@BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

@virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

@virginmedia 2/2 I turned down all the offers as I didn’t need/want anything.....NOW!!!! NOW!!! Nothing but problems with broadband!!! It’s like the guy who fails to sell me the product has just hit a f**k you switch.. WHY???

@virginmedia I did try that today but the link did not go to any cases, just took me to the Buy Broadband page. Even after logging into my virgin media account aswell as I am a BB customer, it still goes to that page. Also your Web chat was not linking correctly on your site today.

@virginmedia The £5 odd I’ll get at the end of the month won’t really help, we are in a cost of living situation - and I had work I had to do so had no other choice. I appreciate it is not your fault but another system should really be set up. A early phone top up wasn’t in this months budget

@virginmedia Same reason as the last 2 postponed visits, this is the worst service I have received from an Internet provider. You are just rubbish. Move the hole back 6 feet new pavement port then cross my garden, what's difficult except your 3rd party provider don't work over Xmas. Lazy

@virginmedia Would love to experience this but our phone line broadband and tv is currently down. Guy at the end of the phone said it would take 6 days to fix. Not acceptable and missing out on Christmas tv. We moved from sky to this absolutely shame of a service !!

For an extra cost on top of the £9.99 you can watch shows without ads. I mean, come on, we don't get HBO in the UK as a service. The closest we have is Sky. If I pay for a TV license, and a virgin media TV box that provides me with the Sky channels that I also have to watch ads
