@virginmedia Hi yes I’ve done this numerous times and spoken to many people on chat and always been told I will get a call to discuss and I never hear back. I just want someone to look into why we cannot get it but it’s available on our road. Thanks

@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

The clubs/FAI will lie down and accept this bullshit, as usual. Clearing up the costs around the WatchLOI service should be a priority for clubs (how much did RTE spend ?) Hopefully the FAI can convince Virgin Media to do a highlights show. They might care and do a better job.

@virginmedia called your call centre this evening with an issue and after putting me on hold for 5 minutes they conveniently dropped my call knowing that it would be closed when I tried to call back. No attempt to call me back. Absolutely shocking service!
