    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia down in #Basingstoke RG21 - call to find out its out between 10am and 3pm due to network improvements. Surely such a significant outage he should come with prior warning - how to damage #CX ! Could have been a great #CX if communicated well...

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia I’ve rang and spoke to every team, I kept getting passed around and then being cut off and they starting the whole process again, this is the issue with closing the face to face shops, not easy at all

    @virginmedia I want to cancel a broadband order placed today, yet when I ring the phone number in my order confirmation email (0800 0527588) it says that the line has been closed. This is a sham. Please give me a number or an email so that I can contact you and cancel ASAP.
