    @virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

    @virginmedia You have done all that, it doesn't change the poor quality of the equipment you supply. According to your tech support it must be my fault and I might need to adjust different settings. Unfortunately, I normally need to explain how the equipment works to your tech support first!

    @virginmedia wish I’d checked Twitter feed before I signed up. No customer service and blaming COVID. Sky Q doesn’t work. 2/3 TVs don’t work. Netflix buffering. Speed is 109mbps! Yeah right. Can’t even find way to leave. Wish I’d never left BT. Worst decision EVER!
