-
๐ฌ๐ง Rob @No-Bull-Politics ๐ฌ๐ง (@bull_robin56713) reported@virginmedia I'm sure I'm not alone in having asked you to reduce my service, such as cancelling a second set-top box, in order to reduce my bills. As you can see here I asked for my bills to be reduced in Jan 2024. Yet notice how those bills have crept up again ever since. There has been no increase or improvement in the service you provide to justify this. According to my analysis, despite having gained a better paid job recently, my net income is down 4.2% compared with 5 years ago. Like many, I am going to have to tighten my belt, and those bills that increase without any prior warning must be the first to go.
-
Paul Wright (@selhurstpaw1) reported@biggle1908 Avoid Virgin Media at all costs. Call centres are overseas. Back up if you have real issues is very slow. Regular price increases. When you renew your contract, it will be considerably higher.
-
Sonic (@MrSonicAdvance) reported@virginmedia What I found frustrating, was that if I trimmed features from my package, the monthly price would go up, and if I added additional features the monthly price would go down. Utterly perverse! The whole process left me frustrated and bemused. Lovely people on your team, though. ๐

Keiran Griffiths (@Keiran_Mark) reported@vdaybabygirl85 @rayquannnnnnn @virginmedia Keeps dropping out? Which VM Hub do you have? I've just got upgraded free from the hub 3 to hub 5 and so far haven't had any drop outs. Give the customer services a call and ask for an engineer (free) and when they come, it's ifs the hub 3, they'll change it for free.
