    @virginmedia I think it's a standard engineer visit to address the broadband outage. We're hoping it won't lead to another cycle of cabling attempts, although I understand that things have to take their course and hopefully get there in the end.

    Hi @virginmedia having constant broadband issues AL1 St Albans. I’ve logged numerous calls and now the text service isn’t responding to me. Internet cuts in and out all day. Was told would be fixed on 13th but now no one is answering the phone. I’ve tried to call again today but

    No info from contact centre staff - not able to help and told not getting compensation @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph text yesterday say resolved, call today to say text sent in error - new resolve date of 18 feb. No explanation. No help. Slow and broadband cutting out.

    @virginmedia All the customer service people I've spoken to (by mobile phone) have been very nice and tried their best with tests and notes on the file etc. The work on cabling seems to be a law into itself and repeatedly tried & fails, as far as I can gather, to though that is only surmise.

    @virginmedia I’ve called twice now to cancel and was very specific the 2nd saying, and then sent me a £5 voucher. So why would I waste my time calling them a 3rd time? Everyone I’ve spoken to has been useless and unhelpful 755136803 Here’s my account number, can you cancel it please

    @virginmedia Nope. No one has contacted me again, which is pretty much what I expected. If you want to come and do the outside work and fit the cables you’re more than welcome to. But my Sky broadband is being installed Wednesday so and I’ve tried to cancel my contract 3 times now so I’m done

    @virginmedia @virginbroadband everyday 3 or 4 times loses connection. I book engineer it returns, cancel engineer, it goes down (viscious cycle) Hours lost and no compensation for down time. Virgin broadband customer service is a con!!!

    Just wanted to say thanks to Virgin Media for telling me at 18:18 today that they were going to carry out works to improve my service which would be finished by 18:00 hours today. They wanted to give me advance warning apparently FFS idiots
