    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    @virginmedia @btsport Hi. Who is to blame/what is the issue with BT Sport 2 HD? It breaks up after a few minutes and keeps breaking up making it completely unwatchable. It’s been happening for months but kept forgetting to chase it up. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Probably not looking at the full conversation history then. Problem not between cabinet and house. However engineer forgot again to put notes down. Said to contact him and he abs his line manager would ensure resolution, however not returned calls or messages

    Hi @virginmedia - what’s going on this weekend? TV and broadband sporadically working. Your site says everything is ok but I’ve not been able to connect to the internet all day and the tv service is having an absolute meltdown every hour or two.

    @virginmedia Yes thats the issue, we cannot speak to anyone. My husband had to put in details 5 times only to get a bot back saying we will be called on 19th December. The boxes are constantly crashing picture is useless and remotes are broken. Just need replacenents.

    @virginmedia Any news on what's happening with the broadband fault in LS15? Three updates since yesterday afternoon pushing the expected time to fix now to 4pm. I'm not convinced. Would be good to have an update on a) the actual fault and b) the actual time to expect. Thanks.

    @virginmedia Also who has these days everything wired how ami suppose to wire my gadgets even my MacBook doesn’t even have the Ethernet port anymore. I had Three 5G internet never ever had any problem.. My next door neighbour got Sky internet if I log to that I get faster speed.

    @virginmedia We only have your fibre internet and it just drops when it wants. Yesterday was off for hours. Like why am I paying for faulty services?? And then never any acceptance it's you or compensation. It really is poor disgusting customer care.

    @virginmedia Its not, our boxes are very old we would just like to have the technology we are paying for not a box over 5 years old. Sorry but this is ridiculous why when a customer requests a replacement is it then up to you to tell me whats wrong. Thank you.

    @virginmedia 2/2 I chased the MiFi dongle I was promised last week; the order didn’t go through because of a technical issue. ‘Jane’ told me she couldn’t order one now because it was showing out of stock. I’ll have to call again tomorrow to see if she managed to order one tomorrow.
