@virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@virginmedia This has been sporadically happening in the last few Weeks (before Xmas).I v got the Hub 3.0. I v reported in the past the issue and that the router doesn't show any issue. I have 2 device connect via cable and they 100% not working like the WiFi ones.

It’s the incessant BS about ‘busier than expected’, the circular help pages that are cyber Vivarium. The telephone options that take you through every cul de sac of annoyance. @virginmedia is fine when it works but woe betide you if it drops

@virginmedia Wi-Fi, it’s a 360 mini box. It’s definitely a box issue, my smart tv has no issues connecting to Wi-Fi and the box is always freezing and auto resetting

@Quishhax expressVPN!! it's $12 a month so you'll only need $24 to watch the entirety then you can cancel! i choose ireland to stream from my laptop and use the virgin media website and use an HDMI cable to get it on the tv (i found streaming from the UK/ITV sucks because ITV crashes) :)

@virginmedia Three construction visits, at least two from the pre-pull team and five visits from internal installation. The response to my Complaint ref C-1601231264 is also substandard. The entirety of Virgin Media's response to this matter has been beyond abysmal.

Just to further add to my previous Tweet, I have filed not one, but TWO complaints. No response to from @virginmedia to either complaint, or any reason or apology given for the engineer not turning up. Still got no internet!
