    .@virginmedia £75 a month and you can't provide any Internet, phone line nor television. Nearly 12 hours and counting.... Never had this problem with @SkyUK

    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

    @virginmedia service is appalling. Engineer arranged last Friday for today. Didn’t turn up. Now told it had been cancelled and we were informed. Lies Lies Lies. Broadband is almost unusabale. Can’t wait for contract to end so we can get sky.

    @virginmedia I have no seen or read anything regarding any works etc if I could get through to someone it be helpful continuously on hold only to be disconnected. Even when you try to send a signal to my hub it says unable to send the signal although my connection is hit and miss.

    @virginmedia No known issues in my area, and yes. It disconnects and reconnects every 20-30 seconds. The issue is nothing to do with our router/modem and almost certainly to do with the connection to our local area.

    @virginmedia Thanks Virgin, yes my Mum is feeling very wobbly now which isn't great given she's in Tier 4. How would registering for telephone preference service help exactly? As I'm sure I've already done that for her a couple of years ago

    @virginmedia Both. Tested multiple WiFi devices on 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz and have tried multiple PC’s with a Cat8 Ethernet Cable. The PC’s all have gigabit network adapters and have been able to achieve the full speed in the past.

    @virginmedia After painful webchat, I eventually spoke to Paul who gave outstanding customer service. Problem not quite resolved but he did everything he could and that should enable my wife to run her clinic this afternoon.

    @virginmedia I was calling in regards to my broadband speeds. I work from home and continuously have connectivity issues which is impacting my work and my work are giving me a hard time cause I can't get a stable connection and if these problems continue I am at risk of losing my job.
