    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia No. Multi emails and had no reply. Got told you had sent a follow up in the form of a letter which we never received. Why a letter would be sent after sending emails I don't know. Seems a convenient way for a complaint to be "forgotten about".

    @virginmedia Ran diagnostics as you suggested. Engineer visited on Saturday. Mild improvement, but still without reliable service - it continues to cut out several times during the day. Please direct me to the relevant person to get this resolved ASAP.
