    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    @Bluesmachine100 @virginmedia No a web page. Issue i had with my router is that it was overheating as a lot of traffic and 2x VPN's where being used. Also port forwarding for my printers and stuff. In short not fit for purpose. Put it in dumb mode and get your own router.

    @virginmedia you are getting slated on Facebook looks like you will lose lots of customers after this is over, in the chat you say ring after 1 hour of waiting you get cut off . Poor customer service, my plan has run out so it’s gone up in price I am on Furlough cost cutting .

    @virginmedia Hi when I phone my Mum & dad up there phone line is really noisy lots of interference so it hard to hear them there not allowed out as there in there 70 please can you help we have reported this before

    @virginmedia I’m having trouble with my wifi. It used to work through out my house with no issues. However It no longer works unless in the room where the router is. Nothing has changed from when it last worked to now. It’s been like it for ages now

    @virginmedia I should hav had them dispatched wen I became a new customer, but never happened n the cust service team still haven't resolved now n it's nearly 4hrs! Since I started the chat 2 day! Also the promo wasn't wot it shud of been either,very disappointed nfeel completely let down!

    @virginmedia When I used to game on my ps4 with the old WiFi, I had no problems. But everytime I play any game that needs an Internet connection, like efootball, call of duty multilayer etc, I am kicked out of 7/8 of my games and if by some miracle I am not kicked out, It's constantly lagging

    @SlayerDannn @virginmedia I am, I used to get 500 down on a wired connection with a cat 7a cable, turns out my motherboard is one of the few models that have a faulty ethernet adapter. Had to get a usb 3.0 ethernet dongle then i got my 1gb down

    It needs to be illegal for businesses in the UK to make it still this difficult to cancel a service. @virginmedia for example make you call to cancel and apparently cannot answer their phonelines. Its 2022 everything should be possible online!
