    @PhelanHill @bt_uk @virginmedia If it works it's brilliant but if it doesn't @virginmedia 's Customer Service is woeful in my experience (and @GBRChris_A 's) Currently even with all the people working at home it is good @ 200 Mbps !

    @virginmedia what is so difficult about customer service these days? Spent the last 4 days going through the repetitive process of checking out WiFi connection, eventually got a number to call TL get cut off after a 30 min wait! Not impressed!

    @PocketPairSteve @virginmedia Totally agree with this. I also got this when phoning the helpline utterly unacceptable to not even record a message saying what had happened and it was getting fixed. But to just say we're busy and hang up is utterly shocking service!
