@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

@virginmedia no service from 2nd box so phoned customer service. Automated voice says text with link will be sent. Call ends. Text arrived. Pressed link takes me to page which says that link isn't working. Customer service is a joke.

@virginmedia Yesterday 3 new boxes installed after weeks of problems. Just turned on tv..no signal. Tried another, same. Phoned & told wait times r long. Advised go on line & try to sort it. I am not a feckin tv engineer but a paying customer who is thinking of going back to Sky.

@virginmedia One tv is now working. The other 2 still saying No Signal. I haven't touched sets since engineer was here on Monday. Just used remote controls which I find inefficient.

@virginmedia Hi John, I did that yesterday & the result was Virgin booked an engineer to attend Monday. However you texted this morning saying due to issues you had to cancel the Engineers visit that was booked for Monday. No further update or comms were given. What do we do? PLEASE HELP

@virginmedia Yes. I am getting no service via the 2nd box whatsoever. The box light does not change from red. Tried switching off at the wall. Checked leads & have swapped over HDMI lead all to no avail.

@virginmedia can you please enlighten us to what the problem is in postcode M40? Fibre has been out for more than 24hrs and you are still yet to say what the problem even is, keep extending the time of when it might be fixed. If you don’t know maybe just be upfront about it.

@virginmedia I called Virgin straight back and cancelled my deal with the Sim and got one without but now I keep getting told by Virgin that I have to cancel the 02 Contract that you set up. I have tried calling @02 4 times to cancel the Sim and 18 month-contract and it is still not cancelled
