@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

@virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

@virginmedia It varies, it can be nearly 200mb. I did get 518mb on my mobile wireless connection the other day. So they can be achieved, it just depends how congestion on ur network. Looks like ur doing some system upgrades for ur fone lines

@virginmedia My omnibox cover blew off in the storm. Now my external cable connectors are exposed to the elements. Just called customer services to ask for a replacement to be sent out and was told it would cost £25. Are they serious? It’s just a piece of plastic!
