@virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

@virginmedia 3rd night running I sit down to use internet and 3rd night it’s not working! Turn on/off router, follow every online advice, phone call centre who say it’s a short term issue when I get through! I rely on internet access in eve to carry out work. Unacceptable!

@virginmedia haven’t had Netflix for weeks. Rang up 4 times. got an engineer date. He didn’t turn up. I had to call AGAIN. Pressed the right buttons yet Waited 40 minutes on hold as your colleague tried to connect me with correct department. Call cut out and You’ve done NOTHING.

@virginmedia Called from Bangalore touting me to renew contract offering me upgrades but lied about cost, sorted this out, then VM continued to bill me at rate I never agreed too, then we had four days of outages, then Bangalore team just disconnect if they cannot sort out a problem

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia This is more to the fact that your teams were ill advised about the products I have which then cut off our service, the time it takes to sort issues. With 3 V6 3 HD the big package not be classed as VIP when clients with basic receive that privilege is a joke! #compensation

@virginmedia I wouldn’t look forward to my response, it won’t be complimentary. You consistently give poor performance over wired connections and your customer service peps seem to neither care nor be in a position to do anything. I pay £46 per month for the privilege!

@virginmedia Yes, fix the navigation, have serious look at you chat app, as in the Name chat, is not what your application does, you using AI/ word recognition and you still list the reply as Agent. Having spent 10 min on your site. No thanks Virgin.

@virginmedia hello there. I’ve got a super hub 3 which has worked really well the last few years. However recently it’s just been dropping connection. Oddly it doesn’t show anything on the box like it used to when the internet would go down. Takes an effort to restart it too!

For the past year now I've been shrugged off and what has felt like ignored, by @virginmedia. I pay for M200 Fibre Broadband and should be receiving an average of 200 MB/S download, instead its consistently sat at around 9-12 MB/S for a whole year. Followed by cut outs etc. Help!
