    @virginmedia Are you wanting me to comment in the broadband section? Can you explain the benefits of this as you won't send an engineer out if there is an issue constantly in the area and your tech team are already aware of it, plus I have the ofcom complaint aswell?

    @virginmedia Internet is down in our area since Monday. I keep getting multiple emails saying it'll be fixed by 12pm tomorrow, then 4pm Wednesday 12pm Thursday, 12pm Friday and now 4pm Friday. None of your call centre staff can help us we've spent hours on hold this week.

    @Virgin @virginmedia I've had no Internet now for 14 days and my bill is due in 2 days. This is disgusting service, your call centre staff are useless, your engineers are useless, this is appalling for £52 a month. Sort the problem out now.

    @virginmedia We have. Multiple times. Your agents don't know how to help. Spoke to 3 different people. I'm getting contant update emails. I don't need to check the service. I know its down. This is beyond ridiculous. I work from home, I can't do my job because of your terrible service.

    @virginmedia I haven’t seen the credit applied yet, that’s the issue. This will be the 4th time that I’ve been told it’s been corrected and to wait around 24 hours but so far this has never worked

    @Sarahlw_95 @virginmedia Sarah I wouldn’t bother with WhatsApp, I’ve been speaking to various people for over a month on there trying to sort my incorrect bill. They just tell you it’s resolved when it isn’t. Scandalous service.

    @virginmedia my interest been down for a whole week. Call centre staff don't know what to say. An engineer has been on site every single day apparently. Can someone fix my internet. I pay £52 a month this is beyond a joke. I've used all my 4g& bought a ****** dongle just to WFH

    @Virgin @virginmedia #virginmediadown #VirginMedia Imagine paying £52 a month for Internet to be down for 5 days. We work from home. I've used all my 4g, had to buy more to do my job yet when you call up they say it'll be fixed by.. and keeps being postponeded. Fix it Virgin.

    @virginmedia I'm fairly sure no contact from VM about engineer no-show. You could only have contacted by email and he checks those most days. Can't ring, as the phone doesn't work!! (sounds like it rings from outside, but line is dead in the house) "We can’t see any issues affecting WD23 2DR"

    @virginmedia UPDATE day 8 without any services, after a long phone call to try and get another engineer out I have been given two appointments for the 18th and the 19th, that will be nearly 3 weeks after reporting the issue! #virginmedia

    @virginmedia All connections suffer wifi first then wired the whole house is networked because the hub don't reach back of house ( small 4bed semi 1960s built place!) But it's always noticed o wifi first with spotty connections slow or plain not connecting to websites.

    @virginmedia One more thing im@no longer a customer and you have now charged and taken mine for your screw up. Now as with GDPR I better not receive any communication from virgin as requested on my web chat and I have screen print proof of this request and legal action will be taken
