@virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

@virginmedia WiFi has been on & off for the last 2 days. Have restarted, rebooted, done online tests etc nothing working. Your website says there's no local fault. Can't get through to customer services as it says you're too busy so to try later then hangs up 🤬 £87pcm for this?!
