    Do you ever get off the phone to @virginmedia and wanna scream. Been a customer for 15yrs just in this property alone yet they patronise me by saying I have to pay extra each month is my WiFi is to reach upstairs or kitchen (my house is tiny)

    @Cathy_TwoHalves @virginmedia The problems include always being passed onto to yet another unempowered person eg. To get a code turn a bix back on post upgrade (should have happened anyway) took 2 days and several hours waiting to finally get to a tech, problem then fixed in a few mins.

    @virginmedia The point is this was raised Wednesday I was promised a call back that afternoon Chased it up in Thursday Promised a call back by midday today at the very latest Each time I do contact your centres have to listen to awful hold music for hour and often get hung up on

    @BeanToast @skytv @virginmedia Check each month's bill very carefully as they are prone to be really inconsistent when it comes to billing. I wouldn't use them at all but no others can provide speed like there's in my area. Once others start providing a service like virgin I will be changing providers.

    @virginmedia We don’t have any WiFi in the flat because someone put our address in wrong at the begging now we’ve been blocked by the people in that flat and I’m being charged their WiFi when my flat doesn’t have any???? Sort it ******* out it’s appalling and your customer service is terrible

    @virginmedia When the work could have been done on the 17th is ridiculous. I’ve lodged complaints but not had any contact from anyone. If I don’t get a call today I will have no choice but to cancel as I need internet to work.

    @virginmedia And... the agent kept repeating "but, what's the problem?...there is a 14 cooling off period, so you should sign up again". Clearly, 'Reactive' Kevin has never had to wait on hold with VM...then get cut off, then repeat til exhaustion. Lies for commission.

    @virginmedia More concerning is that the agent who called (and told a load of lies) had access to all my account details! I have serious Q's about VM's questionable service and I will be reporting this to Ofcom...along with a recording of the conversation.
