    @virginmedia We managed to get through to your team on the phone yesterday and they said they will call us back. It started working again yesterday evening but it’s an on and off problem we have had for weeks so needs looking into properly which I hope will happen soon.

    @virginmedia It’s now been more than 48 hours and once again our catch up services and virgin media store is down and unavailable ... this time with no known local issue. What am I meant to do?

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia The account is in my mums name who is a pensioner but she's that distressed about it she doesn't want to talk to them on the phone, I'm now looking into a better provider and a better service, think I'll see what BT or Sky can offer
