@vmbusiness at this current time working from home under so much stress and pressure the last thing you need is your broadband playing up. This is not acceptable we ate paying for a service which is currently nonexistent. Wifi goes down every 5 min. Please can you look into this

@virginmedia having issues with connectivity & slow speed. I'm working from home & this is causing me a LOT of stress. I still have targets. Hard to do when the internet is crawling & up & down like a yoyo. Been like this for 2 weeks. Diagnostics say no problem 😥😭

@virginmedia I called at 1541 today to report that my parents landline was not working. I made it clear that they are very elderly and need the landline in emergencies. I left my mobile number and asked for a callback to check progress 1/2

@virginmedia I have been unable to access my Blueyonder e mail for 2 weeks now. I have tried the recommended fixes to no Avila and am told I might wait for an hour to have someone answer my call. £80 a month for a broken service is a bit on the steep side

@JacobAlderHam @virginmedia Shocking isn’t it mate, I’ve not been able to use streaming devices or gaming devices for a few weeks without constant spikes and buffering. I pay for 200 down and receive about 40... so much packet loss. Shambles.

@virginmedia I’ve done this, it did a “test” etc and said I had no connectivity, but didn’t help any other way. You’re other number doesn’t work and your website was down. I’ve told you there is a problem with multiple houses, so it’s not my connection personally

@Ofcom @virginmedia @UrServiceBlows Virgin media . No help for cancellations. Asking for CSC number and full debit card info to access account. Why the CSC? You don't need the CSC unless payment being made. Your not getting the CSC so how else can you validate the account. 🤬

@virginmedia your awful customer service team keep telling me they will call me back and never do. What a joke of a company. I highly recommend no body gets a mobile contract with Virgin, they are impossible to deal with.
