@virginmedia moved from #sky gave notice 2 weeks ago, looking forward to installation on Friday 13th. You confirmed on Tuesday 10th. Took the day off work. Didn’t arrive, called support. Was informed installation changed to 28th😡😡🤬🤬🤬. Great start! Received letter today14th

@virginmedia I wouldn’t look forward to my response, it won’t be complimentary. You consistently give poor performance over wired connections and your customer service peps seem to neither care nor be in a position to do anything. I pay £46 per month for the privilege!

@virginmedia Truly terrible customer service. Need to change my package, can’t do it online, long phone wait times & when I finally get through, so slow to get any info, then cut off. Think I’ll have to cancel & move elsewhere as it seems always to be this way with you. Hopeless!

@virginmedia She also doesnt do twitter. What she needs is a manager to listen and just sort the problem. Its simple to sort so they just need to. The phobe number they gave her used all her allowance and cut her off midcall today and she is with virgin mobile

I'm aware that many residents in #Hampton, #Whitton #Teddington who are Virgin Media customers may not have lost phone, broadband & TV service. I've been in touch with Virgin who say it's due to a third party cutting through a cable and they are working to resolve the issue.

@virginmedia This call was in response to a well documented complaint that has been going on for months and someone calls who we are unable to communicate with and yet I believe you are a communications company. The last engineer did sort some of the issues but he left full of promises..

@virginmedia After 3 (THREE) hours in online chat, an engineer booked. That's after having to repeat the previous 2 conversations over that last 2 days. 1st chat=cable issue. 2nd chat=local issue. 3rd chat=no idea, will book an engineer. By time engineer arrives it will have been 6 days.

@virginmedia Eventually worked after doing it a 2nd time, after it sat for 30 mins with the white light flashing. And having to re-do wireless name and password. I don’t get why these hubs are so terrible & they also take so long to start up. Sky & BT hubs start up in a fraction of the time!

@virginmedia Hi, I’m having issues connecting a booster to a firestick. It was connected fine before I had to reset the fire stick. Now just keeps saying ‘out of range’ then ‘network disconnected’. I’ve tried everything that I can think of.
