    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    @virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

    So due to the incompetence of a @virginmedia engineer my elderly mother was without Internet for 2 weeks, as well as paying £30 for an installation she did not get & the response to her complaint is "sorry". I certainly won't be recommending VM anymore
