    @virginmedia It is from a few weeks. Only while in the same room as the hub is show no issue. Happend lately that light start flash bit self on hub and WiFi is lost for some time

    @virginmedia hi again . As promised 3days ago yesterday should receive a hub replacement, but .... Nothing arrived. Today WiFi still same problem, just have a carpenter from Hammersmith and he has same problem with Virginmedia. Why routers loosing WiFi?

    @OwenJones84 @virginmedia @JeremyVineOn5 Usually a router issue of inefficient switching between bands 2.4GHz and 5GHz Can go into router settings and explicitly set it to 2.4GHz (lower speed/better range) or 5GHz (higher speed/poorer range)

    Here’s some @virginmedia logic for you. I have a problem with my broadband, no issue in area on website. I therefore call for help, automated response says there IS an issue in my area so they’ll keep me up to date via a link in a text. Link says no issue in the area. 👍🏼

    Who has issues with Virgin Media? I upgraded my package last week and now they’ve gone back on their word, very unprofessional! I have spoken to 5 different people asking me the same questions but not helping. They haven’t got a clue about customer service, so unhappy 🙁

    @virginmedia This site says they can’t check so I should give you guys a call. I have been calling to the customer service to know the most updated estimate fix time, which has been delayed from by 3pm on 14th to now 3pm tomorrow…. It’s been a week with no service.

    @virginmedia I was hoping it was getting sorted, however I'm in the process of sending it through in the next 10mins. I did raise a complaint and was told a 2 hour call back, this never happened and everything was recorded on your system, the customer service team don't know why I never got 1

    @virginmedia These issues are on wired devices. I got a speed of around 500MB for download, but 0.02MB for upload. This is for the LU7 postcode area. There was no estimate on when the issue would be fixed, just a generic 'engineers are looking into it.
