    @virginmedia No real explanation, just he can’t do it today. I was surprised he already knew of the problem but didn’t stop his installer coming. I spoke to lots of folks today when I called, no one could give me an idea.

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    virginmedia OMG outrageous customer services , spent 30 mins on the phone get to cancelations , explain I'm not happy , asked If I would consider an engineer to come have a look ,yes I answered and was asked to hold. next thing I'm back to customer services again! run-around

    @virginmedia There's two more VM systems that don't work! I have an ongoing case but it doesn't show up there. The Resolution Team is ignoring me and refuse to discuss the issues. The auto compensation system doesn't work. Time for a LBA to initiate legal proceedings.
