    @virginmedia Followed all you suggested actions, and still no joy. Also have a complaint open COM103973949, someone should have got in touch within 24h. 2 days and still nothing.

    Called to discuss end of contract and to retain my business (especially during uncertain times and current my employment status) and help reduce costs. Told it’s going to cost £15 more than we already are on! SO MUCH FOR SUPPORTING US! DISGUSTED! @virginmedia

    @virginmedia I’m still waiting for someone to reply to me about my bill. I get cut off when I try to phone, the online complaint form receives an error on every submission, there is no chat functionality available and I can’t get a reply in social media. Please advise ASAP. Thank you.

    @virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

    I took Virgin Media all the way to CISAS because they wouldn’t address my service complaint over the phone, because their IVR blocked me. So I wrote to them, then escalated it.. £114 later I won! They offered me £5 for months of disruption

    @ihateblades @dplosky @virginmedia Hi our Broadband is going down once a week with no explanation. We are now struggling to even get this sorted. Virgin are letting their customers down massively. Trying to speak to someone is a nightmare. You can never speak to a Manager or even understand whats being said.
