    So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.

    @virginmedia got a problem with the TiVo box it’s the second box - tried to reset two days ago and delete everything has been on the screen since then - any suggestions as this has been nothing but trouble and for £122 per month is a joke

    @virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

    4th time complaining to @virginmedia and still NO reply and not dealt with at all. 3 complaint forms submitted and 1 letter. Now with the @financialombuds but going to take a while because of large volumes of complaints 😕🙄 just want my credit file updating! 😡

    @virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

    @virginmedia Also they said they send me new router and engineer would come but now I’m sure they changed my MAC address for my router as when I go into router settings there are unknown devices now on my network

    @virginmedia I told before and telling you again. If any work outside needed no none could connect from building. So nothing required. The problem is you dont have enough service engineers and you dont care it.

    And once again @virginmedia is down. Always says no issues in my area. Then run the test and it says issues. This time it keeps trying to tell me my hub is not connected. No engineers till monday, it's my only outlet to the outside world. Being housebound disabled sucks at times

    @virginmedia I’m really disappointed with my service so far. I am a brand new customer, since I had my box delivered on Tuesday I’ve had no connection! I’ve been told to wait until next Monday for someone to come out. What a great start 🙄 you were recommended to me as well 😢

    @virginmedia I have a standard TIVO box. Was able to access YouTube early yesterday evening but the YouTube app froze at the YouTube logo screen. Got up this morning hoping it would be ok but still the same issue. I switched off the TIVO and reset the box by turning off back rocker switch.
