-
Lindz Devine (@LindzDDub) reported from Wigan, England@virginmedia I have to say your Internet connection is ridiculous... for months on end, it's been shocking. I'm sick and tired of resetting my hub, I shouldn't be having this issue. Never had so much issue for the years I've had you and now, the past 6 months, I'm paying monies…
-
Maureen StewartJones (@supergran22) reported from Eccleston, England@virginmedia Thanks. Very frustrating and time consuming. Spent whole afternoon trying to sort it. Twitter not really the best way to resolve issues especially with an 82 year old.

Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia I reported a total loss of service on 31/8. It was finally fixed this morning. After no shows, lies and weeks between visits. -
Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine
-

-
James Durrant (@je_durrant) reported@virginmedia Im afraid I’ve have more confidence if 1. You got my name right, 2. If neighbours 3 doors down, also with you, had also lost service, and 3. As an O2 customer, I could get a half decent reception
-
Mayur Shikotra (@Mayur_pdf) reportedShocking bad service by @virginmedia. Engineer was meant to come to see if our property could get broadband. Apparently he “turned up” and decided we cannot have broadband. All while I’ve been waiting here for him. Checked CCTV and no sign of this engineer.
-
Adam Luxon (@adam_luxon) reported@theashrb It isn’t at all and they’ll still think they can get away with it. The government should intervene in this matter to ensure that all public goods cannot outsource their customer service. A few months ago, I had a horrible call with virgin media after my contract finished
-
Michelle Beckett (@MichelleBeckett) reported@virginmedia can you help with this to backdate the date of termination of my father’s broadband contract to the date of his death? As other similar service providers have done without having to be asked?
