    Phoned @virginmedia tonight to cancel, as my price was going to £74 from £55 a month. Best they could offer was £60 a month even though as a new customer it is currently £50 a month! I was told if they offered their current customers those prices, they’d go out of business...

    @virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

    @virginmedia It was false. Now on the phone for a 3rd time waiting for the retentions team . Total cal time must be approximately within the region of 2 hours if not more. Not fit for purpose your customer service in fairness.. shocking mannerism shown by all 3 2/2

    Terrible customer service from @virginmedia Mother-in-law 82, being harassed for a user password and be told she’s going to be cut off. She’s 82, has no broadband, no computer, just tv and telephone. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia - I’m beyond frustrated at your lack of service levels - I’ve had no service since May 21, due to a fault in your line and i’m still expected to pay £150 pm. You refuse to cancel my contract and now I have a collection agency on my back for a service I don’t have!
