Graeme Radebe (@Radebreast) reported from Ormskirk, England

@virginmedia what have you done to the Sky TV app - its constantly buffering and showing error messages. Just awful service. Please can you get this sorted ASAP please.

  • 1AnneMcCormack
Anne McCormack (@1AnneMcCormack) reported from Billinge Chapel End, England

@virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

  • NdawanaY
Ndawana Youngson (@NdawanaY) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia Too many service drops. Engineer has been to properly to fix but this persists.

  • SmithysMaud

@virginmedia 38 days after the repull should’ve been done? You think that’s good customer service?

  • realjackoh187
Jack Kelly (@realjackoh187) reported from Widnes, England

@virginmedia I'm checking online and it's saying there is an issue with the TV, but saying broadband is fine. I've had constant disconnections throughout the day for 2 weeks now. It works for a few minutes then goes off. What is going on?

  • lurkinhead
Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England

@virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?

  • Parleyyyyyy
Josh (@Parleyyyyyy) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

  • ZachcloseYT
zach close YT 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 (@ZachcloseYT) reported from St Helens, England

You say you care about your customers and if you did you would fix your ******* **** Internet problems that everyone is having and don't even bother replying @virginmedia

  • SmithysMaud
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England

@jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

  • TheWiganParky
Laser Lux, Wigan. (@TheWiganParky) reported from Haydock, England

@virginmedia If my bill went down with my speed, I wouldn't mind.

  • les_murray71
Lesley Murray (@les_murray71) reported from Wallasey, England

@virginmedia @joshyw0shy Its the whole of the Wirral by the sound of it, no statement from Virgin, just telling hundreds of customers to check for an outage, only have to look at their twitter to see how many of us have been told the same thing

  • Robertlfc_
Rob (@Robertlfc_) reported from Liverpool, England

  • GaryBan47314801
Gary Banks (@GaryBan47314801) reported from Liverpool, England

@virginmedia This is not the first time. The service the last 12 months has been shocking And now you're asking for the over the top increase in monthly payments 😡😡😡

  • TimmyJ1972
Tim Jackson (@TimmyJ1972) reported from Garston, England

@virginmedia To be honest, the issue is an intermittent fault. My wife works from home and the broadband just drops out numerous times a day. Then comes back on. It’s only worthwhile doing a remote test if it’s when it drops out. Otherwise all will look fine

  • DaveMbootlebuck
DM 🦌 (@DaveMbootlebuck) reported from Litherland, England

@virginmedia Mine has just gone down now. I can’t ring via the virgin phone because the phone is connected to the hub.

  • ConorSwifty
    Conor Swifty (@ConorSwifty) reported

@virginmedia hello Virgin Media had a dodgy phone call from +442045148789 saying it's Virgin/O2 trying to end contracts early for upgrading & wanted details while the lady spoke poor English & kept saying eh 24/7.

  • mandy83906280
    mandy (@mandy83906280) reported

@Benleo They, Virgin media are terrible. I'm with Plusnet now, wonderful customer service, always speak to an English person in UK, they pick up quick too.

  • screwy73
    Carl S (@screwy73) reported

@virginmedia I no its not a fault free service but your faults are very regular as i said 3 to 4 times a week compared to once in a blue moon on a BT line , and when i do a check nothing wrong with my line , so it must be my router which works fine till you have a fault 🙄

  • GillGRobs
    Gill 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 🩵 (@GillGRobs) reported

@Benleo @virginmedia Really? They just sent me a new 360 box as they said mine wasn't recording properly yet I had no problems with it, they have ripped me off since I changed the account into my name from my late partners, no difference just a name change ive now been forced into a new contract.

  • radioclashblog
(((Tim from Radio Clash))) 🌈 🏳️‍🌈💛🤍💜🖤 (@radioclashblog) reported

Sadly we are still last mile copper here, no Community/Open Reach fibre yet but we do have Virgin Media (old cable)... Yes I know...but I suspect support will be as **** like nearly all of them now....if Plusnet wasn't dropping phones and Zen wasn't hyper expensive I'd use them.

  • AirDribblePrick
    AirDribblePrick (@AirDribblePrick) reported

@garyb007 @Benleo They couldn't care less about loyalty, that's why all the new customers get the best deals and loyal customers end up paying double. **** @virginmedia scum company.

  • EngagesBrain
    🕹️ EᑎGᗩGEᔕᗷᖇᗩIᑎ 🎮 (@EngagesBrain) reported

@RobRollin2 @virginmedia Virgin Media's routers are garbage. As a result I've have only ever run mine in modem-only mode and provide my own wi-fi for my home. Works flawlessly.

  • GregoryRasputin
    Ivan Elmanov (@GregoryRasputin) reported

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem returning it, I have a problem with your company threatening to charge me because I didn’t send the router back straight away, maybe give people more than two weeks to send it back before harassing them.
