    @virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    What's the problem @virginmedia ? No broadband all day in RG18. Work day wasted. Your signal check says "problems" but no updates. Can't get thro to customer service.

    WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

    @virginmedia I have to say @virginmedia are one of the worst companies to contact if you have an issue. Their message system is a joke and accounts a shambles. @skyuk is looking a better prospect!!!!

    @virginmedia ok thanks. it shouldn't be this hard to cancel a service. i'm not paying for extra time when you've made it nigh on impossible to cancel. my last payment was 26th January and i unplugged the internet at the end of february as stated in my letter

    @virginmedia Your customer service is so poor that even complaining about your poor customer service is impossible. You should invest some of your massive profits into training your customer service teams to deal with customers in a, you know, "customer service" kind of way

    Never had problem with @virginmedia but deal expired and switched for better price. OMG the absolute shower of a customer service experience from there - cut off early, over charged, crap complaints process. Don't go there people and if you do beware trying to leave!
