Virgin Media Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
TrippingMonke (@TrippingMonke) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia sue for breach of contract as they do not provide you a service ?
-
Steve Hilditch (@SteveHilditch) reportedWell done virginmedia. ‘Intermittent signal in your area’ during the penalty shoot out of the champions league final. Missed most of it. Not impressed.
-
Mr Nash (@Nasher6328) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Under UK law (primarily the Consumer Rights Act 2015), broadband services must be provided with reasonable care and skill and be of satisfactory quality. A complete outage lasting 7 weeks is almost certainly a breach, giving you the right to end the contract and seek a remedy (like cancellation without penalty or a refund for the affected period). Virgin Media participates in Ofcom's automatic compensation scheme for total loss of service (no internet at all via wired connection). You should already be getting ~£10.34 per day automatically after the first 2 full working days of reporting the fault. This doesn't directly let you cancel penalty-free, but it supports your case.
-
Poli 🤌 (@CryptoPoli) reported@virginmedia It's now almost 1 full month worth of a total loss of internet service and another failed engineer visit. This is completely unacceptable, I can't get any answers from your customer service team on when this will be resolved and your engineers never call!!! @virginmedia
-
Jonnie (@JonnieBoyRacer) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia That can’t be right. Send a letter complaining the contract has been frustrated by the lack of service
-
RR (@Conquistadur) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Just leave them they'll never get the money of you anyhow. Sign up with a better and be done with them. Seven weeks is diabolical to be waiting
-
♛ 𝔹𝕒𝕒𝕝𝕥 (@DrBaalt) reported@footballontnt What’s the deal with TNT Sports and Virgin media and the HBO app. Signed up. But the app doesn’t allow access. And for that reason I’ll be gone in 30 days. This time forever. Such a ridiculous solution. Doesn’t work. So it’s gone and so is my business. Forever.
-
Dave Banks (@DaveJBanks) reported@virginmedia what's the problem and how long is the fix likely to take please? (LE8)
-
Wizz (@Wizz57058652) reported@OliverGMcManus @virginmedia ISP's have to fix it within 30 days or you can leave your contract without the early penalty. @Ofcom
-
Joy Harris (@bengalisgirl) reported@virginmedia My tv screen has message saying Network out of range days of no service for hour upon hour
