    @virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

    @virginmedia Is there an issue with accessing emails? I can access my @blueyonder emails but my wife can't. When logging into the VM site a message appears "your mailbox is not available at the moment" Awaiting urgent emails. Thanks

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @virginmedia @its_coco_do Well I've clearly been forgotten conveniently after calling telling an agent I want to cancel my order and being cut off. Promised a call back. Nothing. Every time I call I get dropped. Ridiculous

    @virginmedia @virginmedia sorry really trying to be chill but this is horrendous customer service. Cut off after 40 mins, call back which I answer immediately and cut off again. No further attempt from your team to contact me. I've told them i want to cancel my order can you please confirm?

    @virginmedia Yes, he is saying that he called you and you said you have an issue on your side, but he’s moving out so we believe he just cancelled it. Yes we used cable directly and there is no internet coming into the house for sure

    @virginmedia There is no service in the home nor in the immediate environs of the home outside. EE who provide the service say they will next try to fix the cell for which they don’t have a part on March 6 which will be 5 weeks of no service
