@virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

4th time complaining to @virginmedia and still NO reply and not dealt with at all. 3 complaint forms submitted and 1 letter. Now with the @financialombuds but going to take a while because of large volumes of complaints 😕🙄 just want my credit file updating! 😡

@virginmedia I don’t want anything to do with you, I’m fed up talking to you about this. I called up a couple of weeks ago and spoke to a lady who told me there’s nothing to worry about, the system is updated and I won’t be charged. Yet I’ve just received a text. Beyond poor customer service.

So @virginmedia harassing me again about a router i returned a year ago saying it’s not been sent to them. I’m not to blame for their rubbish inventory system. I’ve left @virginmedia to get away from their ineptitude but it never ends. Will be putting it an official complaint.
