  .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

  @virginmedia Called 27/4 to cancel told too soon penalty to pay if did! Called bk today 15 days after contract had ended then told 30 days notice!! Just as we thought when we first called , but told different by one of your staff! Definitely training needed in this! Now we are £50+ down
