@virginmedia I will call shortly. I just feel that you are pricing people out of their broadband. I am on a low income and can only just manage the cost of it at the moment. I just don't understand why the router I have is not boosting the signal

@laneydude30 @virginmedia @richardbranson I am same as you, i signed up on the 6th Aug! they keep telling me dates for the install and they never turn up (3 sperete dates) latest was last monday now i have to wait another 3 weeks!, i have to ring them then say there is a problem, then they cut you off when on the phone!

@virginmedia our phone line has been down over a week. We have tried to contact you about it via phone, WhatsApp and SMS several times all week and all are saying you have too many people trying to contact you and to try again. This is getting silly now we need help here!
