@virginmedia I am no longer a customer and I have paid the account in full. It was paid in August 2018 and my credit file is showing that I’m behind on my payments and have been since April 2018 as it hasn’t been updated for 18 months! 4 times I’ve been told my complaint would be dealt with.

@virginmedia No, no issues reported in her area. Your helpdesk said it would all be fixed by 3pm today. Nothing has changed, she stlll has a very pixilated picture on all live tv channels. She is getting depressed due to it.
