    More **** with @Virginmedia - Paying well over £100 a month and now can't get any internet connection and cannot work from home! So I will not be paid. After hanging on for an eternity they say 3 days till a new hub can be sent out! Disgrace. That won't pay my bills 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia I received a phone call from a man , Jacob Smith purporting to be from your security department. He told me my internet had been hacked by someone in the USA. He refused any contact details after he told me to download a Quick Support app. He phoned 01606863673.

    @virginmedia Back again! WiFi down again since just before 2. Nothing about issues online & have done the online WiFi test which says everything is working but none of us can get online for work or school.

    just spent 3 hours on the phone with @virginmedia trying to get an early termination fee waived (for an account which they cancelled) only to be passed to about 8 departments, and then be told it’s not possible and I’d have to make a complaint.. make it make sense pls

    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @virginmedia Such a hassle trying to get a better package with you. Everyday the packages change on live chat, so you can't write it down and come back another day... then you read online people get much better packages if they get all the way to retentions! Such a hassle...

    @virginmedia So i managed to get through. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone to virign today. My issue still has not been resolved. He told me his manager starts at 5pm and he will speak to him and call me back. It is currently 19:45pm and still no call. My contract is still wrong!!
