  @virginmedia He said there was a restricter on the cable so removed it. I’ve checked the hub and it says there are WiFi issues but no idea what to do to fix it? It’s dropped out a number of times today!

  @SkyHelpTeam Are you going to look into the issue accessing Sky Sports with a Virgin Media login via the web page? You can access via the mobile app. so maybe have a look your end instead of passing the buck

  @getgomez @virginmedia I love the Virgin brand but, I’ll never go with @virginmedia again after similar issues. We gave 30 days written notice in Oct 19 and cancelled our DD. They continued to bill and chase for over 6 months.

  @virginmedia Scam Alert. Received automated call from @BT 02084264676 advising us that due to unusual activity, phone & Internet being closed down. We don't have any BT equipment. Have reported this to 150.
