    WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

    @virginmedia better have a good explanation for this but likely this will never be answered and all my years of bills and loyalty mean absolutely sod all. @bt_uk and @SkyHelpTeam Any good deals on broadband? And can you promise you wont vandalise my home & connection randomly?

    @virginmedia Hi yes I’ve done this numerous times and spoken to many people on chat and always been told I will get a call to discuss and I never hear back. I just want someone to look into why we cannot get it but it’s available on our road. Thanks

    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    Phoned @virginmedia tonight to cancel, as my price was going to £74 from £55 a month. Best they could offer was £60 a month even though as a new customer it is currently £50 a month! I was told if they offered their current customers those prices, they’d go out of business...

    @virginmedia can you help? We’ve been struggling with internet for last 3 weeks. Now dropping on daily basis and devices not connecting. Spent 1.5hrs talking on Thurs... was promised a call back yesterday but received nothing and still major issues. Can someone pls call?

    @virginmedia Still no refund though! Seems like what you said about registering an outage (which I did on the website) - and my in-law's registered as well, resulted in nothing being refunded to either. When should this be expected?

    @virginmedia Multiple random outages over 24 hours, and your virgin status page does not work properly. Should have stayed with BT in 2 years and had no outages. Regret joining virgin media , poor internet and poor technical support.
