@virginmedia Yes, this has been going on now for months. Was just on to your team to cancel, they hung up on me. I’ve never known a more woeful service. They are quick enough to take payment every month for a service I’m not getting.

@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.

Virgin media. One of the worse broadband services in the universe. Lockdown, Stuck Inside and the internet gets messed up. Made an appointment to fix it. They cancelled it. Said they would call in 24 hours. 86 hours later no calls. Thanks @virginmedia . You’re getting no money.

@virginmedia 'couldn't get IP address'. It's now been 2 hours I cannot connect. Tried all the cable checking, reset, switching off advices. Couldn't solve it. Been waiting on the phone for assistance for 30mins and I've just given up. The overall service is really disappointing.
