One month now of hassle trying to instal fibre optic. @virginmedia constant hassle. Promised engineers that don’t arrive, promised call backs that never happen, 4 hours on hold, engineer installing wires incorrectly, 4 weeks and still no service. Cannot run business! Help!

Fibre with @virginmedia is so slow I can’t even stream 720p without serious buffering. What is your network built on? Homing pigeons? At least that would explain the hordes around Trafalgar Square preparing to transmit Instagram selfies from basic tourists.

@virginmedia That there was a fault in the area, but then when I questioned him on this being “fixed” he said it was a connection issue, now I have to wait for 48 hours to see if this was still the same, it’s been like this for over a week and a half, don’t think anything’s changing soon
