@virginmedia No, the picture still looks like I’m watching TV on a cheese grater. Looking at a few threads on your forum this isn’t a new issue either, customers have been experiencing this for well over a year. How’s about I stop paying for the TV part of the package until it’s sorted??

@virginmedia I was going to go to a better provider but was assured that the price was guaranteed until May 2021. You have broken the terms of the contract AGAIN. How many mature citizens who aren’t as computer savvy get ripped off by you? How is this being allowed to happen? Shame on you

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@virginmedia It just says it looks like I can’t get on the internet and it recommends an engineer to come out. On the FOURTH OF JANUARY. During a pandemic when I’m working from home. I left @virginmedia because your service kept dropping, some things never change.

  • sallymunden1 sallymunden (@sallymunden1) reported

@virginmedia I did raise a complaint but funnily enough it doesn't show on my account and then someone did it for me when i spoke to them and closed it straight away? Why would they do that when I'm obviously still appalled at your levels message customer service?

  • joshuapiper Joshua Piper (@joshuapiper) reported

@virginmedia Nope, no issues at all (supposedly). Absolutely had enough with constant similar questions, it’s akin to “have you tried switching it off and back on?”. Why is it, whenever virgin do “work”, it’s always to make the service worse?

  • bloodykilam •$hads• (@bloodykilam) reported

@virginmedia my wifi is being very slow and annoying. Keeps disconnecting. Disconnected for an hour last night!

  • PedgeO PedgeO (@PedgeO) reported

@virginmedia To confirm. My internet keeps dropping a couple of times a week and when I jump on the app it always appear to be that work is being done in the area. The connection is unstable. I can't rely on it. Has been like it for a long time. How much work needs doing?!?

  • Moonraker_Mart Mart (@Moonraker_Mart) reported

@rebekkarnold I cancelled my sports subscription just the other day. @SkyHelpTeam wanted to charge me £60 for cancelling even though I’ve had Sky Sports for 15yrs!! Told them to cancel the lot & I’d go get Virgin Media as my provider. All of a sudden they waived the £60 🤔

  • sean_m_dale Sean Michael Dale (@sean_m_dale) reported

@virginmedia Yes but was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, got worse after 24 hours now have to wait until Tuesday. That’s four days after the initial issue.
