    Another week @virginmedia services down yet again, first they screw up my network up resetting everytbing, failing to listen multiple neighbours have no internet. Then call again and agree outage but don’t expect anything back we only compensate for more than 48 hours #badservice

    @virginmedia please can someone get in touch re new installation and BB not working, was promised a call back on Saturday & Sunday but it’s not happened. If it can’t be activated I’m happy to go to another supplier but also need to speak to you to cancel

    @virginmedia I understand that, I told him I did not want to confirm details and would call in my own time, He was then very rude got angry and abrupt! It actually sounded like a scam. I am interested to know if it was virgin media agent as he needs more training!

    @virginmedia CW I give up 🤯 I’m happy with the install date they’ve given. The issue is the service, repeat calls and failed promised along with the 143mins calls to you along with an hour on webchat. Erik tells me the charges for calling are my fault as free from virgin but line not active.

    @virginmedia really not a happy camper. My package is getting too expensive & when I called to ask for it to be reviewed & reduced, the call centre agent INCREASED the price, while reducing the package. I've been a customer for 10 years for all my media services

    @virginmedia Because the install date has only been set today. Because your call queues are lengthy & when you get through to someone they don’t know what the issue is so hang up or transfer you elsewhere. I’ve not just called for a chat.

    @virginmedia Hi, Website says no known issues, however landline has been down since yesterday morning. Engineer booked for Monday, however we have an extremely sick relative who needs to be in contact, nobody on phone (from mobile) is helping with call transfers!

    @virginmedia Landline down has been down for 2 days, spent over 3 hours trying to speak with someone to help but nobody is able to help. Have a sick relative who needs to be in constant touch but yet again Virgin doesn’t care about their customers!

    @virginmedia No, unfortunately your team were really unhelpful so I don’t know what the issue is. A callback was needed because the BB is not working & your staff couldn’t help me any further so promised me callback to either resolve it or cancel the account
