@riddmj @virginmedia Unreal that with the technology they have they have not set up a customer chat service and kept some of their call center people working from home. I can’t speak with anyone to ask why are they charging me more without my consent.

@vmbusinesshelp @vmbusiness By ‘protecting network’ you mean protecting profit margins let’s be honest here. Thankfully we are being released from the contract and moving to a more reasonable provider that supports customers through the pandemic and not makes them inaccessible.

So this is what @vmbusiness does to support charities in this time of need. Nothing. #COVIDー19 is now a pandemic and they suspend phones for charities which scramble around to try to support people remotely. While other businesses donate to charities #VMBusinesss cuts us off.

@vmbusiness suspended our mobile as we sent too many texts in March. Fact that we are a charity and there is a global pandemic carries no waight with their customer support team apparently as ‘fair usage policy applies on all unlimited plans.

So this is how @SkyUK and @virginmedia let key workers down. @SkyUK ignoring all phone calls from those who they call "key workers" and claim to support them. Two days calling them to stop the #cancelation of a contract since @virginmedia unable to make the installation.
