.@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

1 of those 'I've entered a parallel universe' convos with @virginmedia . VM will monitor their crap broadband for 24hrs and then I should call back if there's a still a problem so an engineer can come out but he can't come out because of Covid. You couldn't make this stuff up.

@virginmedia New virgin customers here, had a call at 7.15 tonight to advise installation due tomorrow now cancelled and can not come until 27th April!! No TV, phone or WiFi for 10 days, I'm working from home and have two kids. Absolutely disgusting service,
