@virginmedia signed my mum up for service today. Got email but have spent 4 hours trying to get hold of you as the number you included is not manned “due to covid” the main number take ages to find online. No one answers it. Can’t email anyone. Think I want to cancel already!!

@virginmedia That’s not what I was told on the phone, it is incredible to believe that my credit is exactly the charge for reconnecting the service you stopped without any warning and no explanation. My complaint has not been addressed, I have still paid for a service which was unavailable.

@virginmedia They are not working hard to fix it. Stop saying that. It has been 5 days! There is no customer service whatsoever. Nobody telling us why you cannot fix it in a timely manner. To be told by the unhelpful customer services that we will not be compensated for the all extra costs

@virginmedia Well I had been a victim of fraud on my account back in November, said I'd get a call back never did. Christmas eve my account/ services were blocked and every day I've been told it will be fixed in 24 hours... I've had to call back everyday because no-one is calling me back!

@virginmedia Apparently the Resolution team tried to phone me on the landlines to tell me that there isn't a loss of service but say I didn't answer. Well of course of course I didn't answer because there is a total loss of service! Oh the irony!
