    @virginmedia truly awful company stuck in the dark ages why would you trust them with broadband when after 3 months notice to quit they take full payment and then you have to apply for a refund !!! Company run by dinosaurs looking for opportunities to rip you off when leaving !

    @virginmedia Worst part of it @virginmedia is the way your customer service team speaks to customers. Quite appalling and in my experience always approached on basis that the customer is wrong. It consistently bad - to be told you don’t send texts when I clearly had two texts quite insulting!

    My @virginmedia broadband was down this morning for a couple of hours. Which made me think - I’ve worked from home for over 2 years, and that’s only the 2nd time it’s happened. So 2 very small windows of time in over 2 years, I think that’s pretty damn reliable! Good work! 👍

    @Rachel_FMN @virginmedia We sacked them off. Hours and hours on the phone every time there was an issue. Trying to cancel even worse. Even when we returned the equipment they didn’t turn up for it then said they were going to fine us!! Jokes. Plus I’m over £1000 a year better off now too! Xx

    @virginmedia Yes as been issues at least once a week lately. Picks up my account to say there are complex issues. It’s getting more and more and my tv box and router are old now. The amount of times turned everything on and off! TiVo box so slow internet cutting out

    @virginmedia contacted today as we have a Wi-Fi issue where it needs a Wi-Fi booster. Apparently you want to charge us £5 a month extra to supply one Wi-Fi booster. Why doesn’t the system work properly anyway? I am paying for #broadband but cannot get it across our home.
