    @jenwahkiddles @virginmedia Pity they didn’t do it for us, had no tv or broadband for over 3 months and can’t even get the compensation they owe us, plus the direct debits they took knowing we had total loss of service. Shambolic company.

    @virginmedia Just managed to get hold of someone, and apparently after over 10 years of no problems I now need WiFi boosters at an extra cost to myself all of a sudden, they couldn't tell me why just trying to squeeze more money out of me

    @virginmedia I tell them to ring 999 or 0151 709 6010 if they want to report a crime. They hang up but they sound South Asian and their English is poor. I worry about other oaps being conned. Good luck chasing them.

    @virginmedia ok, what’s the issue with bbc iPlayer sometimes it wants to play sometimes I have to retry many times. Sometimes if I log in I have to wait 2 mins for it to then work. It’s not consistent and very very annoying

    @virginmedia my internet went down earlier, so I booked an engineer visit for Weds. Internet has come back but I'm unable to cancel the booking - when I click the link on my confirmation text it says I don't have a booking. Someone please contact me.
