@virginmedia gross incompetence shown in L35 area today. Basically no broadband for 14 hours. No indication as to why and each hour the time of resolution extended. Not a good advert for the service. Go with Sky is my suggestion

@virginmedia any more movies/box sets from you as we don’t have the latest TiVo box to support them OR we transfer WiFi suppliers from EE to Virgin!! The word ‘blackmail’ springs to mind!! In the meantime the engineer is going to return with a replacement like for like TiVo box -

@virginmedia Hi. I've had major issues since I rejoined Virgin just before Christmas. I was passed to the Elite team, who did what they could to resolve the Wi-Fi signal issues I was having. Now in the last 48 hours the WiFi has gone down twice for several hours. But yesterday TV & phone too

WiFi app and it says nope I’m not working at all. The Virgin media account app says I’m not the main account holder but I am and always have been. Virgin customer service and products score out of 10 for brilliant is 1 for rubbish

@virginmedia Hi, I regraded my package in Jan, to another ultimate ooomph bundle. I've tried ringing multiple times to ask where my upgraded TiVo boxes were to be told I wasn't eligible and then have the phone put down on me three times after being on the phone for over 30 mins !

@virginmedia No phone for 4 months. Came to fix. Worked a week. Haven’t used for 4 years as just can’t be bothered with virgin service. Broad band glacial and awful- finally after many refund of my money for no service over a year of awful someone tells me on oldest box. Rubbish service.
