@virginmedia a text to say there may be disruption to services is not the same as no wifi or TV since 8am and not expected back on until 4pm?! Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either! Not acceptable especially when I am having to cancel important work meetings?! Furious!

@virginmedia Everybody in your company said it should be brought forward then no one calls back and I have to ring to find out nothing is happening .. resolutions team have actually sent a response which is untrue and basically ignore me.. very very poor service @virginmedia

@virginmedia I have broadband and phone, I started off with broadband only then told having phone with it brings the bill down when you were going to put it up last year, now told the only thing you can do by your customer services is add tv package for £45 a month

@virginmedia As soon as other suppliers have the proper infrastructure in place to offer me speeds faster than 7mb then I am moving, my dad was a customer until he passed away I took the account, then had to end when I moved in this flat as you didn't supply it at the time

@virginmedia 'upgraded' to 360 box 2 weeks ago, now can't watch catch up tv without switching box off and on again at least once a day. Called up 3 times and now waiting 72 hours for a call back. Terrible service and customer experience

@virginmedia No I assumed your customer services would work out the best price and offer me all viable alternatives and not spending anymore time with customer services, in total mainly ON HOLD I spent over 2.5 hours, to get an offer of £1.50 discount
