    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

    @virginmedia I doubt it, nobody’s fixed anything yet apart from the standard “turn it off at the wall”, 21st century and told to frequently turn router off, what an awesome bit of kit the Hub3 isn’t. As I said, was getting somewhere but your team never bothered calling back
