WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

@virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia Ok. You can’t help. My question was about customer service. The agent was totally unhelpful. Ruled out a simple obvious solution numerous times. Think he wanted to stop work.(he said so!). Kept saying YOU CAN LEAVE. I DONT WANT TO!! +why wait a month? Nonsense. Terrible service.

@virginmedia I didnt instigate the complaint to ofcom. We agreed a different hub which I could return in an hour would rule out the rattling hub. And why did I not get offered an engineer visit? Covid-safe here, and Virgin vans have been in my street all week! This makes NO sense whatsoever.
