    @virginmedia really unhappy with the service, got a new box yesterday and the start up checklist won’t load... called your helpline and they didn’t help us over the phone. Sending an engineer next weekend so we have a week without tv. Please help.

    @virginmedia Been disconnected by yourselves without requesting to cancel my service. No call back as promised, spent an hour on phone earlier to be told might be 72 hours until anything can be done after 20 years of loyalty I think I merit more than this shoddy treatment

    @virginmedia I have not been able to set my TV up since you provided it in December. It is impossible to speak to anyone as It just reverts me to the website for help and hangs up. The website has not resolved this issue. Terrible customer service and really expect better.

    @virginmedia just spent over 2 hours on the phone, got passed from caller to caller, then for no reason you just hung up on me. All this literally just to cancel my internet. How is it this difficult!?

    @virginmedia The point is the text chat system doesn't work. And it's the same slot that I changed from. Why not just say we have appt on such and such date text 1 to accept or 2 to reject.

    @peltonboy @virginmedia @virginmedia only want money, when we moved house the refused to refund some money because they said I had breached the contract, I had told them I wanted to keep the service but they said the didn’t cover our new area so it was my fault.

    @virginmedia I’m very, very annoyed and frustrated at the moment. I was promised I would be called back within 72 hours of speaking to one of your agents last Thursday, even accounting for the weekend, that should have been on Tuesday and now I cannot get through to your contact centre. Poor.
