    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    @VMO2News @virginmedia So I have a question.Why the f*** is your service status website not reporting issues when we all know you are having problems. 2ndly, if the issue is too complex for your engineers,may I recommend a 7 year school kids to have a look? I am sure they would offer a better service
