    @virginmedia been on hold for 25 on a second call. The first disconnected. Problems with BB for three days and now the hub doesn’t even power on after an apparent update!

    @virginmedia only had internet installed last week. For about the 15th time it's dropped out. Fed up of sitting on phone on hold. Service update page says all ok. Clearly isn't

    @virginmedia Already done that and run tests nothing..and it’s still a mess. My wired connections are also going super slow as well as WiFi

    @virginmedia been struggling with your business Hitron router (brand new replacement), only consistent connection is over some nights or for bursts of 10 mins throughout the day. I’ve done everything your websites have suggested to fix the problem and still experiencing problems

    @virginmedia Like I stated in my tweet, and my complaint, I called on the 13th May and was told the request had gone through. So 30 days from then I would have expected to be disconnected. However I'm still paying for a service I'm not using, and don't want, well over 30 days later.

    @virginmedia Sorry, don't get me wrong, It's not a poor experience just frustrating that trying to speak to someone to try and get it sorted seems to be very difficult. I am connected via the master socket. I managed to talk to someone today at VM. Engineer in the morning!.
