@jasonnisse @virginmedia @usainbolt @Ofcom I think I saw both of the pushing trolleys laden with loo roll around Sainsbury's yesterday. Normal service should be back later although there are rumours of a stock of hand gel being delivered at lunchtime

@virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

@virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

@virginmedia It was a terrible experience. 3 different people over a period of 1 hour 20 minutes. I had to explain the situation 3 times. You need to review your Customer Services approach as today it appears broken.

@VodafoneUK Sorry, but too late. Have now gone to Virgin Media. Originally on each occasion Openreach supposedly called me and although I never had any calls, they said that I cancelled it. Someone needs to get their act together

@virginmedia wired brand new less than a week old no kinks or breaks my speed is rubbish between 6am and midnight then i get what i'm paying for can't even dial 150 and speak to anyone this service is terrible
