My wife tried to cancel our @virginmedia the man on the other end of the phone wouldn't let her go, baby screaming in the back ground for a bottle my wife kindly told him to cancel and she needs to feed the baby, nope he still was asking questions to why. Very unprofessional

@virginmedia Ha, had to be sure because in past I've had responses about tube WiFi telling me to restart the router etc... It's pretty lame that I would need an app. I really can't see how that will help, as you can't surely expect all of London to download your app just to use tube WiFi?

@virginmedia @virginmedia 2 weeks daily drop in virgin media services. No notification by letter or email of services. Today services have been down all day in harlington. Unacceptable, take out money but don’t provide notification.

@virginmedia two attempts to upgrade package online. 1st included emailing confirmation and waiting in for delivery of equipment. Didn’t happen. Also spoken with someone on your chat and after 50 mins they couldn’t find order or offer same upgrade deal. Very poor indeed

@virginmedia I have now been trying to speak to someone about broken broadband for 2 weeks. Calls to call centre that don’t get answered, your automated text service which says they will be back in 24hrs and never do. What exactly do I have to do to speak to someone.

@virginmedia What app? I'm talking about tube WiFi. I've never needed an app for that before.... And I shouldn't need an app... I'm talking about the sign in page. In the past I only had to put my username and password in once in a while; now it's EVERY station.

@virginmedia The best support would be your complaints team. I asked for a formal complaint to be raised when I spoke to your adviser on Sunday however on the basis no one has called me and the fact he couldn’t give me a complaints reference suggests a complaint was never raised ?!
