    @virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

    @virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.

    @virginmedia I’ve just spoken to someone and there were faults apparently but aren’t now 🤔 yet I still have issues..I’m now waiting for a call from a virtual engineer for more pointless trouble shooting I have already done over the phone..this is a waste of time! I need it resolved ASAP!

    @virginmedia I was told that I have I have too many devices!! 😠😠😠😡😡😡 I wasn’t told that the many times I’ve complained about the service for 3 years! You’re not sticking to your end of the bargain. My son is working, my vulnerable young person is also back home 😒

    @virginmedia We saw the engineer this morning at the green box outside at 8:45am and soon enough the service is back up and running. I just wish the engineer turned up on Fri/Sat and spared us all that prolonged frustration.
