@virginmedia Getting a new/replacement Hub, existing one keeps turning off/resetting. Call lasted 50 mins, 6-7 mins was chatting to someone, until put on hold again. Gave up.... shocking service!!

@virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

Hey, @virginmedia, your customer service is abysmal. After being told you can’t install an internet connection until end of the month at my fiancé and I’s new address, you then hang up on us three times when we try to cancel our subscription. Feels like you’re running a scam.

@virginmedia We managed to get through to your team on the phone yesterday and they said they will call us back. It started working again yesterday evening but it’s an on and off problem we have had for weeks so needs looking into properly which I hope will happen soon.

@virginmedia I don't have a hub 3. The app said sign in to upgrade your hub at no cost. I signed in. There is NO way to upgrade a hub. There is no menu item that covers it. The help won't tell you how to do it. I pay over £100 a month for your 'service'. I just want the advertised broadband.

@MartinSLewis Not true for me. Just called them. Only offer was to agree to another 18 month contract or cancel. Guess which one I’ll be doing @virginmedia ? You can cancel WITHOUT EARLY TERMINATION PENALTY as a result of this price hike. 10% increase mid contract is disgusting treatment.
