@virginmedia Hi. Unfortunately I couldn’t check anything at the time but I did see a technician coming into the area at 6pm on Friday which sorted the issue... not good service that it took all day to sort out though, a day of work lost!!

How am I supposed to book an appointment for an engineer to look at my installation. Fed up of it going down because of not getting the service I’m paying for. Nothing on your website or my virgin media only offers of trying to make more money for a crap service.

@virginmedia V. disappointed as have just upgraded to 200mbps after 18 months of very stable 100mbps. One off issues are expected perhaps. 4 issues in 3 weeks = 4g or 5g alternatives even just a topped up sim until you are SURE that everything is fixed. This is basic customer service ..

@jemward @virginmedia At least you got a hub 5. I’m still on the 2. Wifi is really weak and doesn’t reach beyond the room. Called virgin and they said they arrange for me to be sent an upgrade. Put me on hold for an hour then cut me off. Nothing ever arrived. Piss poor

@virginmedia Absolutely pointless ringing - they just repeated what the automated system is showing. Flatly refused to accept that it is an ongoing issue connected to yesterday's outage. Told me an engineer will visit every single person reporting issues. Refused to log as a system issue.
