    @virginmedia Thanks for your reply :) I negotiated a new contract, of the 2 Bills since, neither have had the agreed amount as per my contract so I just wanted to query it (without spending 7 hours on the message service which it took to sort the contract out - I find calling difficult 🙈)

    @Kieronocall Had a woman call me telling me she was from Virgin Media's 'security team' and that my home internet connection had been hacked and needed to be cut off for five days. I put the phone down on her, called VM's customer services who confirmed it was total bollocks 😠🤬
