Ive checked it on another internet and it works fine so it is definitely an error on your side. You need to sort the internet settings. It struggles to load “on Now” on the app.

Other reputable oroviders offer a back-up 4 or 5g device to kick in if their main broadband goes down, to keep the service running. Not VM though - it's just all really poor customer service innit?

Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?

Sorry you're leaving but that is the best price, you already have. It was expensive. No problem, bye now. Next day, virgin cold calls me. Asks me to confirm who I am. I said no, you are calling me, you should know. Guy was annoyed as he was phoning to offer me a better deal. I said fine, I'll call the same retentions team I called yesterday to leave and I'll know it's actually virgin. He got angry, said they can't offer discounts, only he could and if I didn't confirm my details, he couldn't give me the offer. I just told him I could no longer do business with virgin due to such poor security procedures. He seemed very angry about the fact I wasn't willing to give personal identifiable information to a stranger cold calling me. Never paid them a penny again.

The single-vehicle incident happened on Battery Road in Longford Town at around 10.40pm last night. He was taken to Regional Hospital Mullingar with serious injuries. Malcolm Sillick (@Malcolm_Sillick) reported@LeilaniDowding @EE Lellani, it's not just EE, it's everyone. Even those on cable (Virgin Media) still have to have the phone plugged into the router. Seems like a good idea, until you get a power cut (which can be supported by a back-up battery, which is NOT given as standard) If the internet goes down, then so does your phone. Great if you have a mobile, but if you live in an area with a poor mobile signal, so reply on 'Wi-Fi calling' in the house, then when the internet goes down, you also have no mobile service. It's called progress!!
