    @virginmedia You didn't t even address it. Went on your terms and conditions and corporate statement. You have not followed up r own protocol. Would be interesting to see if the plentiful other complaints got the same short shrift. It was the lying and the price gouging that is the worst

    @BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

    @virginmedia I think I need some form of booster. If I select the options as per a previous message, they want to run a remote diagnostic check which won’t show a problem. Will this then put me through to an actual human if that’s the case.

    @virginmedia Thanks for calling, is it about broadband/tv etc, confirming the end of my postcode and then what service I need help with I.e. billing, tech etc and then it wants to run a diagnostic check which won’t show a problem as there is nothing wrong with the service

    @virginmedia After being told there definitely wasn't an issue in this area, the service status says there definitely is and that you're on the way to fix it. Looks like the estimated fix times mean that's it work wise for the day.

    @virginmedia Have spoken to someone at customer services. They are saying there is problems with some customers in the area and we are one of them. They cannot say when it will be resolved just to call back in 24 hours of same thing is happening. I'm not happy with that response.
