    So I’ve been with @virginmedia for about 2 years & I’m out of contract. Happy with the service so as moving house thought I’d take them with me. Want to charge me for the privilege!! Already paying more per mth than new customers and you want to charge me a moving fee!! Jog on!

    @virginmedia I'm paying you every month for broadband the doesn't work. Rebooting 3 or 4 times a day is a joke. Even your tests think my router is off. Its been going on over a year I want to leave and need a call from your team

    @virginmedia terrible customer service. I pay for one of the best package of broadband and I don’t have signal, called CS was said only on Monday a engineer ll come here hey I work from home and I will be losing 2.000£ for 3 days without service. Cancelling virgin services ASAP

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia so I’ve had an intermittent problem with Broadband for weeks, reset hub done all the checks, service test claims all ok. So now I have no service and your call centre feels it’s acceptable to tell me there’s a fault that will be fixed on the 4th May 2021
