@terrificsue everyone out there be careful when receiving telephone calls and if they say they are from Virgin Media please check and check. I have been scammed today out of a lot of money . I am the one who thought would never be scammed but I was. Oohh .

@virginmedia Us? As in your sub contracted call centre who's staff are not actually Virgin employees? Yeah, tried that and they can't look after Virgin's loyal customers either. I'll just leave, and come back in 3 months like I was told too. Shambolic customer service.

@virginmedia I do have a problem paying. I'm currently paying for a service where the Internet isn't working half then time. 5 times in the past month we have had no signal. You promise items with your packed Currently received 1/3 and had to complain about that over the phone.

@virginmedia You leave me with a unconnected 2nd TiVo Box. An engineer who leaves me to go to another job, 2 team members who lie to me. A week later it’s sorted but leaves my landline not working and you expect me to pay a full month.
