We are only getting 180meg which is terrible considering we are paying for 300meg! My children can’t get a signal at all whereas they were fine before! Two visits and still not resolved!

Turning the router off and on again helps but not something you can do in a work meeting. Key issue is speed is often below what we are paying for.
