@virginmedia I want to downgrade. Lowest TV package (no BT Sport) 50MB broadband Weekend calls How much pm would this be. Currently on Full house and I've been told it's going to £85 pm. This is far too much. Need to get costs down.

What the hell do @virginmedia think they are up to, keep sending texts asking when they can pick up their broadband hub. You can't reply to tell them you both work so it is easier for them to send a box and pay for the return. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
