    @virginmedia So it looks like the router resetting was the start of a bigger issue. Router appears to be having issues again. Your diag service thinks the router is switched off but it certainly isn’t.

    @virginmedia i telephoned because i wanted to reduce my services, the first call offered reduction to 47.95, never happened, second call refused to call me, third call apologies for lack of action confirmed reduction and a credit again nothing happened

    @virginmedia So service resumed around 3pm with an email confirming it. In the last 5/10 mins the wireless connection keeps disappearing off. It’ll return for a second or two, then drop again. Unsurprisingly your status checker says there isn’t an issue despite there clearly being one.

    @virginmedia They didn’t say. They just said it would be fixed by this afternoon, and then when I called this morning, said it would now be Friday. We had an engineer out last Tuesday to connect us and he couldn’t activate it because of the fault in the network- you need to sort this out

    @virginmedia The automated phone system has no option for this fault, only means to speak to an advisor is via the leave option. Engineers didnt pull new cable they cut and repaired current one and left without checking restoration of service!
