@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

@virginmedia only had internet installed last week. For about the 15th time it's dropped out. Fed up of sitting on phone on hold. Service update page says all ok. Clearly isn't

@virginmedia But it’s not a new account it’s a change of address. It’s still a monthly service which I’ve paid for. Surely it should just continue as 27 per month apart from the additional £20 admin which would be £47 for that one month only? What am I missing?
