@virginmedia Down for both. Yesterday for about 2.5 hours. Today it went down for 30 minutes and again go down, so far, 15 minutes and counting. App/Website says estimated fix 3pm.

@virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

@virginmedia Thanks Anthony did arrive but very late and well after our 'slot' - he was under the impression customer services would have let us know? Such a shame to have had to complain, as he was so efficient and sorted things for us. Communication is key though!

@virginmedia 350x35. had these issues about a week ago, it went back to normal for 4 or 5 days and now the upload has dropped back down again in the evenings until the next morning so not even peak time. last time all i was told to do was post on a forum which clearly didn’t fix it
