@virginmedia I’m still waiting for someone to reply to me about my bill. I get cut off when I try to phone, the online complaint form receives an error on every submission, there is no chat functionality available and I can’t get a reply in social media. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

@virginmedia FYI, received phishing email today claiming to be from Virgin Billing & with your logo. Said our service will be suspended from 02/04 due to invalid billing info & invited us to sign into our account by clicking on button in email to validate billing details.

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

I’ve had to write this as I think the virgin media wireless hub is rubbish, since lockdown I’ve had to reset my router several times a day as we keep losing signal, to the point I’ve gone out and bought my own router and I’m now using modem mode, please fix your rubbish routers!!

@virginmedia been on hold for 25 on a second call. The first disconnected. Problems with BB for three days and now the hub doesn’t even power on after an apparent update!

@virginmedia Yet again, there is a problem in my area, it is not specific to my house, sending an engineer is pointless, the last engineer I spoke to said the cabling and main boxes on our road are in a shocking state and need replacing. My broadband drops out on a daily basis.

Virgin media owe me £33.67 because i closed my account after their appalling service. The only time you get a quick response is when you try to cancel your contract mid term and they send the Krays to warn you off with penalty charges. They sent a credit bill and no cheque.
