    Virgin media just rubbish. Just so disappointed in a service that for the past 2 months has been rubbish. Worked all over the house and even in the garden for all the time we have been customers but now only working on one side of the house and not upstairs.

    @virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

    @virginmedia service is appalling. Engineer arranged last Friday for today. Didn’t turn up. Now told it had been cancelled and we were informed. Lies Lies Lies. Broadband is almost unusabale. Can’t wait for contract to end so we can get sky.

    @virginmedia There is a forum question and the answers point to an engineer needed due to hub 3 constantly restarting and partial service DS only. But your supervisor I spoke to won’t book an engineer. I have raised a complaint and your customer service is woeful

    @welshleema @Channel4 @virginmedia The channels are broadcasting through Channel 4’s back up systems, not their main systems at Red Bee. As The Box Plus Network don’t use the same systems, their options are to either repeat each channels’ back up hour long playlist, or to simulcast the channels that are working.

    How BAD is the customer service from @virginmedia? Same intermittent fault with broadband dropping out we have been having for weeks. They do their diagnostic checks remotely, and say no they wont send an engineer out. customer service what customer service! POOR!
