    @virginmedia The installation rep said I would not receive a signal but he would order a pod ( no mention of charges and I never recieved a pod) had i known that i would need pods to receive the signal I wanted I would not have signed up.

    @virginmedia This has already been dealt with yea, we’re continuing just because it feels as if we’ve waited too long to cancel now. Plus, Virgin are crediting me £5.35 for every day of delay that they’ve caused (55 days and counting).
