    WiFi went down in the middle of watching Halloween Ends. 4G signal also unresponsive. Stuck on very slow 4G. Virgin Media say it’s possibly a hardware fault and want to send someone Monday. No. I’m not waiting 72 hours with no internet. I’ll implode.

    @virginmedia I have to say @virginmedia are one of the worst companies to contact if you have an issue. Their message system is a joke and accounts a shambles. @skyuk is looking a better prospect!!!!

    What's the problem @virginmedia ? No broadband all day in RG18. Work day wasted. Your signal check says "problems" but no updates. Can't get thro to customer service.

    @virginmedia Great customer service!! NOT🤬. Returning customer and you told us it would work but doesn’t because we don’t have a face plate miss selling comes to mind!!

    @virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

    @virginmedia you used to be great, but now not so great. I lose my internet connection far more frequently now. There’s an error when I try and change my package online. I’ve phoned customer service now I have to call tomorrow as your systems are down for changing packages

    @virginmedia yo… why does everyone who works for you just lie their faces off? 2 days no internet engineer said someone would be out to pull a line within the hour.. 4 hours later no show, call customer service and the promised me a call back by 6pm. another lie, now sat on hold

    @tom550993 Haggled Virginmedia down to £50 a month for decent broadband, one set top box for live TV and the middle TV package. Now TV and Netflix still trials less than £75. If I could get a decent reception with an aerial I would ditch the box too.

    @virginmedia it’s quite literally impossible to sign into either your website or the app! Literally stuck in an endless loop of being asked to sign in but when I do it refreshes the page asking me to sign in
