    @virginmedia Thats just an update to say they are dealing with the issue, people want to know what the issue was and why it is taking so long to repair, there is a continuous extension to repair time and your customers at least deserve detailed information

    @virginmedia I only worked as a network Ops mgr for nearly 10 years, so I guess I wouldn't understand network issues and connectivity, really. Or service level agreements. Or teaching my grandmother how to suck eggs.

    @virginmedia No, they just left. Rang your customer service they are now telling me the problem is internal. I’ve had no internet since July, no tv since August. It’s beyond a joke now. 5 visits I’ve had.

    @JuanSpanishfly @LPXIOP @virginmedia I know how it works I was using voip 30 years ago!... The problem is the virgin broadband is down more often than the virgin phone line... So seems like I am losing a reliable landline line to go over a dodgy broadband one!

    @Johnty14 @virginmedia I worked for VM as a tech and I wasnt one of them but it was common practice by some rltwchs to feather knock so they could put the job off and blame the customer for not being in..

    @MelJanie @virginmedia Tellingly, the engineer who eventually came out (I'd already cancelled the service) said they still had to fit the back up line as they'd been fined Β£28 million by the regulator. Appalling customer service though.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile Interesting, our fibre was down recently (Virgin Media, avoid like the plague) and our Tesco Mobile data coverage was absolutely terrible. If it haven’t been for my neighbour giving me access to his network, I would have been screwed. And we were down for a bloody week πŸ€¬πŸ’©
