@virginmedia No, they just left. Rang your customer service they are now telling me the problem is internal. I’ve had no internet since July, no tv since August. It’s beyond a joke now. 5 visits I’ve had.

@virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

@virginmedia Don't use this company its disgusting and disappointing the way they treat customers. Been trying to sort my contract out for 3 months now while they rob my money, create contracts that I've not agreed to and cancel complaints that I've raised.

@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

@virginmedia And the last complaint I raised over this got cancelled because it didn't have any details to the complaint even though all the messages are there to see through your WhatsApp service but the retentions team can't see that or deal with the complaint or help in anyway way

Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

@virginmedia I reported a total loss of service on 31/8. It was finally fixed this morning. After no shows, lies and weeks between visits. They have not even offered to cover the cost of my last 3 dd’s which I wish I hadn’t paid as I had no service whatsoever

@virginmedia The WiFi doesn’t work keeps on dropping signal. All rooms around the house contantly buffering when streaming moves on Netflix/Prime/You tube/My5 all the web sites on all machines in the house you get constantly buffering.

@virginmedia The payment page/link on the my.virginmedia profile page (where you view your bill etc) lead to an error message when I was trying. Managed to make a payment via the help website yesterday though.

@virginmedia Yes checked it out it didn't flag any issues. I pay for gigabit internet and devices less than 1 metre away from my hub 4 receive less than half of that both wireless and wired. Packet loss was insane, couldn't use the internet.
