.@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30am, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

@virginmedia still having problems in sE6 london

  • OlaAgbaimoni Ola Agbaimoni (@OlaAgbaimoni) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

  • onemistert Mr T (@onemistert) reported from London, England

@jayrayner1 @virginmedia If the service isn’t down in the area then the fault could simply be resolved by restarting the hub. I guess you’ve done that already?

  • XAVIER2009KY XAVIER FERNANDES (@XAVIER2009KY) reported from Hounslow, England

@virginmedia seems virgin forgot about customers. I been waiting 2 months to settle my internet service . I even paid early statement fees. Not fair to charge such fees in current pandemic times.

  • UKLightCreation Bryan Light (@UKLightCreation) reported from Middlesbrough, England

@virginmedia They are even worse, whoever your director of customer service is needs removing ASAP You will call me soon enough when the bill goes unpaid again!

  • JNH77 James Harrison (@JNH77) reported

@virginmedia Wifi has been down most of the day again. I sent a text to the number you gave me. Still waiting. And yet you happily take money off me each month for a service you aren’t providing. Can you see how ridiculous this is?

  • SAnderson78uk Stu (@SAnderson78uk) reported

@virginmedia @adamberry I have been having trouble with my Wifi for ages. For the last few weeks the signal has become poor and rarely works upstairs. The name of the hub changed to '1' and then I reset it. Name changed back but still poor intermittent service. Tried calling and e-mailed....nothing

  • HarryStani Harry Staniforth (@HarryStani) reported

@virginmedia Yes, I understand the concept but all other companies I have dealt with refunded via direct debit - VM making it as difficult as possible for the customer to get their money back through misinformation and poor systems. I certainly wouldn’t be allowed to take 45 days to pay.
