@virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

@virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

@virginmedia Firstly it says there are no known broadband issues with my postcode area,the hub is then tested turned off and back on again following the steps and then it said I had intermittent issues, the whole Internet drops out for 5 mins at a time which is no use for me working from home

@virginmedia I haven't even been issued a reference number as yet, still awaiting a call back. This is not acceptable, as I said earlier, I've been a customer since telewest came to Croydon, then blueyonder took over, then virgin media. 25yrs. That's some serious money you've had from me.

Been with @virginmedia back as far as old NTL days. Downgrade our package for the first time ever to keep costs down, and the Internet must have crashed at least 8 times today, the day after we changed. Absolutely useless, on the phone tomorrow to cancel this **** completely.
