    @virginmedia Service is back, but I moved over to VM recently and the service from my previous provider was much more reliable. WiFi has been down several times in the last few months.

    @virginmedia its been a month intermittently now with no phone or Internet.. if I have to say again its not the equipment but the amp I will make it a equipment issue by throwing the whole lot outside.. no way of contacting on 150 as i have no land line!!

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    Hi @virginmedia Broadband been down in KT10 all day and update now says estimate 9.05 tomorrow morning earliest. Is there any more info on how accurate this is? If true I have to cancel only bit of paid work I’ve had for last 4 months so keen to know either way ASAP.

    @virginmedia thank you for sending me a new router after my WiFi being totally **** for 5 months. It worked for 12 hrs now back to having to reboot every 20 mins. BTW telling me to report the issue online and then that part of the website being down all evening is not helping. 😡

    @virginmedia I've been trying to use your chat feature to organise a house move for 2 days now. It never connects to an agent, and when it does, it resets and forces me to speak to the chatbot again before I have the chance to reply. Please help, I'm losing my mind.
