    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

    @virginmedia I'm not holding my breath! 1 hour 20 left... the frustrating bit is I know someone can resolve this; the concept is simple. It's just finding the person with the tools to be able to do it. Which after this much messing around is the only acceptable solution.

    @virginmedia I tried to make a complaint when I was on the phone to a manager and was laughed at. At no point did any member of staff try to sort the issues out or keep an old customer and gain a new one.

    help @virginmedia I got problems with my internet and had engineer came over last Thursday. He replaced a new Hub and wall box. It seemed fine for a few hours but situation’s gotten worse since. I can’t do a video or conference call without dropping. Can’t video screen sharing
