Very rarely do I actively warn people away from things, and maybe it is my bad experience, but beware @virginmedia internet. Difficult, takes far too long to install, others are just easier. Others have horror stories too. Fast internet yes, but the other aspects are not worth it

Oh yes forgot to say the virgin media website (my virgin media) is down and after almost an hour of the phone trying to get help ( the virgin do away service activated twice ) I was told that the engineer’s software was down and his manager did not want to talk. #virginmedia

@virginmedia the rude operator told me that engineer will phone me within next 4 hours or Thu morning, that did not happen. I received text on Thu 10:40 that technician will visit on Sun 21st, meaning whole week without Internet and no guarantee of resolution even after that.
