    @lornajane2 @virginmedia Yeah, clearly something wrong specifically with my Virgin kit, or something hyperlocal (cabinet/wiring)... But they refused to investigate my query as there was an outstanding issue until May 5th, and since then disgracefully haven't bothered responding. So can't get a diagnosis.

    @virginmedia But your SMS team either a) never respond or b) refuse to help me specifically because they say there are outstanding issues. So, through a combination of a) and b), you never look at my issue. Because there's either always a wider issue, OR you ignore me. Utterly unhelpful.

    @virginmedia We have ongoing service fault making our viewing impossible. It cannot be rectified as engineers cannot work. Yet you still increase our bill by over £25!! Tried to phone but end up being cut off, no online chat working. Very frustrated.Please advise what can we do.

    @Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

    @virginmedia Yes I have, I've run the tests and the website eventually asked me to book an appointment for a technician. Earliest available was Sat. I'm now concerned as it's not clear if I will be charged for it. And I can't even cancel it because it's not showing up in my account 'appts'.

    @virginmedia I've raised a complaint - detailed every issue I've had. Received a response today ignoring MY WHOLE COMPLAINT. Clearly you need better staff if they can't address each individual point. Do you have a complaints telephone number where I can speak to someone who's not useless?
