Hi @virginmedia, my dear old mum has been on the phone for 20 minutes because her broadband has gone down. Your advisors keep saying to reset the hub and disconnecting before it's sorted. Any ideas? Still using the crap one you sent years ago despite her recontracting

@virginmedia I’ve just done that. If you watch the video though you’ll see it doesn’t even let me get to the login page. As soon as I click on virgin media customer it tries to take me to a website & then closes down

@virginmedia Everything struggles to stay connected to the Internet. Mobiles, laptops, the TV's. I'm not sure if the speed is an issue as I haven't checked it. (I'm not sure how to.)

@virginmedia I think it's just wireless when it drops. When using the wired connection when working from home some days I've never seen the connection drop over wired.

@virginmedia Find it strange I don't have the issue of WiFi dropping out during the day on a weekday ( the same amount of devices being used) can stream using any platform Netflix, etc, without buffering. I'm just trying to understand why this is 🤔
