    @virginmedia We're expecting an engineer visit between 4 and 7pm today. It's 5pm now and no sign yet. Getting dark outside. If it's not fixed this time, we will have to think about switching to another service supplier, which we really don't want to do.

    @virginmedia a conundrum. If I call your service centre to cancel my service I get routed to the website that doesn’t allow me to cancel or I get routed through to a team that don’t answer. Do I just cancel my direct debit? Then at least you’ll know I’m not longer your customer.

    @virginmedia I have been trying to reach out to call center agent for over 2 weeks now. I was promised from online agent that someone will call me within an hour. That call never came! This is unbelievably poor service!

    @virginmedia sick to death of this absolutely rubbish WiFi. Rebooted several times, phoned your team, even installed a new router. Nothing seems to improve it and you supposedly pride yourself on being the best. Please fix this issue.

    @virginmedia Been trying to speak to someone the last two day. Was told yesterday (when I did get through) that broadband was ok ( clearly it wasn’t) and that someone would escalate and call back today... No call today and broadband slow and intermittent again, has been for 4 weeks now, help!

    @virginmedia The new one raised today is showing at the moment, the initial complaint in Dec 2020 was raised and closed, there is a call from 04/05/2021 which was meant to have one raised but the agent didn't do so.

    @virginmedia Your customer service is the worst. Trying to get a fault fixed, tech team never gets back to me, stuck in an endless loop with customer complaints telling me to speak to customer service who never fix the fault. Infuriating doesn't come close #cancelmycontract
