    @virginmedia I need help with getting a number so I can call up and cancel the subscription we have. The broadband has been terrible for over a month now. Was told last week there was an issue with the router and we would receive support and have had none and it’s impossible to get though

    @virginmedia standard day again today WiFi has failed over 6 times on the phone for an hour and get cut off again!! If I could get through I would cancel may just have to stop paying my bill you might contact me then #poorservice #nointernet #p

    @virginmedia I’ve spend another 90 minutes this morning trying to get through to you after being told last week I would receive a call back within a few hours and I’m still waiting. Have you got a number which I can get through on and cancel. Worst service I’ve ever received

    @virginmedia Today so far so good but this has been happening every day for the past 2 weeks but I can never get through on the phone on hold for an hour at a time only to be cut off!! Went off again twice last night trying work from home is impossible

    When you cancel a direct debit pending an overpayment query, an extortionate figure is taken by them, you get charged £7.50 for late payment, you are on hold for 45 minutes and then they say the direct debit wasn’t cancelled 👀NEVER CHOOSE VIRGIN @virginmedia @SCOAF_UK

    @virginmedia Yes keeps shutting down then going through the start up routine on the modem green light etc sometimes it’s off for 10 mins sometimes longer but can happen up to 7/8 time a day

    @virginmedia Sky we had issues with that were different but considering everything with them, they did not have bandwidth and coverage issues with the same num of devices connected via wifi too. Virgin cant handle anything. Its shocking.

    What do you have to do to speak to someone @virginmedia Signed up in December. Got given a re conditioned box, the worst wifi speeds ever. Been on hold forever, emailed customer services on 4th Jan, said it would take 28days for someone to get back to me. Still nothing.

    @MoAldalou @virginmedia Assuming you’re talking about broadband it’s generally assumed you contact a new provider and sign up with them. The systems in place are generally to support that behaviour. I know it’s super frustrating though.

    @sophiegalvinx @virginmedia We have had the exact same thing happen. Our contract cancelled apparently by someone else. No correspondence to myself to tell me this would happen. Then told to ring out landlord. To @virginmedia you did this you fix this
