Tip: Yesterday I gave Virgin Media 30 days notice to cancel my TV/broadband. Too pricey. Had no deals to offer me. Miracles are real as I had 3 missed calls today off sales numbers, I answer the 4th. Suddenly, they do have offers and now I'm paying less a month with Sky Sports on

@virginmedia Because that's something you should have offered 4 months ago before the endless hour long phone calls, not something you should have offered only when I went though 3 different people to cancel. I also can't take a day off work for an engineer during August.

@virginmedia There’s no service issue, the engineer had punctured the cabling with a cable tack. It stops the fibre optic cable from working. I removed it but not before having to sit on the phone for 30 minutes after me complaining the other day about your inept installation team

@virginmedia Due 2 position of hub vs where phone needs 2 be, we'll have 2 run cables from 1 side of room 2 the other. Didn't install new phone system cos there was no solution. 1 solution - move hub but if we do, our broadband will be worse (been bad for nearly 3 yrs). So no phone & I'm ill!

@DejaviewStream I believe its The Favourite as it was removed from the UK service due to a licencing agreement with Virgin Media for on demand, its still on the Ireland one tho Besides that the UK and Ireland probably have identical libraries
