@virginmedia Was waiting over an hour on Saturday to speak with your customer services regarding an issue with my TV service. After which I was cut off . I tried again on Monday and was able to resolve the issue

Changed from sky broadband to @virginmedia seriously didn’t think it could be worse. How wrong I was. Utterly shocking broadband. Lost count of the number of times on the last 48 hours we’ve lost service.

@virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

@virginmedia I was offered everything I currently have for £54 pcm. However the kids channels disappeared and was told it would be an extra £5pcm. Spoke to aisha in customer relations and she said they'd look at getting a £5 monthly rolling credit added to compensate for this. Is this done?

@virginmedia Also, when they said you can sign a new contract and you have 28 days cooling off period which you can cancel (as we are moving out). Now yesterday we were told that’s not the case! This is absolutely ridiculous. We are moving out end of may.

@virginmedia We signed a new contract and we were meant to have internet connection by Monday/Tuesday. We still don’t! We called then on Wednesday and they said they call back. They never did. We called yesterday. They said they’ll look into it. Nothing yet!!
