    @virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

    @virginmedia Anyways, your engineers are great, especially Robbie who came out to help us last minute. Still don’t know why our contract was randomly cancelled but we’re expecting more info on Tuesday or something, so I’m not gonna fuss about it on Twitter 💙

    @virginmedia Simply by reconnecting my services after saying that you were happy to rearrange the bill payment date and my services would be unaffected. I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

    Superfast broadband you say @virginmedia but no connection for virtually the past 2 days in the WA7 area. Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles

    @MattTRFC @Stemac2010 @virginmedia Yes Matt, I was shocked too I had no choice but to hand my 30days notice in, I’ve been with them since 2009 no way I’m paying £1 more a month for 100mb compared to what a new customer would pay for 300mb!

    @virginmedia Nothing so far but our WiFi went down not so long ago, you upgrade us. Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

    @virginmedia I’ve had issues during my 12month contract & I still rang up to renew. I was then told I wasn’t entitled to any new customer deals & I’d have to pay a £1 more a month for your budget service compared to what a new customer would pay for your top package.

    Absolutely disgusted with the poor customer service and attitude of ‘Stefan’ from @virginmedia - rude, unhelpful and decided to end the call by hanging up instead of following my request to speak to a manager.

    @guyrleech @virginmedia Mine was the other war around, I received the new one, plugged it in and it didn't work. I had to wait for the old one to stop before I could plug in the new one. A little communication and scheduling would really help.

    @virginmedia Well there’s still no Internet. I’ve been working from home and the constant promise to fix it on the AM and PM has lead to a lot of disruption for work and home. It says it should be resolved estimated at 10am today which I am not sure about. Do you know a real timeline?

    @virginmedia I’m afraid your generic response is not helping. It’s not MY account . The whole area is down without connection for the 5th day today . Keep being fobbed off with extended fix times. We want honesty from @virginmedia as don’t want to spend £’s unnecessarily on extra equipment

    @virginmedia probably the worst provider for internet in regards to stability. Daily outages ranging from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. No compensation will be given as you claim you’re still giving your service. Stability is shocking. Will not be renewing.

    Just had a scam caller claiming to be @virginmedia saying they want to "boost our internet". They used classic scam techniques like using fear "every second you delay is corrupting your whole network". Just a warning to any other Virgin Media customers that this is going around
