Tip: Yesterday I gave Virgin Media 30 days notice to cancel my TV/broadband. Too pricey. Had no deals to offer me. Miracles are real as I had 3 missed calls today off sales numbers, I answer the 4th. Suddenly, they do have offers and now I'm paying less a month with Sky Sports on

@virginmedia Because that's something you should have offered 4 months ago before the endless hour long phone calls, not something you should have offered only when I went though 3 different people to cancel. I also can't take a day off work for an engineer during August.

I refuse to even consider moving somewhere that doesn't have @virginmedia How on earth are they only ones providing a decent connection speed. Other stupid providers piggy backing off @bt_uk are limited to their SUB PAR speeds. - Rant over.
