    @virginmedia That’s the number I’ve been on hold to, then got cut off. I have 3 phone acc, TV, broadband and a business acc. I just want to cancel one sim and it seems impossible

    @virginmedia Simply by reconnecting my services after saying that you were happy to rearrange the bill payment date and my services would be unaffected. I have been told this is impossible though so cant see it happening. Its really bad customer service IMO.

    @virginmedia Anyways, your engineers are great, especially Robbie who came out to help us last minute. Still don’t know why our contract was randomly cancelled but we’re expecting more info on Tuesday or something, so I’m not gonna fuss about it on Twitter 💙

    @virginmedia Getting seriously fed up of watching something on Netflix and 20 mins in and it goes off again. Same with my phone, always has an exclamation bar next to it. Internet is awful, i was told if im not getting what im supposed to be i can cancel which is what i will be

    @virginmedia are a joke! Ive lost my services for today due to their incompetence. Been on the phone for 45 mins and got nowhere. Complaint lodged which will also get nowhere i bet.

    @MattTRFC @Stemac2010 @virginmedia Yes Matt, I was shocked too I had no choice but to hand my 30days notice in, I’ve been with them since 2009 no way I’m paying £1 more a month for 100mb compared to what a new customer would pay for 300mb!

    @virginmedia your network has been down most of the day to more than just some of your customers!! My 12 year old daughter unable to phone/message me and I’m unable to track her T1 diabetes levels which requires data. Shocking you are not treating this with higher priority!

    @virginmedia @marcyeboah That’s the problem. You can’t help on social media as you are not empowered to do so. You merely advise to call the number that is causing all of the issues in the first place

    @virginmedia Any deal that a new customer can get would be fine :) I don’t think it’s fair a customer that’s been with you for 10 years who already has all the equipment needed should pay more for less

    @virginmedia I’ve had issues during my 12month contract & I still rang up to renew. I was then told I wasn’t entitled to any new customer deals & I’d have to pay a £1 more a month for your budget service compared to what a new customer would pay for your top package.

    @virginmedia This has been using Wi-Fi, it has been dipping in and out gorg the last couple of week, so far today, it seems ok. I was expecting a call from the manager to address a complaint but no Jody has called. I also requested the Wi-Fi extenders and again no response.

    @virginmedia So we're now trying to phone this number (which is exactly the same as the last time btw) and not only are they giving us the same grief and hassle for my NINETY EIGHT year old uncle, theyve now just cut us off TWICE :) absolutely garbage service 4 times trying to talk to someone

    Dear @virginmedia , please, please sort out the internet access in South Cambs - I resent paying for the non-service and having to tether my laptop to my (non-virgin) phone.
