    @virginmedia tried to contact Virgin media for days! We had no internet for last Saturday, Sunday , Tuesday in the area . You call and it will not let you contact to anyone as it’s a complex problem in the area. Anyone know a better provider I’ve totally had enough.

    @virginmedia just spoke to a lovely guy on the phone. However, I don’t understand how you can justify charging £40 + for a deal that is £32 online for a new customer. I’ve been with you 20 + years, nothing needs doing to the account. It’s already set up. No point being loyal?

    @virginmedia The main thing here is that not one person who I have come into contact with in your organisation wants to take ownership of the problem and try and resolve it which is the essence of customer service. It’s a massive fail.

    Any updates yet @virginmedia? There are still issues in CH63 4JY. I am currently in the Radiotherapy Dept's waiting room at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre with my husband and a room full of others who are awaiting treatment. Both machines are still down.
