    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia So she lied to me. I was also advised I should pay for boosters instead of having the problem fixed. She the said I called her a liar. Although she did lie, I didn't say that. I guess she was embarrassed as she went to check on something, put me on hold for 5 minutes a d hung up

    @virginmedia I've called twice to customer services/complaints re: outstanding complaint. Both times the operator confirmed that a credit will be applied for two months overpayments but this never appears; what else can I do? Complaints been logged, I have called, I have tweeted!

    @virginmedia You could check to see if the credit was applied yesterday, it’s only £6 really not fussed. The debt is only 9.22. But I know it will go to debt recovery which is bang out of order and looks bad on me.
