    @Ian_H_007 @virginmedia I pay for 500Mb - currently getting 86Mb. I can just about live with that. Being on hold during Skype/Teams/Zoom calls is unacceptable. The boys are having problems gaming and our video downloads on Sky keep failing - not great service.

    @virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

    @virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

    @avbuss @Ofcom @virginmedia If virgin haven’t fulfilled their end of the contract by providing the full service as promised and repairing any faults I don’t see why he should have to pay his notice period. A contract works both ways it’s clear you have failed this customer just as you are failing myself.

    @virginmedia Everyday, on the hour, at 23 mins past the hour for 30 seconds to 1 minute the whole signal drops on all devices, then comes back on again until the next hour at 23 mins past...it means every Zoom call is interrupted

    @virginmedia Not much better to be honest. The engineer never contacted me back which he diarised and proimsed to do so. The 150 service now says it's a "complex issue" but no SLA is provided & the online fault checker doesn't show a fault. I need answers as my job is on the line.
