    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    On phone to @virginmedia ... ‘You don’t have to wait, you can go to our website to help fix the problem’ Right, the same website that’s telling me there is no fault & that my equipment is working fine despite having no internet for over 24hrs. NEVER join VirginMedia.

    @virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

    @virginmedia My box doesn’t work. Hasn’t done properly for months. Sound goes off. It’s so slow to respond when you press anything. And the TV guide doesn’t show programmes. But apparently if I want a newer box I have to go on a new contract which will cost more 🙄
