    @virginmedia They answered, established they couldn't sell me a new product then told me to phone back in the day my contract ends and immediately hung up.. If it was clearly stated online in your info "don't phone us to cancel until your contract ends" I'd have saved 35 minutes of my day..

    Hi @virginmedia, I’ve had no picture or sound on my TV for 24 hours now. Even on my apps the picture and sound aren’t loading. Subtitles still showing up though. It’s a TiVo box. Any help appreciated would be great.

    @virginmedia I tried cancelling using the text number you gave me but the person I was texting with (Merlowe) refused to cancel my contract? I don't understand why I can't cancel online just like I did when signing up, this should be made common practice @Ofcom
