-
Mrs Smith (@SmithysMaud) reported from St Helens, England@virginmedia 3 x engineer visits, each time telling me there’s a blockage. Why does nobody fix it? I can’t even get through to cancel my services and get a refund for the direct debits I’ve paid when I’ve had zero service.
-
John Kelly (@John_Kelly17) reported from St Helens, England@CruisingTheCut I’ve had very few issues with virgin media - depends if you need TV though. Otherwise I’ve heard very good things about over the air using the three network or EE.
-

Martin Travis (@lurkinhead) reported from Birkenhead, England@virginmedia Okay, but with respect, the problem is your call centre say different stuff every time, which inevitably bears no resemblance to reality. Later, VM deny those conversations ever took place and there is no written evidence to back up what was agreed. That's what I am after here?
Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Connor gower (@Connorgower3) reportedI have had issues with my broadband for the last 48 hours so far where it keeps being intermittent it's not the first time it's happened and pushing me closer to leaving @virginmedia
-
Gauci Reports (@GauciReports) reported@LPXIOP This isn’t anything new tbh. The two copper networks are basically BT & Virgin Media. They’ve been migrating across to VOIP (Voice over ip) for a long time now. Unfortunately copper networks have become old and expensive to maintain and quality of service just deteriorates over time with fault calls, replacing cables and customer complaints etc.
-
Tom J Jarvis (@TomJJarvis) reported@virginmedia Your salesperson confirmed by text that his manager had approved covering that £6 for the term. I have the messages. It has never appeared on my bill. He asked me to email a compensation request, which I did. No reply. Chased three times since. No reply. 2/
-
Paddy Sweeney (@PaddySw99745534) reported@virginmedia @_JIMBO55 What do I do with your faulty equipment. I will soon be cancelling your awful service and requesting a refund for the period without service. Should I involve my barrister or will you sort this out.
-
Monty Kumbulla (@KumbullaMonty) reported@virginmedia What are the chances of a very-light-use customer that has been with you for THIRTY YEARS getting a deal at the same cost as a brand new customer?
-
dharmi04 (@Dharmi04) reported@virginmedia hi I have a problem with my broadband
-
Alan Wright 🦫 (@Alanw47) reported@Englandgav @virginmedia Recycled hub not properly reset? But I agree it must be a GDPR issue and VM can't just ignore it
-
Rach A (@Rach_EL_1982) reportedVirgin media charging a loyal customer of 20 years £114 per month is a little bit of a joke when we have a speed test of 63 and new customers get 500 …. Sort it out virgin media
-
Paul O'Brien (@PaulOBrienKil) reported@virginmedia @MizzCQ I strongly urge anyone thinking of subscribing to @virginmedia to NOT do it. Took over a hour to get through to customer service & they still won't fix their mistake. Shambles of an organisation.
