-
Steve Shelbourne (@Shellifumi) reported from Aintree Village, England
@AllenWeso6 @1878shadow @virginmedia Just binned them off to go back to Sky. Been paying for the all singing and dancing fibre broadband and it’s slower then my work mobile router! TV picture is dog rough and my Virgin Mobile sim won’t take calls from anyone on the EE network when I’m connected to the WiFi! See ya!

-
Maire Cubbin (@memcalea_maire) reported from Wallasey, England
@virginmedia Thanks for the info, leaving due to 6 weeks of problems and very many hours on the phone to yourselves trying to rectify . Told problems sorted when they clearly are not . Causing personal stress to me every time I make another long futile phone call to 150 ( waited 3hrs once)
-
Maire Cubbin (@memcalea_maire) reported from Wallasey, England
@virginmedia Mentioned but not offered as I think they know the problem isn’t in our home . The problem that’s been supposedly fixed is ongoing since 26th Jan . Our minimum download speed is supposed to hardwired at 181 . New router and we are lucky if we get 80 on a good day. Never mind 😞
-
Daniel Richards (@Dan_Richards99) reported from Birkenhead, England
@virginmedia Have spoken to them (not overly helpful)... The Network has now dropped for the 3rd time today!
-
Maire Cubbin (@memcalea_maire) reported from Wallasey, England
@virginmedia Yes formal complaint ..... the problem is at your end I believe and we aren’t the only customers in the area affected . It’s just frustrating to be sent messages to say the problem is fixed when it’s clearly not . Enough stress in life without all of this . Leaving contract it is
-
Maire Cubbin (@memcalea_maire) reported from Wallasey, England
@virginmedia We are never off the phone to your team for a month now . It’s been escalated to the top apparently on our last call a couple of nights ago . Then we receive a message to say all is well when it’s clearly not . New router and everything . Looking to come out of contract now .
-
Shaun Fitzsimmons (@ShaunAFitzy78) reported from Birkenhead, England
@DaveRidgway2 @virginmedia 'We are experiencing really high call numbers at this time, most issues can be fixed online, or you may like to call back another time'...

@virginmedia So I’ve scanned the living room ok Come up to the bedroom above the router, can’t find it! And doesn’t find it anywhere else upstairs! My phone won’t connect so the WiFi at all! It shows as connected but can’t access the internet. And I’ve forgotten the network!
-
Maire Cubbin (@memcalea_maire) reported from Wallasey, England
@virginmedia Thank you , as my husband said the other night we have spent hours on the phone this last month . Got told the other night this months bill will be suspended whilst they fix the problem . We will wait and see does any of the above happen then we will leave contract if not .

@queenchristina_ @virginmedia Go to SKY Christina. I have NEVER had a problem getting through to them on ANY MATTER and your not sent off shore to Philippines or Australia. So do yourself a favour. Call them, VIRGIN ARE past their sell by date.

Lynn Williams (@Carer49) reported
@virginmedia Thanks for replying but this honestly smacks of profiteering at a time when families are locked down. Families like ours likely to be shielding for months yet. Incredibly disappointing.
-
Paul Mackenzie Ross (@pmross) reported from Farnborough, England
@sniveldirk @virginmedia Also it’s not reliable broadband. I’m suffering day 15 of anything but the 350MB connection I paid for. Right now it’s dead again. The lack of service forced me to have to work from an office today (again!) How unsafe is that?
-
A.abu (@Aabu21480992) reported
@virginmedia No fault you disconnected my previous provider and left me out to dry with no service
-
Adam Simpson 💙 (@AdamSimmo73) reported

-
∆DE (@RealADE88) reported
@virginmedia I have indeed, I’ve tried everything humanly possible!!. I can see some of the problems!. You have supplied me with an inferior coaxial cable!!. This affecting the signal strength for the router to distribute!!. Have a look at my screen shots I’ve provided! This is not acceptable

juann⁷ ♡ (@yoophoriakoo) reported
