@virginmedia That just repeats previous fault message. And ironically asks me to go to the website to check status. All I want at this point from @virginmedia is an estimate of when this will be fixed (I know u can’t fix it)

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

@virginmedia @virginhelp Your engineers came to install on another property and managed to disconnect me I’m in NW area they knew they did this I told them at the time they said they would fix it and they just left without restoring or knocking to say when they would be back.

@virginmedia your engineers just left, created a problem, they weren’t even working on my property and just left. I can’t phone you because that’s not connecting? There’s no cable and no internet and I’m in the middle of my Classes and no internet!! I am not happy

@virginmedia I have managed to add my wife's name to our electricity & water bills without a problem & know it is possible with other companies. It must be possible - it is perhaps just the choice/policy of Virgin to not allow this. Is there an email/tel I can contact to take this further?

@virginhelp @Virgin @virginmedia The engineers were prepping to put in broadband upstairs I now have wires left hanging out the front box, no broadband I cannot get through on the phone and in my media offering an appointment on the 13th! I was in the middle of work! They need to return my service, immediately

@virginmedia Cancelled my virgin yesterday. Someone just rang from the ‘retention team’ offering us deals. First red flag was he called from a mobile number, 2nd was the deals where stupid cheap. 3rd he wouldn’t give his name. He knew my name and that I had cancelled. How??????

@willguyatt No one has got my landline number and I never use it. So I just get calls from provider Virgin Media. I’ve always wondered why packages incl landline are cheaper? Waste of time and resources if not used.
