@virginmedia advice please! I’ve been a customer for over ten years and am also an o2 customer and my account is now going up by another £12 per month on a pretty basic package! Phoned twice and been told that someone will get back to me with a new price package - still nothing

@virginmedia I want to cancel my contract as it is at the end. Twice now I have been kicked off the chat whilst waiting. This is unacceptable. I can't ring at present so the chat is ideal to run in the background. I just want to press a button that says end the contract!

@virginmedia I have to say your Internet connection is ridiculous... for months on end, it's been shocking. I'm sick and tired of resetting my hub, I shouldn't be having this issue. Never had so much issue for the years I've had you and now, the past 6 months, I'm paying monies…

@CumberdickB and for the record, I didn't. I'm the guy who had a christmas tree in his lounge for in excess of a year and only had to take it down because the Virgin Media guy was coming to fit a cable and I didn't want to explain the dusty christmas tree in June.

@virginmedia 150-160mbps when connected to booster via ethernet. I think it's to do with the walls in my house that block most of the signal and there is no way for me to move my pc closer to the router.
