@virginmedia Not really. I have made arrangements to bring my account up to date and close it as I am a responsible person. However as a result of the U Switch service not working. I have paid you £150 extra for a service that I have not used. So from my point of view I am very frustrated

Went to cancel my virgin media today and the cheeky a-holes were trying to scam me out of £300. Trying to say I had 12m 5d left of my contract when infact it ended in June. Asked them to produce evidence, they didn't and then turned around and said I was right 🤡

@virginmedia He then continued to sell and said that the disconnection cannot be done on WhatsApp and I should have called up. That’s not my fault. He then said he would keep my contract on so he could keep the complaint open. I asked for the contract to be terminated (3)
