    @III_VIII_I @virginmedia I work for another provider,it never drops below 60mb anytime day or night so it’s possible to do it. Over subscribed in your area.

    Just tried to contact @virginmedia as we have no WiFi even tho the signal looks strong & like we’re connected - nil. Using data now. In a horrible circuit of click this then that.... come back to same ‘contact us’ page! 😩 An update please @virginmedia !

    @virginmedia If your internet service to St. Helens could be anything other than complete dogshit for more than five minutes that’d be swell. Since 7:30 this morning, constant outages of internet service. STILL happening at 16:00. Thanks (for nothing). Again.

    @virginmedia customers suffering the usual standard of service from virgin Media again. Denial of service should see customers compensated, customer service appears to be the lowest priority.

    @virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

    @vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

    @virginmedia Can you please assist? Your connection cuts out every hour, and it's getting ridiculous! I get no internet for a couple of minutes and then it goes back to normal only for it to cut out again later. I tried ethernet connection but it still cuts out. Any ideas?

    @virginmedia It does not show any service issues in my area. Do you know what the issue might be caused by? I tried restarting the router, tried wired connection, even followed your colleagues' advice and reset it but it's still causing issues. It didn't use to do that in my previous address.

    @Netflixhelps I haven’t but I’ve streamed it via Virgin Media and EE’s mobile network, so it feels it’s not likely to be that? Can you or someone on the team try streaming it on iOS and letting me know if it works?

    @virginmedia we are having intermittant issues with the rj45 switch in our hub. We have tried several times to get someone to acknowledge this for us. How can we have the actual switch tested please? It's affect all hardwired devices
