Bob Beveridge (@BobBeveridge1) reported from Reading, England@virginmedia Yes I have explained all this before. Is there any point? My recent issue was with the pathetic final letter, now combined with the fact that your system is so poor you know nothing about this. Totally poor customer experience.

-
CMDR Andy Fireblade Muza (@andymuza) reported@virginmedia why is it when a contract ends you remove all previous offers instead of automatically giving the loyal customer the best offer you can do? Also why don't you contact the customer about it instead of just increasing their price by a large amount. What a joke.
-
Joel Sheppard (@joelshepp) reported@virginmedia It is absolutely diabolical; The usability is horrific; The interface is horrendous; You cannot recover deleted items; The recordings do not split between movies and TV shows; and The audio function on the remote control never works. How do I stop the constant upgrade messages?!!

Report them to X
