    just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

    @virginmedia Thanks yes I’ve tried twice. One lady thought she’d helped but I still couldn’t get in - put me thru to someone else and I hung up after 35 minutes of music! The other person said a known problem and may take 30 days to fix, which I can’t believe. Could you help? Thanks
