    @virginmedia Don't use this company its disgusting and disappointing the way they treat customers. Been trying to sort my contract out for 3 months now while they rob my money, create contracts that I've not agreed to and cancel complaints that I've raised.

    Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

    @BlaggerBly @virginmedia Seems to be Wirral wide at least, and I think Liverpool is affected too. VM should be massively compensating their affected customers for this, but they hide behind their terms and conditions where they only deem it reasonable to compensate if the outage last more than 3 days!

    @virginmedia Visit was fine replaced wifi. I was never out of Internet completely like it says only your compensation page, but it was equally as bad since my step daughter had online training to do which couldn't be done at all. My children also were not able to do homework.

    @virginmedia I reported a total loss of service on 31/8. It was finally fixed this morning. After no shows, lies and weeks between visits. They have not even offered to cover the cost of my last 3 dd’s which I wish I hadn’t paid as I had no service whatsoever

    @VirginMedia Received message. Now not accepting my email address. I have one only. My problem is with the remote control which is activated by pressing 2 buttons when they light up. Have had nothing but trouble with one remote for one TV. Your communication us not helpful.

    @virginmedia Our broadband, TV, and telephone have all been down since 7PM yesterday. You keep pushing the fix time forward - now apparently 10AM tomorrow. How many more times are you going to push the time forward? It's absolutely ruined the weekend.

    @willywillett @virginmedia Had a similar issue with an engineer, they booked an appointment for 4-7pm on a Saturday and it turned out they engineers stop at 5. So the engineer wasn’t able to get to me. They came a few days later and said they would never come after 5 on a Saturday

    @virginmedia service is getting worse by the day nearly a month now and still broadband keeps dropping..apparently engineers are fixing the problem! Every few days get a message saying fixed then next day down again…sick and tired and crap service

    @virginmedia Long time customer here (28 years). Your automated customer service line is truly awful. Now on my second iteration of the complicated menu. Had to fudge my answers to avoid going round a third time. Now on hold awaiting a real person ...⏳.
