    @virginmedia Yes this was one of the first things we tried. Ended up having a repull after two engineer visits, but still not fixed the issue. How about trying a new hub?

    @virginmedia So, after more than 25 years of Cabletel, NTL and now VM I have given up and am moving to Sky. VM customer service non existent, online support shocking and now I find I have to write a letter and post it to even cancel my contract. Feels like I’m back in the 80s

    @virginmedia UC Essentials has a 30 day cancellation period. End of. That replaced my original contract (and I will pursue this as needed). As for complaints, opened and closed without resolution is a bit sneaky of Gian isn’t it 🤔 But I expect an audit trail will exist if that.
