@virginmedia The internet speeds we are getting are terrible. Paying for 200mbps and currently getting an average of 24 over the last month and have no way of contacting anyone by phone as it goes dead after holding for an hour

@virginmedia ...went off. Since, we were told to get everything reconnected and it would all be back on within 72hrs - we’re now in over 72hrs and nothing has changed. Also, to add, the Hub 4 has been shockingly bad, 1GB but it’s slower than my previous 350mb box. Any suggestions?

@virginmedia Have fun trying to do that. We were told a new cable was being laid and it was approved - we just needed to wait. Then today you disconnected us and cancelled my account. We have found internet elsewhere and will never be returning to your service.
