    @virginmedia I’ve called numerous times, the service is appalling. I requested to make a complaint and they simply terminated the call. I have also made a complaint online, via the complaint form. I’m yet to receive a response. I am tempted to take this further, it’s getting upsetting now!

    @virginmedia also they have smashed her gas meter box off the wall. Apple bridge are are waste of space no one answers the phone, why you have them doing the work as they are causing loads of problems.

    @virginmedia Your customer services are an absolute bloody shambles! Just been shoved across to the moving team to deal with the missing kit on a new account! Do I need to take this issue to the ombudsman? I am a gnat's whisker from canceling the whole account and moving.
