@virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

@VirginMedia Received message. Now not accepting my email address. I have one only. My problem is with the remote control which is activated by pressing 2 buttons when they light up. Have had nothing but trouble with one remote for one TV. Your communication us not helpful.

Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

@virginmedia Had 49min call few mins ago . They can see the problem on their system, network issue, they'll let networks know to resolve by this Monday. Normal router tests done but no luck. Engineer not being sent as they can't do anything, it is networks they said. Let's see😡

@AskPS_UK hi, I've just got a Virgin media 5 hub. It works fine on 1 PS4 (no 5ghz option) but not my other lads slim PS4 (has 5ghz) Is there a fix for this or do I need to set up the router to only allow 2.4 for the slim version. TIA
