    @virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

    @virginmedia I have spoken to someone at virgin though to be fair and they have said that the issue was that the work orders have not been assigned to anyone and that we should have the re pull done guaranteed in next 24/48 hours

    @virginmedia The router is the hub 3. The signal often drops. Upload speed is as advertised. But even with my ethernet connection the highest upload speed I am reaching is 0.45 Mbps which is obviously a problem.

    @virginmedia So basically 5 resets isn't enough in the space 10 months to fix the issue with the Internet connection and everytime I have Internet connection issues I should physically reset your system for you to get a working connection is what you're saying here?
