    @virginmedia 1 tv went off showing error code. Other tv working. On website tried to sort with code. Didn't work, phoned 150 no luck as told service closed. On website it states Saturday 8-8pm. Not impressed as was on red button watching tennis. I need my big screen.

    @virginmedia your sales team are telling people that upgrading to 200 speed will fix WiFi issues. I was looking for a new deal but don’t want to sign up until it’s guaranteed I can get WiFi in more than 2 rooms. I live in a small 3 bed and I’m on my 2nd router which is worse

    @virginmedia Via text messages and phone calls and get no where ...I was told an engineer was visiting it never happened lodged a complaint and heard nothing back I went out of this contract now

    Hay @virginmedia so as an ex-employee this is a bit embarrassing I couldn’t help with; but it looks like someone has fraudulently ordered a mobile and iPad in my dads name that were delivered today and he’s spent over 90 minutes on the phone getting the run around….

    @virginmedia He’s been told it’s been ordered online with his details and he’s been told it will take 5-7 days to investigate when I know it’s 14 days to cancel. He now had two devices sat in his house he didn’t order that need investigating and returning to you ASAP…Can someone help plz?

    Really fed up with my @virginmedia internet connection. Months of packet loss causing voice calls to be unintelligible. Constantly losing connection. Multiple ‘engineer’ visits and its still terrible. Two days in a row now the hub says No RF Signal. Stay away from it!

    @virginmedia Alot are complaining bout outage. We all pay so much but lose internet on a regular basis. I had no tv, no phone, no net today, had to use my own net. In all as a virgin customer what are we paying for? To complain!

    @ka8895 @virginmedia I found I got a better response from the forum. Telephone customer service had me going through hoops for 20 minutes, couldn’t fix my problem, then said they’ll call back. They didn’t. Posted on forum, picked up within 24 hours and new hub sent out with engineer.

    @virginmedia Don’t worry I called your tech team and got it sorted! Apparently 1000’s of your customers email accounts have been locked due to a Spam problem so you should have informed me of that.. It would have saved me some time!

    @virginmedia @ruskin147 I'm facing the same issue in the same area; it's impossible to use the web now as it keeps cutting out and reconnecting every 20 seconds. Only light on the router is the solid white light; resetting the hub also has no effect on the issue.

    @virginmedia I have wasted countless hours on hold to incompetent and lying staff over the many years since Virgin took over Telewest/Blueyonder. The most serious issue, I was just told that 'Virgin didn't offer' the package that I had been sold. Not wasting any more time thanks.
