@virginmedia service is appalling. Engineer arranged last Friday for today. Didn’t turn up. Now told it had been cancelled and we were informed. Lies Lies Lies. Broadband is almost unusabale. Can’t wait for contract to end so we can get sky.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

@virginmedia I have rebooted, checked connections, followed all of your menial advice to fix a service beyond my control. Apparently nothing wrong in my area. but when I connect to speedtest. the closest hub is Hendon. I live in SE London. Can you explain this? its all lipservice isn't it.

@virginmedia All I want is for my mobile phone to work on Jersey over the Easter weekend - to avoid the awful experience I had for my 70th birthday 2 yrs ago - its not rocket science for 02, indeed its automatic but apparently is insurmountable for VM to arrange this.
