@virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

@virginmedia here's a business idea for you. Instead of calling me 5 times a day to offer me deals to stay with your broadband now I'm leaving, offer me those deals whilst I'm still a customer instead of constantly raising prices and I likely would have stayed in the first place.

@virginmedia The strange thing is, my download speed is OK, averaging around 150mb to 200mb on line speed test but on my upload speed I'm not even getting 1mb (usually around 20mb) so assuming the issue is causing this. Very frustrating.

@virginmedia No issues in the area, im pretty sure this is due to being sent new SIM cards however, it takes three days to receive them, so I don’t see why my current ones would be turned off?
