    @virginmedia so I’ve had three weeks of hub issues 3 engineers out I tell you how to fix the issue but ignored 3rd manager to promise call backs and got nothing had 3 days wasted of my time and down service. Getting very 😡 when big companys disrespect their long term customers

    @virginmedia Our computers have not been able to log in since Friday pm - we have rung the helpline an automated check asked us 15 mins ago to reset the router and wait 10 mins - we have and it’s still not working. Just renewed my contract with you in Thursday and now patchy

    . @virginmedia rang virgin last week to move house. You've done the external install yesterday but haven't turned up for internal install today. Tried to log into my account and it says my package is cancelled no options for support at all. Called and hung up on before answer.

    @virginmedia Thank you, just spoken to customer servise - they have explained this, why couldnt she say this yesterday. Today the staff were very helpful so I know that once 1no installed I will need to call for the 2nd one :-) as the dining room where I work has zero wifi

    @virginmedia wrote a formal complaint on your system a year ago. Issue continues. Never get the promised investigation or calls. I do get letter saying forgotten and now going to close. Now told going to deadlock when you have done anything. Can I get someone treat me as customer

    @virginmedia They put me on hold for 15 minutes saying they were checking on something, so I do hope this is now cancelled. I love your broadband but hate your customer service. It needs a huge overhaul. When you cancel sky, it’s all automated and takes less than a minute.

    @virginmedia I was told when upgrading my contract by your staff on phone I would benefit from a broadband WiFi booster but I never heard back and trying to get in contact with virgin is hours of waiting in a que on phone or webchat it's ridiculous

    @virginmedia I told them repeatedly that I did not believe that a booster would work. Even when I would be required to pay for one. The speed at the hub as you can see in WiFi is poor so you tell me.
