@virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

@virginmedia 4th failed appointment. I’ve just called to cancel my order and instead I received a Delayed Activation email. My instruction was to cancel my order today. I do not want to deal with a company as useless as you, so do not try and be clever with me.

@virginmedia What is this, death by questions. Just allow people to email in their cancellations and then we wouldn’t have this problem. No one ever called back, ever and which to me paying more money for a service I didn’t want because your cancellation methods are appalling
