    @virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia Oh virgin media, you really have tested our patience over the last couple of days! Your engineer turned up at 3.15 yesterday instead of the scheduled between 4-7pm, so nobody was home and today he never turned up AT ALL!! Words fail me, such incompetence. 🤬

    @virginmedia Still hasn't. I rang 150. They say outage/upgrade in area. First thing that was said. But still my phone doesn't ring. Nor did engineers test phone. So ran test on VM website; Result:'Looks like there's no phone connected'. So how come I can speak with 150 people? Madness!🤬🤬🤬
