    @jimmywim @virginmedia Don't use their frequently broken / questionable DNS servers. It's been a rule for years. They've had a horrible history of hijacking servfail, nxdomain and the like. Chose something else (8.8.8.8,1.1.1.1,9.9.9.9 etc)

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    @virginmedia I just want 2 speak 2 someone that will sort issues out ASAP without holding for an hour & more. App chat is non responsive. Beyond frustrated by no phone or broadband & terrible backup help support non existent. How can I fix this or please just cancel as had enough now.

    @virginmedia 7/2/22. By phone. She emailed confirmation. No one ever gets back to her. She rings, she is passed from dept to dept and put on hold till she gives up. She is approaching 80. Your customer service is not geared up for people like her.

    @virginmedia Yes I've complained and received an inadequate response. Account page. Useless No sky sports 4k at the end of my contract, I'm leaving for sky. Been a customer for 20 years but loyalty counts for nothing.

    @virginmedia I keep being told there are issues affecting my area and they’re being fixed - since April. My next door neighbour is with VM and has no issues. I just want an engineer to visit, after 4 months it’s reasonable to ask.

    @virginmedia That’s the very issue I’m trying to rectify. The address VM have used does not exist on the Royal Mail database….and the one VM have used on my contract simply does not exist (on the Royal Mail database, or anywhere else it seems, except VM’s)

    @virginmedia Yet another let-down. 4th time that a new cable install has been rescheduled. Yet again have heard nothing from you despite being told on text that “one of our agents will be in contact shortly”. Customer since May and still not receiving the service I’m paying for.
