Damien Kelly (@damienk11) reported from London, England
@virginmedia broadband service in Greenwich London is shocking, hasn't been working for 1 week now and when I've rang customer services multiple times, all they try to do is up-sell me on their other more expensive packages. Terror to think we pay for this service!!!!
-
Drewery **** (@drewerydyke) reported from Hackney, England
@virginmedia Tx. What is reason for London N16 collapse of service? Your team must know that it exemplifies routine unreliability & less-than-promised bandwidth; calls into question willingness / ability to deliver service. Time to switch?
-
Mitsuya Fujimoto (@fujimotomitsuya) reported from Tottenham, England
@virginmedia She offered to send an engineer. I could not provide any available dates for next few weeks because of my work commitment so I suggested that I would be in touch when I know I have some time available. She said then she would have to close the complaint log.

James Dawes (@jim_dawes) reported from London, England
@virginmedia WiFi is down in the London SE7 area yet again - that's the 3rd time this month. What's the 'engineering fault' this time, eh? Is it incompetance, apathy or a combination of the two? When will my service be resumed???
-
Robert Józef (@Robertjp0121) reported from Ealing, England

-
Drewery **** (@drewerydyke) reported from Hackney, England
@virginmedia I called to register the fault but that is not an option that is available. So Virgin recognises a fault; customer just cannot register it. Flawed, no? #virginmediadown No wonder #VirginGalactic can thrive. Clever.

@SkyHelpTeam Sorry but who thought that this was practical??? I watch an episode then delete, what you are suggesting is way too much effort when the option was at the side. Log this as a formal complaint pls. SkyQ is so outdated compared to Virgin Media, roll my deal expiry! #sky

-
Drewery **** (@drewerydyke) reported from Hackney, England
@virginmedia That is the box that appears *after* clicking to register loss of service. See top line:”problem registering loss of service”. System apparently designed to avoid and flaws being found in it. Old capitalist adage:”the provider is always right”😜😎

@virginmedia I've done the test your equipment states it is fine. I had this b4 with VM years ago and a engineer came out and found I to be VM. Now to be fair I pay for this. So my self help is done. Do you have a number I can call or I just find it. Thanks
-
pup-uk (@uk_husky_pup) reported
@virginmedia the complaints team have NOT actually addressed the main complaint and just given me a roundabout answer. Also apparently they tried to call me this afternoon but I have had no missed calls and I have good VM signal

georgia💫 (@g30rgiakh) reported
Really rude of the virgin media minimum spending cap being £5. B
-
Andrew Molodoi (@idrewdoughnut) reported
@virginmedia The service status page shows no fault although there are 2 ongoing faults, but I’m not getting into why it says no known fault when there are known faults, since it’s a dead end discussion. All I want to do is to be able to report my loss of service
-
sarah (@sarah_favourite) reported
@virginmedia Hi all sorted, you have a new customer 🤓but my current provider says I should tell you to take over the line. (Whatever that means)
-
Adam Heaton (@adamskiheaton) reported
@virginmedia Brilliant, so 2 hours on talking over text messages to be sent the same website you sent me earlier. Can a human being actually speak to me and actually help me!? Is this too difficult to ask in 2021!?
-
Paul Reynolds (@73paulr) reported
@virginmedia Then I’m afraid you are not much help to me. But I’m quite used to this kinda service now from Virgin media. Thank you for attempting to help.
-
Lauren (@lfbcee) reported
@virginmedia No it isn’t. It’s a work mobile. You shouldn’t even have a note of this number - it’s a local authority issued mobile and it’s never been used to contact virgin media. Do you have a complaints email I can use to have my number removed?
-
Matthew Yau (@Matthew_Yau) reported
@virginmedia Hi, no, frankly they didn't understand why anyone would pay £99 for a plastic cover...are you suggesting we wait until rain causes fire damage before you do something about it?
-
Andrew Molodoi (@idrewdoughnut) reported
@virginmedia How would the service status page confirm the total loss of service if I have no option to report it??
