@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia I spoke to them the first time they rang and that’s when I was lied saying they did a 100Mb down/20Mb up plan (seems you do 10Mb) and then I declined and dropped the call - ever since I keep missing the calls and really don’t wanna deal with sales that lies
