    @virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

    @virginmedia I consider this is poor conduct. If virgin cannot provide services that’s their failure. If you can prove your moving into such property you should not be held to such a ridiculous termination charge.
