    @micramanic @virginmedia @ThreeUK I had weeks without it because of box outside. The connection had de-ttached and thats why rounter wasnt pickin up signal

    @virginmedia You could at least have an option to call back customers rather than keeping them on hold. Again, this is really poor customer service.

    @virginmedia As per usual there’ll be no problems in the area, I’ll get told to unplug the box, then you’ll book an engineer for about 5days time, meanwhile the problem magically disappears #badservice

    @virginmedia And this is why I don’t bother calling you for the most part. The service desk where I work are in trouble if customers are on hold for 20 seconds. Virgin are a huge company and can’t afford a call centre where customers don’t have to wait 15 mins (so far) on hold.

    So that’s @virginmedia cancelled off and their poor effort at a service. I had more reliable service with dial-up! Now signed up with @SkyUK and hoping they can at least provide me internet that I can use for a day without it going off constantly.

    @virginmedia this company is an absolute joke. This is like 6 engineers numerous phone calls’ complaints. Can’t get them to call us back. Paying for service that doesn’t work!

    @virginmedia Internet gone again. Second time today. Bottom light goes white and starts flashing, then green and flashing. Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

    @virginmedia Hi was supposed to be yesterday between 12-4 but got a text on Friday night saying issue has been solved. So they did not come out even though they didn't say they were not coming and I waited in for them. I think I have a faulty hub tbh

    @virginmedia hardly got no service. Rang and complyyet again. Then been told our wiring was wrong and has been for for nearly a year since installed. Gave us excuse after excuse. But still paying full price Engineers been out twice to do new wire. We have put complaint in and

    Hello @virginmedia for the 3rd time in a row, your resolution team has failed to call me back. I’d urge anyone thinking about going with Virgin to reconsider. Worst customer service ever by a country mile you cannot get to any layer of management to escalate your complaint.

    @virginmedia Both I have 2x virgin media tv boxes one is hardwired and still can't watch catch up or on demand without constant buffering and that's on a good day. I'm not prepared to keep paying over £100 a month until my contract ends in may for this woeful service.

    Just tried to join @virginmedia and wanted to talk through options with a human-being...I challenge anyone to find their number easily on their 'Contact Us' page, not possible. As such, I think I'll stick with @skytv - it's clear @virginmedia's customer service is non-existent
