@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia stupidity: charge a client for a phone call. Client does not have a physical phone, thus never placed a phone call in 2+ years with virgin. rather look at 2+ years of previous bills to confirm this, you're sending a technician to my home (remember COVID?) SHAME.
