    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    .@virginmedia not having the best customer services experience, and it's not due to Corona. 1st time around I was cut off. 2nd time, CSR couldn't get her system to work, but he colleagues was working, yet she wasn't allowed to transfer my call to them, so I'd need to call back.

    1 of those 'I've entered a parallel universe' convos with @virginmedia . VM will monitor their crap broadband for 24hrs and then I should call back if there's a still a problem so an engineer can come out but he can't come out because of Covid. You couldn't make this stuff up.

    @virginmedia Of course and as always there's never a problem on the service status page. I even got through to a human on the phone but that was just as good as always - none. I'll be on again tomorrow, no doubt, and we'll see if the engineer who can but can't come out, can.

    I see everyone's resetting routers because @virginmedia are refusing to acknowledge the problem is theirs again. It'll be in the papers in a couple of days as it always is. How lovely wd it be if they took responsibility for their problems and didn't treat us like we're stupid.

    @virginmedia Hi. Firstly thanks for replying.Second, yes it does now state there is an issue. Why didn't it state there was an issue until hours after the end user mentions it? It's as if they don't have a monitoring system to tell them there is an issue and instead rely on users to tell them

    @virginmedia New virgin customers here, had a call at 7.15 tonight to advise installation due tomorrow now cancelled and can not come until 27th April!! No TV, phone or WiFi for 10 days, I'm working from home and have two kids. Absolutely disgusting service,
