    @virginmedia Hello, my broadband was supposed to be installed on 6th Sept but your engineer only did half a job and ****** off. When I call up to find out when you're coming back to finish my installation, I can't get a straight answer and nobody calls me back! Shite service!

    @virginmedia I haven’t seen the credit applied yet, that’s the issue. This will be the 4th time that I’ve been told it’s been corrected and to wait around 24 hours but so far this has never worked

    @virginmedia ...when all she has is TV on an old box and a phone line. She's house bound and this is all she has. The 1st feller attitude was disgusting and said like it or lump it. Clearly doesn't enjoy his job at Virgin Media and customer service is not his game! Awaiting a manger today, ty

    @virginmedia The guy was the most arrogant person I've ever spoke to in CS, retentions is meant to be the end of the line, if it was my service and not my wife's 93 year old nan i'd have cancelled the contract. I asked to speak to a manager and was told "managers don't speak to customers"....

    @virginmedia @virginhelp We have just signed up for a broadband/phone package. We were recommended by a friend. They never gave us a code though as they are a pensioner. We were told to simply give her details in but the operative would not accept. Can we still get a code after?

    @virginmedia ..i don't know what manager in any way of life won't speak to a customer! I called back and spoke to another member of the team, who has logged it as a complaint, a manager is calling me today and he is looking what he can do for a 93 year old. Being forced to pay £105 a month...

    What an absolute shocking service I've had with Virgin Media this morning. I called on Friday to see if I could get landlines, broadband and television. Spoke with Lee who told me that he would have to check with another department and would call me back on Monday 1.....

    @virginmedia Yes they said they would have to check with the civil engineering department to see if the service could be provided. I was told they would ring me back on Monday, yesterday. No phone call. So I rang back today. Still no answer according to Mohamed today

    @laedeejaedee @virginmedia Hi JD, there's no obligation for any form of mobile service including PAYG. If a provider decides to stop supplying a mobile service, then it is a commercial decision and we cannot prevent them from doing so.

    @virginmedia I am told by your billing support team that they are unable to provide a breakdown of the bill by services (TV, Broadband, Phone) - only after two months of chasing...Surely a decent service provider should be able to set this up without any fuss!
