It's awful! I'm sick of calling customer services and getting through to someone who cannot understand basic English language and goes on talking about something else. Then try to speak to three different advisers to raise a simple issue/complaint and they refuse!

@Ofcom how the hell can @virginmedia seriously refuse to allow customers to raise a complaint??? This is bloody awful!!!!!!! Two calls and both calls refuse to allow me to raise a formal complaint!!! Both call takers clearly in a different country and have issues understanding

@virginmedia Hi they returned back to full service early this morning we have issue with the broadband though still I live in small bungalow and we unable to connect to the internet I rang several times with the same issue my neighbours have been having issue to connecting to WiFi

@reddersmufc @Ofcom @virginmedia It is awful! Virgin are very expensive compared to many other TV providers yet the customer service is very poor and does NOT suite the price. I'm sick of arguing with them to get the simplest of issues resolved

Ok so vigin tv is down and with error code they say ring 150, fine ring 150 as they cant tell us on line the problem but they then say ' right now we are busy, you might like to call us later......goodbye! Thanks a bunch @virginmedia, customer service not good at all

The Virgin Media Customer Services phone line is quite possibly one of the most hilariously bad that I have ever used. Constantly unable to understand my inputs (just pressing numbers on the keypad) and after finally getting to the right bit, they cut me off. Woeful.

@virginmedia broadband and phone line down again! All cables are in and white light is on the box but there is no signal. I have just paid the bill and going to have to wait a week before somebody even comes out to have a look. I shouldn’t have to pay for the ‘week’!

@virginmedia No, that page says no issues. Have reset, support person on phone has tried remotely resetting. Say we need a technician which can’t be til next Thur which isn’t good enough, hence request for escalation which seems to have been ignored

@virginmedia john, i've done that about a 5 times already today, and I find myself rebooting your router whenever the signal goes does down. it is impossible to work with an "intermittent signal"

@virginmedia No I wasn’t , I was passed back to customer service which to me means it won’t ! Also now have two different dates for phones to be delivered 🙄 and once we received I have to call customer service loyalty number to try and get the same offer I have on the other phone ?!

@virginmedia my connection keeps cutting out and when I try to get through to someone I just end up on a page telling me to pay for a booster for £8 a month, I don’t see why you make it so difficult to speak to someone! I’m paying monthly for basically no service
