    @BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

    @virginmedia your WiFi is ******* ****. It doesn't operate properly it randomly switches it self off then can stay off for over an hour. It's been like for over a month now and getting pissed off 😤

    @virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

    @virginmedia Both! Its just awful service from the company. When your engineer set us up here left the cable outside running along the top of our lawn meaning is difficult to cut the grass. On the whole, no offense, it's just a terrible, terrible company with the worst customer service ever.

    @RevRichardColes Yes. Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are all down. I found this out after turning the internet off and on for 30mins, I was on the verge of calling virgin media thinking it was them.

    @virginmedia The virgin media Connect app cannot see my Hub 3, we can’t see the virgin network on any device to connect, cannot connect to the virgin website it just tells me there is no issue. Clearly there is if we cannot even see our network to connect
