@virginmedia The internet has come back, it’s unacceptable that we have outages so often. Paying for a service or goods requires uninterrupted service. When that breaks down, we are paying for a service That is not delivered. I want to be refunded for a service I don’t get.

@virginmedia my landline is not working. You do not reply on the message contact service (blaming Covid of course, not entirely credible when other businesses cope ok now) & I cannot phone you as my Virgin line is not working & your charges from other phones are outrageous. Help!

@virginmedia turns out speed is not the main thing when choosing a broadband provider it’s WiFi availability. This contract is not working for me, I need a provider who has high WiFi availability in all my rooms, especially if I am within 10 metres of the router

@virginmedia I’ve finally got an engineer coming on Thurs, which took over 24 hrs to arrange by message. Pretty bad, cutbacks rather than Covid I guess since many companies are doing better than this, & your high premium rate charges to call are not fair when my Virgin line is faulty!

@PippaCrerar @virginmedia If you're using a Virgin router I would buy another one as they're useless Main issue I found was they don't switch between 2.4GHz/5GHz very well If you want stronger signal then switch off 5GHz

@virginmedia New Hub 4 arrived during time when Virgin have low staff due to COVID. Keeps dropping out, difficult to work from home and no ability to contact Virgin! ‘Call Failed’ when phoning. Great planning by Operations Mgr. Customer nearly 20 years and want to leave! Fed up!

@virginmedia Although it’s fixed now you left me in a dangerous situation. I was unable to install new hub straight away. I needed help. Without warning my old hub had been closed by you without the new hub being installed. I rely on wifi for different area’s of illness....

@virginmedia - I have a replacement router however when it is unable to connect to your network. Its is not getting a public ip and the 'Network Access' status is blocked as opposed to Allowed. I need to speak to someone from the technical dept to get this allowed.

@virginmedia Hi, yes there are known service issues. There have been issues on and off since the beginning of May. Sometimes it says there are, sometimes not. It’s made it impossible to work from home resulting in using up my mobile data or paying to commute to the office!
