    Anyone thinking of signing up to @virginmedia - think twice. We live in NW London and are enduring day 6 of a total VM blackout - no WiFi and no TV. Not good enough.

    @virginmedia Webchat team say problem is ongoing for a week and will be rectified on 2 April. But I receive daily texts saying problem has been rectified when it clearly has not been

    Thanks for the retweet Christine. We are having a horrendous experience with @virginmedia, which is compounded by them sending texts which indicate that the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. 6 days and counting with no service

    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia Also, not one of the many text messages I have received during our 6+ days of VM Blackout indicate that the fault is a general area one to area. Please check the exact wording of the message. Terrible service from VM

    @virginmedia The internet has been cutting off everyday the past week. 1st engineer came 2 days ago. He didn't fix it. 2nd engineer came yesterday and said he will come back today with new router. He didn't come... On the phone we are put on hold forever. Here as last resort now.

    @SagaUK you obviously don’t care about my holiday and assume that anyone who goes with saga will put up with appalling service as wont be young enough or tech savvy enough to use social media. So far, worst holiday of my life - no problems with Virgin or Wendy Wu. Just with Saga

    @virginmedia Thanks - I’ve run through it but it seems like an actual signal issue rather than a local config issue. I’ve also checked the coax cable on my end and it’s in securely (tried re-seating it as well).

    @virginmedia - the shocking thing is that I have received yet another text “Virgin Media Outage Update - ID: F007005291 We're pleased to tell you this issue is now fixed. Best wishes, the Virgin Media Team” TOTAL LIES - we are on day 6 of NO service

    @virginmedia totally appalled by the waiting and the way I’m being treated only want to give my 30 day notice and cancel but no such luck feel stuck with this contract. Customer service is pushy and not bothered if you want to cancel.

    @virginmedia As I said, I’ve done the pin reset thing as Ben suggested. I’m fed up trying to fix something that wasn’t my fault. And I won’t get any recompense. I feel trapped by @virginmedia Can’t wait to escape

    No internet this morning @virginmedia , who kindly say I only get a refund on this service if it’s down for TWO DAYS! How on earth do they get away with such shabby service. Please tell me if I’m running my business that shabbily #unhappybusinessperformancoachtoday!

    @virginmedia why are you causing me so much stress, WiFi issues for months, can’t send an engineer for eight days. 3 kids doing school work on teams & won’t give them free mobile data until the WiFi is sorted when I am paying your over £150 a month for this service😡

    @virginmedia just switched off our internet despite having spent over 10 hours on the phone to them over the last month trying to fix THEIR mistakes and being repeatedly hung up on and left on hold. **** you virgin and **** you capitalism and while I'm here **** you tories.

    @virginmedia I have had issues with my WiFi for a number of months now. No success in getting hold of a technician at all. Try to phone customer service they don't get back to you. Really awful service and they are supposed to be the best Internet service in the country.

    @smalltext1 @virginmedia @virginhelp Sky upgraded us (and it took our bill down - not sure how) during Lockdown 1.0 and we’ve had really consistent speed since then. I know they’re evil but needs must. Had crap experience with BT and Virgin in the past; seven years with Sky and we’re still happy.

    @virginmedia No I haven't because when they have rang me they have cut me off, blamed me for cutting off and then also attempted to do multiple credit checks on my name once I've already passed. I just dont understand how they can be so bad

    @virginmedia why is your customer service number not working at all!!! My father cancelled his account in October. You have sent him a welcome letter and demand for payment, yet every channel he has tried to speak to someone there has been silence!

    @virginmedia can’t get a refund as it is the hub is that is the problem, your system showing wifi is going in to my home, so won’t give refund your get out clause again. All I want is for my kids to be able to access their lessons without issues, increase of data would solve this
