    @virginmedia daily reeboting of my router is not an answer. Giving me another new router where I then have to reset all of my smart devices is not an answer. Sort out the supply. The BT cables are now in service in my area and switching is looking more likely!

    @virginmedia @Buttonscro You sent me a deadlock letter without even the first complaint being addressed For years your operatives have been saying they have noted my account with requests. Last op o spoke to they said no we don't do that don't have the time standard notes etc. So merely lied

    @virginmedia I have just got through on the telephone on 03454541111 and had to pay £116.50 to try and cancel contract as operator said virgin media do not accept cancellation by letter. He then transferred me to relations team and I waited 10 minutes for someone to speak but no one did !

    @BBCWatchdog My dad recieved Absolute terrible customer service from @virginmedia apparently when you cancel a contract in april it still doesn't show up on their system and then get a bill they say they couldn't access his account to cancel it but could when he offered to 1/2

    @virginmedia A member of the family has dementia and now gone into care home so need to cancel the policy, we have power of attorney which should be noted from last time we sent it to you but they wouldn’t help as they said they can’t deal with us for this situation

    @virginmedia You didn't t even address it. Went on your terms and conditions and corporate statement. You have not followed up r own protocol. Would be interesting to see if the plentiful other complaints got the same short shrift. It was the lying and the price gouging that is the worst

    @virginmedia service is down Again in L22. When are you going to do a proper investigation into the cables and rectify your infrastructure. You may provide the fastest broadband, but what good is speed when there is an issue delivering it to properties?

    @virginmedia how do you you speak to the specialist complaints dept. I have had a billing issue for over 2 months, that still isn’t resolved? Told last week would get call Monday still waiting...

    @virginmedia Here we go, on the phone for nearly 2 hours, answering the same questions after being cut off. So if i get cutoff again i have to go through this painful experience again. Useless Customer Service with intentional tactics to prevent Customers leaving

    @bigalby56 @virginmedia I have the same.. they sent me a new hub and I still have the same problem and I speak to a human after a 30m wait and they fob me off telling me they fixed it. Like hell they did!!

    @virginmedia I've tried doing that. They appear unable to access my account and the security links they send do not work. They say they'll send new links but they never arrive and then you have to start over. Can't you just get somebody to call me?!

    @virginmedia broadband working terribly and I am trying to call fir a change of plan. If I chat I’m told to call 150. When I call I’m told to go online, if I try to upgrade online I get an error message. This is a terrible service.

    @JayFraaz @virginmedia It’s bonkers mate! Not had any problems until recently but the rep today basically said there was no record I’d agreed to any new terms on previous calls. I asked why I’d get emails confirming changes (albeit the wrong changes) and she wasn’t able to explain it.
