    @sky box has just gone off, rang them said I need to get an engineer out £65, and boxes need upgrades another £7 a month. Told them I’ll just cancel it, but I can’t do that over the phone. Just had to buy a £10 day pass on now tv for the boxing @virginmedia see ya Monday

    @kingkayofficial @virginmedia Never been an issue for me. Luckily The distribution point is just outside my house so I get top speed, and my neighbour is an engineer for them !

    @virginmedia This is an issue every time scheduling changes on the same day as broadcast. The guide just doesn’t update in time. I couldn’t record Babs because it was never added to the guide and my Eastenders recording was an hour before the show was rescheduled to start.
