Hey @virginmedia I forgot how awful you were when it came to anything other than collecting my direct debit. Apparently you don’t have a complaints dept, genius, and after 4 calls to you today totally around three hours, you cut two of them off during the musical interlude!

@virginmedia Thanks I’m currently doing this now. So on the ‘phone once again for around an hour and been passed over and back and STILL no outcome a d still holding. Just waiting for the line to go dead as previous. When does a customer give up and just leave this shower for good?!?!?! 🤬🤬

@virginmedia Company has been wound up so there won't be any concerns about liability. This wouldn't be an issue if account had been set up properly in the first place Tried to do it properly and will screenshot the chat for future legal recourse

@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?

Just moved house, @virginmedia are the worst to deal with. Waste of space. Gave them plenty of notice. Supposed to connect day after moving. Failed, want another 3 weeks. Refuse to help. What am I supposed to do?

It’s now 23 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #epicfail

@virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!

@virginmedia Hi sorry I’m out until about 17:00. We have a home technician booked for tomorrow but it’s not our line that’s the issue it’s a town wide outage. It was easier to agree a visit then it can be confirmed. So many local people are affected. Customer services are useless at listening

@virginmedia, disappointed the way customers leaving Virgin are being treated.The termination process is broken, and customer retention & disconnection teams are not communicating with each other. Had to chase Virgin multiple times to ensure I am not charged extra. Frustrating.
