@virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

@virginmedia all week had total Broadband outages and down again now (past hour). Received a text from VM with link to follow (self help) and guess what, I need Internet to access! Trying to WFH just impossible. Every hour we have issues.

@virginmedia your app and website are telling me no issues in ox14 5 but the tests say there is one and broadband is intermittent. As there is ‘no issue’ there is no estimated fix time. Any ideas? Thanks

@virginmedia I don't have a working laptop/PC at the moment. I tried getting help on the Virgin Media app the day it started acting up and it said there's a problem with my Internet and to try again in 24, and book an engineer should it not improve which it hasn't.

Really unhappy with @virginmedia cancelled my contract, they keep billing me, keep saying I have to ring them to cancel, I have called twice still to be told I have to ring them, not sure what they don’t understand 🤔

@virginmedia The hub is connected as it’s always been, just today it’s dipped out x3 today. Had to reset/restart manually as diagnostics (your site) said there was no issues. Old superhub was known for this but I’m on 1gbs and new hub has been robust
