    @virginmedia disappointed to say the least. Customer for 5 years, out of contract, bill is £120 a month, Phone up to renew and negotiate, no offers. Despite Amazon being a new competitor for sports and the mobile experience being infinitely better with them. Package cancelled.

    @virginmedia No, unfortunately your team were really unhelpful so I don’t know what the issue is. A callback was needed because the BB is not working & your staff couldn’t help me any further so promised me callback to either resolve it or cancel the account

    @virginmedia Adding a character and then removing that character worked. By pasting the password in, it wasn’t accepting the password regardless. It needed a character to be manually added. I’ve never seen that before on any password fields on any other site, seems like an API issue maybe.

    @virginmedia The new estimated fix time is 9:00 on 17th November. That is a long time to wait. We have been without fully functioning TV & broadband since 10th November. The service is currently intermittent which makes working from home difficult. This is unacceptable. @LutzSchueler

    @WeAreOpenreach why has your subcontractor Kelly Communications cut my Virgin media connection while installing next doors BT Openreach? Leaving a family without Internet or TV for 5 days and counting? Marketing ploy? I wouldn't dream of becoming a customer BTW.
