@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

@virginmedia There is damage to the cable covering on my exterior wall leaving the actual cables exposed. Is this something one of your engineers can repair (it was put there when my cable service was installed)? If so, who do I contact to arrange replacement of the covering?

@virginmedia They said the issue was scheduled to be resolved by 9th April, but that is 10 days without internet. The last time it was around 2 weeks as well - and we were told that because it works intermittently (around 30 mins - 1 hr a day) we would still be charged fully.
