    @AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

    @virginmedia Thanks for the info, leaving due to 6 weeks of problems and very many hours on the phone to yourselves trying to rectify . Told problems sorted when they clearly are not . Causing personal stress to me every time I make another long futile phone call to 150 ( waited 3hrs once)

    @virginmedia HELP!!!! I have had not TV service for nearly 9 hours with fault code W102 on both the TiVo boxes. I have reset the Hub and rebooted both boxes, checked all the cabling and still nothing. My postcode start WA7. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!!!!!

    @virginmedia hi, the internet seems to be down in the Formby area (L37). Green flashing light on the modem and can’t get online. Any idea when it’ll be resolved. I’m working from home and need it back!

    .@virginmedia policy for customer retention: don't let people leave. Can't get through on their phone lines and can't cancel via email or live chat. They gave an address to write to, which I did, and it was returned to sender by Royal Mail as it's not an active address.

    Hey @virginmedia I really need to speak to a human being to explain my issue with my wifi dropping out all the time but this is not possible. I have called your phone lines, done all the troubleshooting and am now at a loss and struggling because I am working from home.

    @mblacky78 @RhonddaBryant @virginmedia I’m afraid not! Yes, you can get a credit but you have to o through an enormous roundabout of complaint with an Indian call centre and have to virtually threaten to leave. You may have been lucky but I am definitely not exaggerating!

    @virginmedia hi. I want to cancel my broadband contract but have been unable to get through on the phone line/ you don't have an email/ don't allow this over live chat. You gave an address for me to write to, which I did, and it has been returned to sender.

    @virginmedia having fluxes with my Internet, can't play destiny 2 without constant connecting to destiny 2 servers and then being took off altogether, party chat communication cuts out. checked app and says no issues, then run a test and it says there's issues with the postcode

I've never been contacted at the end of a contract to look at the best customer deal available. That's not doing "all we can"
