@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@rachel_uk_ @virginmedia Feel your frustration. 2 promised callbacks never happened,web complaint form doesn’t work. No email address for complaints. Sent letter of complaint 28/09z No response despite website saying I’d get one within 48 hours. Virgin do not care about customers.

@virginmedia Customer Service is shocking. It’s now almost 6 hours since I asked on WhatsApp for email address to be corrected and I’m still waiting for a response.

@virginmedia @dpjohnston10 Complaints procedure is non existent. If you phone, promised call back never happens, webform complaint doesn’t work and hasn’t since at least 28/09. Sent letter 3 wks ago - no response, despite website saying response within 48 hours. Ombudsman here we come.

@virginmedia Finally sent letter on 28 September and on checking my account realised you’ve got wrong email address attached to complaint file. Funnily enough you have correct email address for sending bills. 3/

@virginmedia Of course I have. My email is correct on online account. I get email bills correctly. But my complaint file has an extra character to email address and so I’ve never received acknowledgment of my complaint.

Hi @virginmedia. Any chance of sorting the service in N15? Even your status page is unable to run tests but you keep informing me that there is not a problem. It is becoming quite regular feature these drops in service

@virginmedia No we don’t have one, the email said on Saturday it was arriving Saturday and we’d receive an email with it. None as of yet. We want to cancel as the service has been extremely poor. Quick enough to call several times to sign us up but nothing now we’ve agreed

@virginmedia Terrible customer service yet again from virgin… we spoke to someone on Thursday about joining as a new customer for the Black Friday deals and was told they were going to send out an engineer yesterday who didn’t turn up and now we’ve missed out on the deals…
