@virginmedia is everything ok with the network today? Router has been flashing red on and off all morning, really intermittent connection however nothing shown on the service checker. Done the usual unplugging of the router, checked cables etc however still flashing red, then…
-
PCPresenter (@PcPresenter) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
@virginmedia Any chance you can DM me about an issue? Trying to find an avenue to contact you through the website is shockingly ****. What's the point of having an option to contact when it's impossible to find it??

A Rintsie (@arintsie) reported from Marlow Bottom, England
@virginmedia You keep cutting me off when I call ! / just email the complaint number to a member of your UK team and ask them to call me, really not that hard
-
A Rintsie (@arintsie) reported from Marlow Bottom, England
@virginmedia Phone call received this afternoon from your service centre but not about the complaint / when I asked about it they cut me off / email received from Resolution Team this afternoon telling me to ring your service line and have not read the complaint / total joke C-180123113

A Rintsie (@arintsie) reported from Marlow Bottom, England
@virginmedia I am sorry but twice in 45 mins they cut me off as they did not know how to resolve the issue / easy way out
-
Harold Wicks (@hw_renewe) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
@virginmedia “Have you checked for any issues in your area” No I have not checked that link. It is intermittent; one minute it is useable and next the internet service is missing; it is regular occurrence, happens almost daily!?

seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England
@MikeCoxCowes @virginmedia @HP What hope is there for the smart home when even a wireless printer needs reconfiguring after a simple wi-fi network change?
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England
Didn’t realised upgrading our @virginmedia internet would cripple my home office. Wireless @HP printer can’t find the network and I have to get new boosters for the other rooms in the house. So frustrating - I’ve wasted so much time trying to sort it all out. To no avail.
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England
@virginmedia Why should we call up again for the ninth time? We’re a ‘priority customer.’ You should be calling us and making amends.I’m a consumer tech journalist with 25 years’ experience. Your customer service is the worst I’ve ever encountered. You simply don’t care about your customers.
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England
@virginmedia Is this how you treat your ‘priority customers?’ During a cost of living crisis, we have chosen to stay with you, yet you can’t pull your finger out to look after your customers. I work from home but can’t fully use the service I’m paying for due to your incompetence.
-
seanhannam (@seanhannam) reported from Chesham Bois, England
@virginmedia We’ve spoken to eight people to try and resolve our internet issues. We’ve ordered new boosters because the new service isn’t compatible with the old ones. We’re a ‘priority customer’ - the new boosters still haven’t arrived…So frustrating. Your service is appalling.
-
eamorugby (@HoarseRoar) reported from Slough, England
@virginmedia Still no service. Your website tells me service is fine. Over the phone the automated message is “an intermittent service” and when I finally spoke with someone they’ve organised a technician to visit next TUESDAY. It’s a mess.
-
Andrew Burdett (@andburd) reported from Maidenhead, England
Hi @virginmedia, I’ve spent more than an hour on the phone to your advisors this morning and am getting nowhere. I have therefore now decided I would like to cancel my contract (I am within cooling-off period). Would I still be considered a ‘new’ customer if I find a new deal?
-
TinaReadingEditor (@TinaReading) reported from Chesham Bois, England
@virginmedia No and that's the problem. I need it for my grandsons 😪😪😪😪😪
-

-
TinaReadingEditor (@TinaReading) reported from Amersham, England
@virginmedia No Internet for 48 hrs and can't work, will you be crediting customers for lack of service?
-
Daymo Alexander (@Daymoalexander) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
@virginmedia I think @YodelOnline needs a good kick up the behind for being super late and not even letting the customer know! Not a great start so far #newcustomer
-
Enrique Guadiz (@EnriqueGuadiz) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England
@virginmedia WiFi is an absolute total **** of a service! Reliable WiFi With the hub 5 bullshit! Should be thrown out of the window! No WiFi /service in HP2!

@virginmedia Yes I've tried this many times but can't get past the email verification link page which puts me back to the last Internet page I was on. So I can't sign into anything that requires a virgin media sign in. Still stuck.

@virginmedia Thanks, there was nothing listed. However I discovered via local media there was a major outage near Dumbarton, however there was nothing on the website or app. The call centre didn't know either. Lasted most of the day. Pretty poor Comms.
