    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    Thanks for the retweet Christine. We are having a horrendous experience with @virginmedia, which is compounded by them sending texts which indicate that the problem has been resolved when it clearly has not. 6 days and counting with no service

    @virginmedia, I closed my account on 02/02/19 and was assured it was done but I received no confirmation. I have since made numerous attempts sort this out with you yet I am still receiving bills. I was a long standing customer so this is completely unacceptable, please advise

    Anyone thinking of signing up to @virginmedia - think twice. We live in NW London and are enduring day 6 of a total VM blackout - no WiFi and no TV. Not good enough.

    @virginmedia The internet has been cutting off everyday the past week. 1st engineer came 2 days ago. He didn't fix it. 2nd engineer came yesterday and said he will come back today with new router. He didn't come... On the phone we are put on hold forever. Here as last resort now.

    @virginmedia Yes. Service status ALWAYS says 0 issues. It said zero issues last night when multiple friends in different areas of our town all lost internet at the same time? Like, sort it out holy crap.

    @virginmedia Every night. Usually around midnight. For MONTHS the internet cuts out completely. I've been unable to get into a routine with streaming for ages because I'm CONSTANTLY dropping frames because of poor service. Unfortunately I'm stuck with you because there's ZERO competition.
