    just cancelled my @virginmedia account after 30 plus years, If you're a new customer you can get the package I was on plus extra channels and other benefits for over £30 less a month, but existing customers can't, no loyalty to customers what so ever,

    @virginmedia Stay disconnected should be the tag 1 hour waiting to get through on the phone to get a 24 hour fix to go back the next day to the same no connection They direct you to the web but it does not answer your question My recommendation dont trust a virgin experience no

    @virginmedia Yes that’s correct, last time he sent signal and said it is okay, I no it is not the tv or usb wire as both have been replaced

    @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

    @virginmedia Having on going problems with my TiVo box who can I contact to get it sorted, just had notification increase which is not a problem but expect 100 % working kits not the first time I have tried to get this sorted

    @virginmedia Yes, I was retained with a promise of 32.00 per month back in sept since then you have billed me incorrectly every month Your complaint process is so poor you send generic responses and just ask me to call, when I do I am told your complaints team does not take calls C-10012347

    @virginmedia ‘Looks like there are service issues in your area again (I added again but you may as well add it to your automated messages), fix time looks like it is some time tomorrow, definitely will be looking at other options and companies who don’t use rubber bands and sellotape Rubbish!

    @virginmedia Even after joining twitter, having numerous conversions via twitter and the customer forum. I am still waiting for my refund!!! Only been waiting nearly five months! I was advised 3 weeks ago that a cheque would be sent. Still waiting and no further forward!!
