Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

@virginmedia shocking service that you provide for a high expense. Can’t get WI-FI in the upstairs on our house the box is less then 4 meters away and all you say is you can have a Wi-Fi booster for an extra £5 a month. Can’t wait till the contract ends wouldn’t recommend to no1

@virginmedia @TeganDean5 It is a very poor answer. VM is only saying that an engineer is working on fixing the issue. If it is a damage on the fibre. This shouldn't take 5 days to fix, unless you bought the cables from AliExpress and waiting for the delivery!
