@virginmedia We managed to get through to your team on the phone yesterday and they said they will call us back. It started working again yesterday evening but it’s an on and off problem we have had for weeks so needs looking into properly which I hope will happen soon.

@virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

@virginmedia You refuse to take any responsibility. I have a had a new router new wires remote codes snt boosters 2 technicians and still have intermittent service. I am not happy with the service I rely on this to work and could loose my job over this. I no longer want to be a customer here

@virginmedia What constitutes a loss of service? At the moment we seem unable to use it as intended with the regular timeouts, also the speed is 30% of what we pay for (I'm using ethernet into the VM supplied hub).

@virginmedia I shouldn't have to block any number or opt out of anything. What if you do need to call when there actually is an issue? Virgin should just simply stop calling regarding a DD that is completely fine
