    @virginmedia I want to cancel my contract as it is at the end. Twice now I have been kicked off the chat whilst waiting. This is unacceptable. I can't ring at present so the chat is ideal to run in the background. I just want to press a button that says end the contract!

    @virginmedia Both wired and wireless. We've had 8 engineers out, a rewire, new hub and still endless drop outs. Was told finally it was an upload issue from the amp that supplied the box on the street. But still we're having issues. The 150 number is joke, make it simple!!!

    @virginmedia Is there any way to tell if there are signal issues in your area? This says i should get 4g indoors and outdoors, i dont though i can barely access mobile internet from my house. Last 3 months have been awful

    @virginmedia Trying to resolve not being be able to see account details on app every time log goes to order details. Tried web messaging about as much use as a chocolate ashtray. Does the service have to be activated before you can see all account elements in app.

    Good @Ofcom 28 million fined to the parasites that are Virgin Media. Good. I have been victim to this horrible pass on pass on (6+ hours on the phone) department to department and back to start again, as well as a 2 year new contract without my consent (early termination ยฃ500 being chased for, after 2000+ disconnections in a month, email proof, text proof, delayed line fixes) list goes on. Parasites, charging elderly people ยฃ70+ for like 100mb Maybe @MartinSLewis applied some well deserved pressure. If I'm not mistaken @dshensmith had issues too.

    @whisperwoIf @virginmedia I mean they didnโ€™t let customers cancel and yet they got fined yesterday by our regulator here in the UK for ยฃ28m. I canโ€™t relate because I use Plusnet which practically never goes out or ***** up a lot
