    @virginmedia you are getting slated on Facebook looks like you will lose lots of customers after this is over, in the chat you say ring after 1 hour of waiting you get cut off . Poor customer service, my plan has run out so it’s gone up in price I am on Furlough cost cutting .

    @Bluesmachine100 @virginmedia No a web page. Issue i had with my router is that it was overheating as a lot of traffic and 2x VPN's where being used. Also port forwarding for my printers and stuff. In short not fit for purpose. Put it in dumb mode and get your own router.

    I see @virginmedia have it sorted. You can only cancel or suspend your sports subscription if you call them. Reduced call centres meaning massive waits on the phone. But if you don’t pay they cut your internet and tv off at the time of most need. Let us do it online!!!!

    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    @virginmedia "Not repeating anything" is that ironic/sarcasm? The whole thread is me repeating myself. Again; turned the router off manually (multiple times) checked the cables are fitted/tightened correctly, had an engineer replace cables. All of the above with my TV box. Still major issues.

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia I had connection problems for a long time and thought I’d tried everything, new pc, routers etc. Eventually I got an engineer in to check the cable physically and not just rely on an auto test. Sure enough the issue turned out to be perished wire just outside the house.

    @virginmedia After 3 weeks and a 2 hr wait on phone and finally a 1min chat with an engineer a replacement TiVo on its way. Communication is Virgin's problem, not abilities. Getting to speak to someone is close to impossible which is of course what you want. DIY is the ideal

    @virginmedia In the rare times I've actually got through on the phone, having to use my landlines on a weekend (as VM is closed by time I finish work) they've run diagnostics and checked problems in my area which I keep telling told there are non.

    @mouthwaite @virginmedia We are having the same problem with @virginmedia I have called four times and they keep saying nothing is wrong! I just started a new job and my training is severely hampered by the bad signal or the fact it just keeps stopping! Rubbish!!
