Outages are now common, there’s little communication from @virginmedia on actual status, even the service status page is usually out of date and the call centre staff admitted to me they don’t know what’s going on.

Spend more time working though the phone than using a load for internet service from virgin. What a waste of money.

As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!

For a different user you have to use the app on your tv not virgin😕
