@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

@virginmedia An engineer has tested it ,it's fine. my partner has same device as me but has Android 07 not 08 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago. I think your hub is the problem ,waiting for a solution! 😡

@virginmedia I use my ethernet cable. Even swapped em with the 1s I got from what I got from the engineer. In all honestly I had 2 engineers out. Did everything they asked me to which didn't fix the issue. I believe I could have a faulty router since I've had it a few years.
