@virginmedia ...went off. Since, we were told to get everything reconnected and it would all be back on within 72hrs - we’re now in over 72hrs and nothing has changed. Also, to add, the Hub 4 has been shockingly bad, 1GB but it’s slower than my previous 350mb box. Any suggestions?

Useless @virginmedia. Had days in Nov with no service-no discount on bill. Last 3 days below min download speeds. Informed of price hike-tried to cancel Yday via live chat-bizarre "customer service". 3 hours later FINALLY cancelled. Have to suffer with this for another month!
