@virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

@virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

@virginmedia I need to speak to someone urgently about Virgin showing a missed payment on my credit history back in August 2018, when I cancelled my internet back in June 2018 (which was made incredibly difficult by poor customer service at the time)

Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

Spent 3 hours waiting for @virginmedia live chat on WhatsApp, I got redirected and the issue didn’t even get resolved at all. I got told to ring as I was not in the right department- despite answering several questions to find out my issue and them finding me the agent! 😡
