@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

@virginmedia We were forced out of our old house so moved to a house already supplied by Virgin wifi, where the last occupier had used it. But between the last person leaving and us moving in there has been a capacity issue so we can't use Virgin. Now you're charging us a huge fee

@virginmedia Thanks. Intermittent broadband access. The complaint was raised on the phone, received a response that didn't cover what I needed. Emailed a response, then heard nothing back until a month later it was closed as virgin said I hadn't responded.
