    @virginmedia I have a security issue with my router, I cannot login in or change password as somebody else is logged in. I have tried repeatedly over the last few days to contact you. We have 2 vulnerable adults in the house and need to sort this ASAP!

    @virginmedia I have to say @virginmedia are one of the worst companies to contact if you have an issue. Their message system is a joke and accounts a shambles. @skyuk is looking a better prospect!!!!

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

    @Ash_spurs @virginmedia @Ofcom Just managed to speak to someone by calling from my mobile rather than landline. Apparently their systems are down so even if you get through, they’ll tell you to call back tomorrow. Not great. Said keep rebooting to see if the problem has resolved. Close at 10 though not 8

    @virginmedia @Ash_spurs Out of interest- has this been resolved? I’ve got the same issue, same lights on hub and it’s making WFH impossible!! So frustrated and being led round and round in circles online. Can’t book an engineer and customer service closed while I’m on hold! @Ofcom any advice?

    Virgin Media using Covid as excuse to maximize profits. Long waiting times common, less staff on no doubt. As if their customer service advisors in some 3rd world country are going to teleport into your lounge. Go online is the mantra. If your box is kaput online doesn't help!
