I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

When I asked to renew the contract at the price advertised online, they refused. So I left. At which point I was bombarded with offers. Not a good way of treating customer or doing business.

It turns out the price increase doesn't apply to me as was stated in the letter......it's an hour I will never get back! Maybe @virginmedia need to be more careful about who they are sending these letters out to.....

Companies are awful
