To all my followers. DO NOT go to @virginmedia we had installed last night. Now not working. My vulnerable mum cannot get hold of me-phone not working-as they have no engineers until Tuesday. They don’t work Sunday & earliest app is Tuesday! If mum falls again god help Virgin🤬

@virginmedia Not been given anything. I called Friday regarding my bill. Left my contact details and was told within 48 hours I would get a call back. I was hoping to not have to escalate to a complaint and for it to be dealt with via the manager who was going to call me.....WITHIN 48 HOURS!

Told @virginmedia last week I need to end my contract due to moving address....just got my bill through and they have removed the credit I was getting as I have been with them for so long all because I am leaving. Great service that isn’t it....what a joke !!! 👎🏻

@virginmedia Second: I was told that for 4 days continuous outage I am only calculated to receive compensation of £8. So I can be grateful to pay £54 instead of the usual £62 for my trouble.

@virginmedia Of course I have, and usually your website crashes at this point. Your complaints procedure is even worse than your service. The outages are frequent, but conveniently don't qualify for compensation. All in all, a shockingly poor service. Roll on February.

@virginmedia Thanks for reaching out but have already spoken to agents & appalled at the response. First, the service status page says there are no issues, but upon speaking to agent they confirmed this was untrue & their is an area outage (since 18th) that won't be fixed until 21st earliest

@virginmedia No thanks, fed up with the overall service status, today the Broadband is dropping in and out, tomorrow it will be something else. Spoke to one of your engineers last year who said the hardware in our area was in a shocking state and needed replacing, I bet it hasn't been done.
