Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine

Captain Howdy (@colonbarbarian) reported@Dratcliffe1986 @virginmedia @ExeterBub You need to first register the outage through Virgin media itself. I do this everytime there is an outage. Virgin will usually then give you any compensation, if they don't, then report to Ofcom.
