    just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

I try to keep them dangling thinking they’ve got a ‘vulnerable’ in the line and get in a faff asking how much money do they need to fix the problem? **** off for a bit then come back and pretend I have dementia - and try to repeat the same action...

    @virginmedia It’s been almost a fortnight and it’s gotten worse.Connection drops multiple times a day and a lot of buffering.Only suggestion from Virgin was to pay for a WiFi pod-utterly pointless for those issues and a blatant attempt to up-sell!😡

    @virginmedia It's another tough day with no Internet & seems no one @virginmedia really cares about customer service & just been told by customer services manager isn't available to talk.The only option now is to look for another provider .

    @virginmedia To be honest I am fed up of calling, texting and emailing about this problem. I need it sorted! It won't accept my email or password so I'm getting nowhere fast. If I withhold payment to I'll be cut off. It's a no win situation for me and money for nothing for @virginmedia
