@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?

@1Drubsy @virginmedia I have already filed a monitoring request for @virginmedia with Ofcom and submitted a complaint with CISAS. I had enough of them. They must face the consequences of their actions and I will not stop until this is done.

I thought Virgin Media were bad but then I discovered the fresh hell of @HM_Passport. Elderly distressed mother, stolen passport, two months wait (so far) for new passport, two promises for call backs that never materialised. Awful.

@virginmedia hey. Board and doesn’t seem to be working at the moment. I’ve tried restarting twice and called to have a check on my equipment. That seems to be fine. When I restart it works for about 30 minutes and then goes down again. Thanks

@virginmedia Yes it's my friend having the issue. It was installed to the wrong house which he found out on the day he moved. Then once that was sorted he still couldn't get any WiFi or TV but it was apparently sorted on your side which obviously it wasn't as we could see it on our side

@virginmedia yet again poor service. Agreed a package change before my existing agreement had finished, then receive confirmation with incorrect package and price. Now bill come through £60 extra.. not happy please can I be contacted to discuss.
