    @ameehan71 @virginmedia All new and reconnected. 200mb then next day nothing, comes on for a day then drops to 10mb. Talk to customer service and they don't have a clue. They also want over £400 for me to leave. Worst service I've ever known

    @virginmedia So you cancel the service months if not years before the 4G replacement is a really extensive alternative, while increasing your prices and telling customers “sorry, but that’s tough”. I understand your team is just at the sharp end dealing with flack, but that’s really bad of VM

    Called @virginmedia , now a technician booked. Outages are now common, there’s little communication from @virginmedia on actual status, even the service status page is usually out of date and the call centre staff admitted to me they don’t know what’s going on.

    Don't buy from @O2 or @virginmedia they missold their volt service, never sent the sim card, have fraudulently taken money from my bank account & now send me letters threatening me with a collection agency. I've been in store & on the phone for weeks, lied to & not helped. 🧵
