  @VirginMedia Received message. Now not accepting my email address. I have one only. My problem is with the remote control which is activated by pressing 2 buttons when they light up. Have had nothing but trouble with one remote for one TV. Your communication us not helpful.

  @virginmedia Yes you are virgin media @virginmedia It was the help crew or someone pretending to be from them that tried to scam us with their what's app message, getting us to download an app we had never heard of and trying to get our bank details! When we asked why, they suddenly hung up!

  @virginmedia You were "looking into it" a couple of months ago and nothing happened. I can get a better deal and service by going back to Sky as a new customer.
