@virginmedia That you don't have enough staff to meet customer demand, apparently you don't have a complaints team and a £20 credit should solve all our problems. We never had this issue when we were with @SkyBroadband

@virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

Hey @virginmedia here’s a suggestion for you. When you “make planned improvements to your broadband service” how about you contact your customers in advance to tell them they will be without internet whilst they try to work from home?! Appalling customer service

Looking at the Virgin Media compensation scheme I have worked out to be £170 and some pound the lady on customer service said they can only offer £40 and I said how did you calculate this are you not following the the ofcom's compensation scheme
