Then the arrows light up green and flash. I can’t get 24 hours out of this service. This isn’t what I pay for and it’s terrible service.

I have the hub in the same place I have always had the modems, hubs in. This issue has been ongoing ever since I received the newest hub. All wires are in tightly so it's not that. I have a new phone too

The service desk where I work are in trouble if customers are on hold for 20 seconds. Virgin are a huge company and can’t afford a call centre where customers don’t have to wait 15 mins (so far) on hold.
