    Geeky thing I've just noticed with our new FTTP connection from Sky (supplied & fitted by Openreach) we now have a IPv6 IP address! Never had one before as VirginMedia do not natively have one nor offer one!

    @virginmedia The internet speeds we are getting are terrible. Paying for 200mbps and currently getting an average of 24 over the last month and have no way of contacting anyone by phone as it goes dead after holding for an hour

    Fault CS 2400 sorted, 2 hours ahead of schedule. Well done @virginmedia and many thanks to the VM Customer Services gentleman from Cape Town SA for explaining the sequence the faults arose and the estimated timetable for the work being undertaken. 👍

    @virginmedia Ok this is utterly RIDICULOUS. I followed your advice, waiting for the WhatsApp agent, wet through all security and even after pricing notes, your support agent thinks I want to BUY a new package?! Utter joke, you guys need to sort your customer experience out.

    @virginmedia FFS it isn't the wifi or network! It's your sodding signal into the house. Why do I even bother tagging VM it never leads to anything useful. You never want to send an engineer out, you insist it's 'wifi' every time but you have no problem putting up prices.

    @virginmedia No new devices have been added to the network, the router has not been moved neither have any objects or anything in the vicinity, no new electronic items or anything to interfere with the signal. If the speed was this constituently it would be okay but it keeps dying entirely :c

    @virginmedia just phoned regarding refund, i got a rude guy on the phone who wasnt interested and offered me compensation from the 10th, now back in january when the external work was complete but virgin refused to accept it was done... asked to raise a complaint and he hung up... ombudsman!
