@virginmedia An engineer has tested it ,it's fine. my partner has same device as me but has Android 07 not 08 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago. I think your hub is the problem ,waiting for a solution! 😡

@virginmedia @virginmedia engineer has been out done tests everything fine , except the Wi-Fi cutting out . Which you say is because of Android 08 . My partner has same device as me but has Android 07 and she has the same problem. It was fine till a couple of months ago I think it's your hub

@Loddonbrewery @virginmedia That’s because YODEL’s contract is with the sender, Virgin. They’ll tell the customer (you) to contact the sender. Virgin keeps telling customers to contact YODEL. They know that’s wrong, yet keep doing it.

@virginmedia I rebooted it yesterday and a number of times previously. I’m now in receipt of a Cat. 6 Ethernet cable which has improved wired speeds - I’d suggest these should come as standard - but wireless speeds are still slow and unreliable.

@virginmedia That would be great, thanks. It's a Hub 5 for a Gig 1 Broadband. The worst thing is to have no way on my end to know the status of this delivery, have at least an estimated date, or track any progress in this process. So it feels like nothing is moving and I'll never get it.

@virginmedia Skys sports in HD. All movie channels also. Netflix still not working too. Also bill didn’t change due to lower rate either as engineer hadn’t fitted 2nd box. Went about 2 months without this and was charged more. Yet was billed for O2 SIM card instantly

@virginmedia Yes. New contact started beginning of December STILL not receiving full items of the package. Not paying arrears till this is sorted. Paid a few weeks ago only to be passed from pillar to post afterwards. Only interested in payments NOT helping loyal customers. Shocking service!

@virginmedia There is a lot of things, tbh poor and rude customer service, wrong information, no one got a clue what’s going on, I’ve spent 25+hours the phone virgin in last month, I’ve made a list there is 13 points it’s joke tbh so I’d like a phone call to discuss it throughly
