@virginmedia Connection problem with Apps. Phone & told to give no. underneath box. Difficult 2 bend down, hold box & phone. How can there b a problem when the TV in other room is working? Sick of having a text to do it myself or ask 4 tech help from someone who can't help.

@virginmedia Upgraded TV boxes Friday at 5pm and still no TV service. Spoken to 7 different customer service people. Even had a text to say all sorted but no. Very poor service especially in this day and age and a big media company! Not good enough.

Got to love Virgin media. The Tv isn’t working so you go to the website to see if there’s a problem or if it’s just you and that isn’t working either. But don’t fear it tells you. The page where you can pay the bill is fine.

.@virginmedia honestly Virgin Media will continue to be the WORST company I've ever dealt with and I'm done with them now. It doesn't matter what their support promises a billion times, they never, ever, do as promised. It's a frustrating service and I highly advise Sky instead..
