Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia So I had loss of service but not complete even tho the service I had wasn't enough to even complete a 15 minute online training. Great. Even though you only have cold water, would you still get a bath? Nah don't think you would
-
Graeme Radebe (@Radebreast) reported from Ormskirk, England@virginmedia what have you done to the Sky TV app - its constantly buffering and showing error messages. Just awful service. Please can you get this sorted ASAP please.
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.
-
Pauline Hall (@hall291) reported from Halton, England@virginmedia how am I supposed to run an online tutoring business from home when your system goes down twice in a day ? #payingmorebutgettingless
-
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?

Emma Latham (@EmsydilemsyL) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia advice please! I’ve been a customer for over ten years and am also an o2 customer and my account is now going up by another £12 per month on a pretty basic package! Phoned twice and been told that someone will get back to me with a new price package - still nothing
-
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!
-
Lesley Murray (@les_murray71) reported from Wallasey, England@virginmedia @joshyw0shy Its the whole of the Wirral by the sound of it, no statement from Virgin, just telling hundreds of customers to check for an outage, only have to look at their twitter to see how many of us have been told the same thing
-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.
-
Maureen StewartJones (@supergran22) reported from Eccleston, England@virginmedia I have a booster. It was sent to me last Spring because of previous problems with TV in this room.
-
Gary Banks (@GaryBan47314801) reported from Liverpool, England@virginmedia This is not the first time. The service the last 12 months has been shocking And now you're asking for the over the top increase in monthly payments 😡😡😡
-
Jemima (@JemimaCamhs) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia Hi, will this continued investment mean finally getting signal in my area? It’s a central area and the signal is awful. Thanks

Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Sam Greenland (@SprocketEtQuill) reportedThis week I’ve learnt a lesson. Resilience in AI Agents isn’t just about model provider Vs local hosting. This week @virginmedia accidentally cut my internet connection and it’ll be a week before they can fix it. I’m buying a 5G router so the baby monitors still work because that’s a safety concern! The router will also bring the Mac Mini back online so two of my three agents will be back. The third agent is on a laptop at work so they’re still up anyway. Resilience baked in was a good strategy, but it will get better still. There’s always room for improvement?
-
Deano (@deanspread) reported@virginmedia Well I’m at work now but it was working then going off for a couple minutes then back on all day. Then about 9pm went off for 20 mins then back on. Went on your page to check the service and it was saying nothing was wrong.
-
Giltbrook Pie (@giltbrookpie) reportedAnyone having issues with Virgin Media TV in the NG16 area? Broadband fine, TV nothing working.
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@RogerGreen2009 @virginmedia I'm definitely going to be reviewing my options at the end of my current @virginmedia contract as they've been dreadful in terms of communication and help when the chips are down(day SEVEN of outage)😢 Sadly, I've only just renewed my contract... Thanks for the suggestions👍
-
lee harris (@leeharris85) reported@virginmedia how inept is your DM service every time I’m asked the same things over and over week and no resolution! Hello SkyTv
-
Shaun (@shauny67) reported@virginmedia @paulpresenteruk Never use ring door bell over WiFi why cos only works on 2.4ghz & Virgin like all providers combine 2.4 & 5ghz together would need to split them & set a static IP address for the ring door bell on 2.4ghz. best option is ethernet to a POE switch for data & power
-
Daniel (@reniferlopez) reportedTired of paying for multiple subscriptions like Sky, BT Sport, Virgin Media, Now TV, Amazon Prime, Disney+, Apple TV+? I have got the solution. This IPTV @8k_Best_IPTV32 offers: • 300,000+ live channels • 65,000+ VODs • PPV events • Netflix • 78,000+ movies

Nicholas Rawlings (@nick_rawlings2) reported@virginmedia #virginmedia are there any issues in the Orpington area? Broadband keeps dropping out. There's nothing on your status page.
-
Chris Ohanians (@COhanians) reported@virginmedia genuinely shocked and appalled by virgin leaving my 80 year old father in law without broadband for a week. No o2 signal so was uncontactable by family fo such a vulnerable adult. We live a couple of miles from him and we had intermittent broadband too. I went online
-
Jonathan H (@howdo01) reported@virginmedia I did, says all was working no faults or errors, so don't what else I can do, must be your end.
