    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

    @QuirkyMerky @virginmedia Ours is supposed to be 100mbps. It is in the morning sometimes but then gets slower through the day to about 5 at night. Virgin customer services seem useless.

    @xXTHLXx @virginmedia I’ve been laughing at the @virginmedia passive aggressive replies. Don’t know why though, I pay them £60 a month just for broadband but it’s so bad upstairs I rely on my O2 4g for connection.
