    @virginmedia Been a long term customer of Virginmedia and recently renewed contract along with O2 mobile but customer services has gone downhill. Having issues with Wi-Fi,phoned again today and was told technical support will call me by 1:30pm, but no one has bothered.

    @virginmedia …and now download speed is 50-70 mbps as opposed to 500 mbps + before the incident (hard wired to router not over Wi-Fi). Please can you look into this?

    @virginmedia Yes there were, we received a text at 2am to say it was (finally) fixed but it isn’t & we are now expected to go through the entire reporting/testing the router process again. No engineer for days.This is NOT a router issue, it’s affecting many homes. #bangsheadonwall

    @virginmedia Company has been wound up so there won't be any concerns about liability. This wouldn't be an issue if account had been set up properly in the first place Tried to do it properly and will screenshot the chat for future legal recourse

    @virginmedia is everything ok with the network today? Router has been flashing red on and off all morning, really intermittent connection however nothing shown on the service checker. Done the usual unplugging of the router, checked cables etc however still flashing red, then…

    @ThreeUKSupport So does it only work when Three Wi-Fi is available? On Virgin Media it always asks me to login then says it should have logged me in automatically.

    @virginmedia Called customer services at 6.30pm yesterday Sky sports now added. Lots of issues with WiFi at same time was on phone unable to load tivo box history appears to of been sorted. We will see in next 14days

    @virginmedia I was unable to use the same website on tablet or laptop - the website owner said the issue was due to slow internet speed and @TalkTalk had advised that you were digging up the cable in the area with the potential for disruption and I wondered if this work had overrun

    @virginmedia a few weeks ago I had some broadband issues and was told a new hub would be dispatched to me. I still haven’t received it, and my account says I don’t have any open orders. I tried to contact VM via chat, but (twice) the agents said nothing when connected!

    @virginmedia Hi, we've had a broadband/TV outage most of today & we're told it would be repaired by 22.00 tonight. Now the latest update says it will be 15.45 tomorrow 29th. I work online from home so awkward is an understatement. How is this taking so long? F012401961.

    @virginmedia I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t have their phone next to their hub. What if an elderly customer has phone and hub in separate rooms but need the phone as part of their care and wellbeing. Would your advice still be to just move one of them?
