    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @virginmedia No, I helped my mother out with a complaint she made about being overcharged - which was never resolved. In the past couple of weeks I've started getting the calls and the Virgin Media staff have not removed my details when requested.
