    @BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

    @virginmedia @Buttonscro You sent me a deadlock letter without even the first complaint being addressed For years your operatives have been saying they have noted my account with requests. Last op o spoke to they said no we don't do that don't have the time standard notes etc. So merely lied

    @virginmedia Tried several times in good faith to contact you via phone to amend my TV and broadband package to suit budget then followed your robots advice to log into my account which says I cannot do it that way. 14 yr customer. Why should I pay for services I can't cancel?😠

    @virginmedia You didn't t even address it. Went on your terms and conditions and corporate statement. You have not followed up r own protocol. Would be interesting to see if the plentiful other complaints got the same short shrift. It was the lying and the price gouging that is the worst

    @virginmedia Apparently as I can still use the internet, albeit no in the way I was hoping it means no complaint will result in me getting any compensation, as comp is only paid out for complete loss of internet. Nice cope out that btw.

    @virginmedia The automatic compensation from Virgin is rubbish. We were without Internet and TV for over a month and not only did they charge us for the privilege of no service but refused any compensation. If you're expecting a good service from Virgin, think again.

I've tried reaching out to discuss price increase too, but just keep getting referred to different teams or call being dropped on me. It's a real shame as it'd be so much better.
