    @MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

    @journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

    Wow @virginmedia is having a complete meltdown in my area and their automated service is telling me that this "short" interruption to my internet services should be resolved at 10 am tomorrow. That's 14 hours from now! What if my work depended on it?

    @virginmedia If you remember I told you that it was likely that work occurring at the cabinet in our street caused our issue. The engineer visited and fixed the issue caused by that work. So, it was an engineer/maintenance caused issue.

    @virginmedia An engineer came today. Issue resolved. If you remember I told you that it was highly probable that work being performed at a cabinet on our street may have resulted in our issue. I also told your telephone support team. That’s exactly what had happened. Appalling service.

    @virginmedia …and now download speed is 50-70 mbps as opposed to 500 mbps + before the incident (hard wired to router not over Wi-Fi). Please can you look into this?

    @virginmedia 2/ About 6 times out of ten, the phone lines dont work and I'm met with 'this number doesnt work' or 'isnt available', 3 out of ten I get your own automated 'we are very busy try again later' message, which immediately puts the phone down on you,

    @virginmedia what a surprise Can’t get through to speak to anyone as per usual... your phone lines won’t allow queuing, it just cuts you off ...... is that cos you don’t give a **** about existing customers? Your more interested in getting new customers with cheap deals! Beware
