    @virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

    @virginmedia I have no faith that the installation will take place on 24th. been trying to cancel the order but when I call I am pushed from one department to another. wasted hours on hold & been cut off numerous times. very disappointed with the whole service & I wish to cancel immediately

    @virginmedia There is never any chance of resolution as the simple fact@is that you are not able to provide the services that you promise. Advice consists of : move the router - switch on and off - don’t put it near a fish tank! - call back later - call back in seven days, etc.

    @virginmedia Phoned earlier this evening about an ongoing issue where devices keep disconnecting from WiFi and was told to turn router off for 20 mins then they would phone me back. This was at 6pm still no phone call...

    @virginmedia Furthermore - one of the remedies offered by the customer services was to change the contract to get a faster broadband service. I am assured that this would help but the reality is that if the service is not working at all then faster broadband is just the same as no broadband.

    @virginmedia It’s impossible not to be rude when you’ve had an absolute stinker of an experience and it’s still not resolved. I’ve never known a company give such poor service. Do you have a complaints team?
