@virginmedia Our computers have not been able to log in since Friday pm - we have rung the helpline an automated check asked us 15 mins ago to reset the router and wait 10 mins - we have and it’s still not working. Just renewed my contract with you in Thursday and now patchy

@virginmedia you have without doubt the the worst internet service going, your customer service is shocking !!! I spent over 12 hours on the customer service chat going around and around only to have them terminate the conversation. Next day "how can we help"

@virginmedia Yes BUT I gave ano landline downstairs. I thought this would still work in the normal way but was only told AFTER that it wouldn’t! So if wifi down - which happens / I’ll have no phone. How can this be so?

@virginmedia I was told in the live chat that everything was fine. I downloaded the contract after signing in and it is not the one I agreed to. If I get overcharged, which seems inevitable now, Virgin Media are in breach of contract. The internet connection is also disastrously bad.

@virginmedia It was made over the phone. It was a new contract. The ultimate volt bundle. Last week we were told by customer service they have emailed correct department an will get a resolution last week. Yesterday was told a supervisor will call us back to resolve which didn't happen
