    @virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    It’s 2022, I live in Bournemouth and I have to stand in my garden to get an @EE signal to be able to use my phone and my @virginmedia broadband goes down at least once or twice a week! I had better internet connection in Vietnam 5 years ago!!

    @virginmedia To follow up , 17 days since I changed package .I'm now told there is package issue and instead of cancelling as I have asked they still want to upsell me.I was sent an o2 sim and charged for it and I'm asked am I an o2 customer how do you not know this already !

    @virginmedia Called the CS number (again) no meaningful update or information. Promised email - nothing received. Only ray of hope is first technician who I can call on his mobile. Whole customer experience is shockingly bad and frustrating.

    @virginmedia The only thing we have wired is the virgin box itself and I believe that’s fine. We have no issues with the wifi downstairs, it’s just upstairs…seems nothing connects to the internet, despite having a full signal.
