  @virginmedia Hi - Ive noticed alot of people are having the same issues. Its the Sky TV Go app on Playstation 4. Ive checked it on another internet and it works fine so it is definitely an error on your side. You need to sort the internet settings. It struggles to load “on Now” on the app.

  @Jacedafaceis @virginmedia Yes. Been out to lake district, and 4G mobile phone signal was quick and more reliable than the broadband. And people thought it was normal.

A debt collector for a utility Co knocked at his door. Atm the hospital rang to say we had to go down ( SIL later died) the debt guy said not to worry & offered a lift!

  @PeteUK7 @virginmedia @VisionExpress keep sending my now 4 years deceased mother reminders for her eye test. This is despite meinforming them by calling them, attending a store in person and returning to sender the mail. Horrible reminders which are so unnecessary. Well done for calling virgin out.

  @PeteUK7 @virginmedia reminded me of when my dad passed away with the then "orange" mobile network, called to cancel and pay the outstanding balance, they insisted on speaking with the account holder? explained he had died, they still demanded to speak to him! never the less the bill was left unpaid

  @Billymawa @PeteUK7 @virginmedia BT did this to my mam when my dad died and when they after the third time of her telling them he died they asked if he needed an ambulance. Don’t know why they thought her first reaction to him going into cardiac arrest was to cancel the internet not save his life.
