    AWFUL SERVICE. Wrote to @virginmedia about my mobile; no response so rang 789 who cut me off 3 times as they couldn't put me through to that office in Swansea. Direct number online was wrong. On 4th call logged complaint; they to ring me back in 3 days. Not holding my breath.

    @virginmedia I need some technical help as my equipment is faulty. Tried all the resets and followed advise but box keeps going into standby. Also not been loading any tv planner or what’s up next for weeks. The box is over 7 years old. Think a technician would be helpful

    @sky box has just gone off, rang them said I need to get an engineer out £65, and boxes need upgrades another £7 a month. Told them I’ll just cancel it, but I can’t do that over the phone. Just had to buy a £10 day pass on now tv for the boxing @virginmedia see ya Monday

Phone and TV.....But are receiving none of the above..This is a recurrent problem..We have been told city cable cut through our cable..Virgin fixed problem,joke As above. Paying not receiving service!

    @virginmedia Yes, that’s how it went to CEDR. You issued a deadlock letter immediately without dealing with the complaint. All this is on your systems please have a look.

    @virginmedia You refused to deal with it and referred me to CEDR. You then issued a bare denial via a paralegal in your employment (despite having previously admitted fault and liability in recorded telephone calls) and CEDR said they couldn’t do anything. Absolutely terrible.

    @virginmedia my broadband & TV have been down since yesterday morning in FK1 area. The fixed times keep getting pushed out and latest is now 4pm on 22nd. The service status gives no info on what the issue /delay is, we need the wifi to work from home. Can you help?

    @virginmedia @virginmedia Was on for over 4 hours last night & 2 1/2 days of calls before that. They haven’t helped. I’ll be continuing the story on here until someone does help, thr disingenuous engineers, the Virgin reps sitting smoking in Virgin cars while telling customers they won’t help
