@virginmedia He’s been told it’s been ordered online with his details and he’s been told it will take 5-7 days to investigate when I know it’s 14 days to cancel. He now had two devices sat in his house he didn’t order that need investigating and returning to you ASAP…Can someone help plz?

@virginmedia 1 tv went off showing error code. Other tv working. On website tried to sort with code. Didn't work, phoned 150 no luck as told service closed. On website it states Saturday 8-8pm. Not impressed as was on red button watching tennis. I need my big screen.

@virginmedia Indeed, the ETA fix time is only a forecast! Perhaps after changing the estimates ~9x, always in the last minute of the estimate expiration datetime, a review of how #virginmedia come about to these estimate is overdue. The ask: a realistic ETA for customers to plan around.

@virginmedia so we’ve been experiencing slow broadband speed, 50-90 Mbps, as opposed to the ‘guaranteed’ 110 Mbps for our 200 Mbps service. Yesterday your telephone technician told us it was ‘our’ equipment. Earlier today we got 200 Mbps on ‘our’ equipment & now it’s back to 50.
