@virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

@virginmedia hi, we've had no internet, tv or phone since Thu 26th Aug. The app estimated fix time changes every 6 hours or so. Moved from 8pm today to 2pm tomorrow (5 days liss of service). What is exactly wrong and cannot be quickly repaired? I'm in the Herts area.

Hi @richardbranson, your @virginmedia support and billing team is completely useless & needs extra training. They charged me almost 3x more than actualbill twice, accepted the error and agreed to refund; but again same errors & no adj. Forget @virgingalactic; Focus on earth🤐
