    @virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

The number of complete lies I was told by customer services about who was responsible to make me go to a different dept I lost track of. Took me weeks, count yourself lucky!

    @Iculand0 @CM_Richardson91 @MartinSLewis If you want to go down that route I’d look at something like Virgin Media. They take on new starters (different to apprenticeship) on around £26k per year. Do this to get experience in a similar field and then do night college to get qualifications to be a qualified electrician

    @virginmedia Thx for getting back so quickly. Recent experience of the 150 number (and I've had in excess of 30 calls to them in the last 8 weeks is awful). I guess I'll just need to wait for chat to work to get the POD. Then I can leave Virgin.

    @virginmedia Yes we’ve raised a ******* complaint…. Its been 3 ******* months. Your call centre is in India and your WhatsApp/call centres support don’t speak to one another. We have in writing about getting compensation but still NOTHING.
