    @virginmedia customers suffering the usual standard of service from virgin Media again. Denial of service should see customers compensated, customer service appears to be the lowest priority.

    @JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

    @vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

    Phoned your support team, and was told I could still cancel. Not an option since you’ve now drilled a hole in my house. Beyond me that nobody at @virginmedia thought to check the cabinet was live before going ahead with an install.
