    Thanks to FB,I got an email address for a guy at @virginmedia & after days spent tearing my hair out & lots of rude words emanating from my mouth, he's reduced my bill back down & credited my account with £50👊Good job I am wonder woman.Always me that has to sort this stuff out!

    @virginmedia But they don’t cancel when I ring up so why would I waste my time doing that. I’m not spending another hour on the phone to achieve nothing again.

    @virginmedia I’ve phoned up twice to cancel and you sent me a £5 off voucher so that clearly hadn’t worked. No one has responded to my message either so that’s not looking great either

    Virginmedia warning why would you sign up have had no internet all morning virgin say no issue but has been intermittent for weeks. WFH no chance. Agh

    @virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    @virginmedia I’ve called twice now to cancel and was very specific the 2nd saying, and then sent me a £5 voucher. So why would I waste my time calling them a 3rd time? Everyone I’ve spoken to has been useless and unhelpful 755136803 Here’s my account number, can you cancel it please

    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    @virginmedia You'e been closing tickets each day at 6pm for the last 2 months and hoping we'd all go away. Service status says there is no issue when the upload speed is less than 1mb (paying for 10mb) #losingmyvirginit @Ofcom I'm not the only 1 having issues, KT6 and KT7 areas are too!

    @virginmedia It’s back on now. Had same problem as January, Hub working ok but no internet from outside. Honestly, I went through all through all the troubleshooting steps at least 6 times. It was no help and never got me to the point of being able to report it, just looped back on itself.

    @virginmedia Hello NL, thanks for the tweet. Unfortunately I still have absolutely no internet. My neighbours in the flat below have internet so I think it maybe with a problem with the wiring outside the flat as it looks damaged.

    @nwl88444048 @paulgur @lisabu1980 When you say irish media can you be more precise? Is the examiner rte newstalk the Irish times virgin media , independant group and so on all the same thing For context I have serious issues with the term msm as if it is a group with a single editorial line.

    @virginmedia Nothing currently, and running a test shows nothing as it is working at present. But there clearly is an issue as I keep having to restart. The arrow on the Hub goes green, and is only fixed by turning on and off. Which works for a few hours till it does it again.

    @virginmedia I called Friday afternoon, I was hanging on for 1hr and 20 minutes and got cut off , I rang Saturday Morning to cancel all services and spoke to a lady called Jenny who was fantastic hopefully got everything sorted, she totally owned the problem
