Dear @virginmedia Congratulations for the worst possible Customer Service going. Been hung up on twice. You don't deserve to be in business
-
Phil Stacey (@PhilStace20) reported from Maidenhead, England
@virginmedia It about moving house. As Virgin is unavailable at the new residence and the move is only temporary I was told in two separate calls that I could ‘freeze’ my account and now it’s come to it it seems that I have to keep paying whilst not receiving any service or buy myself out!
-
Christine (@LiveArtLondon) reported from Eton Wick, England

Chris Green (@chrisgreen) reported from Hillingdon, England
It’s now 23 days since I suffered a total loss of all @virginmedia services. Virgin Media has done NOTHING to repair it, provided ZERO proactive updates, LIED repeatedly to me about when it will fix things, I’ve spent 7hrs & 53mins on the phone chasing for information #epicfail
-
lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England

-
Phil Stacey (@PhilStace20) reported from Maidenhead, England
Hey @virginmedia I forgot how awful you were when it came to anything other than collecting my direct debit. Apparently you don’t have a complaints dept, genius, and after 4 calls to you today totally around three hours, you cut two of them off during the musical interlude!
-
RetroTrance (@retro_trance) reported from Harrow Weald, England
@nicknamesWoody @virginmedia They’re so crap aren’t they
-
Phil Stacey (@PhilStace20) reported from Maidenhead, England
@virginmedia It’s more about how this can’t be dealt with online and spending a busy day trying to get to talk with someone who actually can help. #Disgraceful #expectedthis
-
I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England
@virginmedia I refer back to my original tweet. Zero attempt to resolve my issue. Just can't do it. Your solution is not acceptable to me or new owner. Can you please provide details on how to escalate this to a complaint? What if I cancel DD and then set up new DD with new owner details?
-
Claire Newton (@c_vanadium0509) reported from London, England
@virginmedia any updates on the outage in SE London? What is the eta for resolution?
-
Steve Towner (@Steve_Towner) reported from Iver Heath, England
Just moved house, @virginmedia are the worst to deal with. Waste of space. Gave them plenty of notice. Supposed to connect day after moving. Failed, want another 3 weeks. Refuse to help. What am I supposed to do?
-
I Make Stuff Up On Tw*tter (@sjdhatters) reported from Stoke Mandeville, England
@virginmedia Company has been wound up so there won't be any concerns about liability. This wouldn't be an issue if account had been set up properly in the first place Tried to do it properly and will screenshot the chat for future legal recourse
-
anne hill (@gorgeousuk) reported from London, England
@virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?
-
Phil Stacey (@PhilStace20) reported from Maidenhead, England
@denman79 @virginmedia The irony is that @virginmedia are more like the Pistols -‘No point in asking you’ll get no reply’ and they seem ‘Pretty Vacant’ but ‘Never mind all that…..’ can someone please take some responsibility and ownership that seems to be sadly lacking atm

Ruth Mills #FBPE (@ruthmills) reported
@foxtrotluna @SMARTYMobileUK If it were me, I'd move away from Virgin Media on principle after this incident. They've well and truly cooked their goose as far as I'm concerned!
-
Zelle Bee (@zelle_baggaley) reported
@virginmedia @foxtrotluna After the situation has been explained, refusing to waive these charges for your customer is not a good look. Please do better.
-
Toby Brown (@sideshowtob) reported
@virginmedia Not sure. Been a loyal customer for years now, but just found out your top tier broadband is almost £20 more than TalkTalks.
-
Marcello Mega (@stcello1) reported
@virginmedia, do you have a technical support line my daughter can call, and is the one that she found online saying calls cost £6 for real? She has no service at the moment, and that's not her fault.
-
Millennial Memoirs (@MillennialMemo) reported
After Sky Broadband messing me around for over three weeks with no installation date in sight, I cancel and switch to @virginmedia who book my appointment for 02/08. A few hours later they say the date has been changed to 18TH AUGUST! I WORK FROM HOME I CANNOT GO ON LIKE THIS!
-
Mark Catchlove (@markcatchlove) reported
@virginmedia Thanks - but I did speak to to 4 different people over the course of 2 40 minute calls - to no avail. Maybe I need to change my name and just pretend I am a new customer
-
sarah and alfie cat (@SarahSarahbaa) reported
@virginmedia No I'm not a customer and don't intend to be. It's no good dealing with a complaint in 28 days, it's now I need to speak to someone.
-
sarah and alfie cat (@SarahSarahbaa) reported
@virginmedia I don't need to hear this, I know what I was promised and I know there is no problem. There's no need for us to speak further as you are not interested in my individual situation only reading from the scripted general response which in this instance does not apply
-
Kishan Mavani (@MavaniFamily) reported
@virginmedia @virginmedia so on the phone to customer services and no managers in? Is this a joke for a Buisness this size, not a manager in to handle my complaint. Give me a break 😡 #poorcustomerservice
-
Phil (@MccloyPhil) reported
@virginmedia … over an hour providing details - repeatedly. Waited minutes for each response and then ignored. Your contact links on the website are broke, both at foot of page and link in contract. I will never go near your company again.
