    @virginmedia I want to cancel my contract as it is at the end. Twice now I have been kicked off the chat whilst waiting. This is unacceptable. I can't ring at present so the chat is ideal to run in the background. I just want to press a button that says end the contract!

    @virginmedia Yes. Virgin Tv Box is connected to the Internet by cable. I have the same problem with my other Wi-fi devices, regardless of distance. Also, I cannot open applications on the TV Box, except for Netflix.

    @virginmedia Not yet. The last technician already told me what he needed to do should it break again: “The cable and box need replacing was his latest diagnosis” but now I can’t contact him, while others on your helpline won’t automatically book in a new technician to come around and fix it.

    @virginmedia why is the email not working on WiFi? iPhone 11 Pro will not connect to imap but switch WiFi off and use data no problem. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, deleted and reinstalled imap and smtp but no good.
