@virginmedia you are getting slated on Facebook looks like you will lose lots of customers after this is over, in the chat you say ring after 1 hour of waiting you get cut off . Poor customer service, my plan has run out so it’s gone up in price I am on Furlough cost cutting .

@jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

@Bluesmachine100 @virginmedia No a web page. Issue i had with my router is that it was overheating as a lot of traffic and 2x VPN's where being used. Also port forwarding for my printers and stuff. In short not fit for purpose. Put it in dumb mode and get your own router.
