@virginmedia Nothing so far but our WiFi went down not so long ago, you upgrade us. Our box never turned up then there was a problem in the area (forever reoccurring) which wouldn’t be fixed for several days. Not good when you run a business from home

@virginmedia Simply by reconnecting my services after saying that you were happy to rearrange the bill payment date and my services would be unaffected. I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

Superfast broadband you say @virginmedia but no connection for virtually the past 2 days in the WA7 area. Each time a time is set for fix estimate it changes by an hour or even more, last night extended from 11pm to 8am and now saying 10.05am. Not good enough!!!! #shambles

@virginmedia Yeah we’ve been a customer for years, I know how to do that. The issue was that we got a new package (router, TiVo, landline) that got installed on Saturday afternoon, and by Saturday evening the package was cancelled for no reason

@virginmedia Wether it’s an area issue or not it’s immaterial. The point is (area or no area) I find it to be a recurring, intermittent reliability issue. Recurring is the operative word, regardless as to wether or not you ‘temporarily’ resolve it for a SHORT period of time.

@ClaireJen79 @virginmedia Same for me. Since the Hub 3 and increasing my speed, the WiFi has been awful. I've done reboots, factory resets, split the SSID, turned off WiFi optimisation, and it's awful. My wife and daughter have iphones and use 4G as it's much better

@virginmedia A few weeks now, they replied asking me if I contacted the customer service department! No one is taking responsibility or ownership of this issue, all I want is a working service which I’m not getting!
