    @virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria For a start my phone keeps coming up as no service available and your csa says I need a new sim card,!!!! WiFi in my flat is rubbish and keeps dropping out. They won't come out to look. Have complained 10+ times but no one cares. So after 20+ loyalty to your company I expect more

    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    @virginmedia We have spoken to o2 several times after over the last month as we assumed it was there responsibility I am reluctant to call virgin customer service as we normally get through to someone abroad who is unable to help
