    @virginmedia now onto the second week of no contact. No help and no communication. Imagine trying to call someone at this billion dollar company just to open a business account. And you can’t even get through for 14 days. It’s pathetic. This 02 merger has finished them.

    @virginmedia You describe your service like a land of milk and honey, but cancelling a contract with you is basically impossible. I've been kept on hold for more than 40 minutes and all the operators I spoke with pretend not to understand my request and moving me to another colleague. Shame.

    @virginmedia I think I may actually be free from #Virginmedia at last other times I phoned up I got someone who just basically lied to me and extending my contract but this time I phoned up to cancel the contract and actually spoke to a very nice man so hopefully it's all done

    @virginmedia That's who I've been talking to. Spoke to Sabine who has fixed it I think for 4th March. 2 others who couldn't help me, of which was rude and uncaring. All told me different things. It appears its an area fault, which the first one didn't confirm

    @virginmedia we've had atrocious broadband on SE26 4HN for weeks now, it just keeps dropping out and then coming back. I have just had my bill and I'm not really feeling we should have to pay for the service we've had this month.

    @virginmedia #virginmedia spoke to a very nice lady today from Virgin media who wanted to know why I was leaving Virgin after 10 minutes of me complaining on how bad Virgin has been extending my contract and all sorts of things she did apologise but I said it wasn't her fault

    @virginmedia I have no wifi as there are broadband issues in my area so I’m unable to do my job unless I pay my mobile data provider a significant sum to hotspot for the day. Your website says this issue won’t be fixed until 8pm. Can you offer any reassurance/compensation at all?

    @virginmedia The package changes section states that I have credit of £16.65 for the removal of my M100 Fibre Broadband service, then a charge of £41.45 for the new Volt M200 Fibre Broadband on top of my M100, so a total package change charge of £24.80.

    @virginmedia @O2 @Ofcom I am unable to get the advertised speed boost via volt as the virgin v4 hub is oos and being held for new customers. They have told me there is limited availability, however as a loyal customer it seems I am not entitled to it. This needs looked into.

    @virginmedia That’s great but we don’t have a cable because the WiFi should work, it’s why we pay for it. I have reset the router 6 times this morning, checked the cables each time. I’ve disconnected every device and reconnected them once the router is back up. It still goes down 10mins later

    @virginmedia I've used the service checker and It's seems to be fine at the moment but for the last 3 weeks it randomly gets intermittent problems so I call 150 only to be told their is problems in the area and it is being worked on if it continues doing it I will be leaving

    @virginmedia This is alongside my normal package charge. I moved house recently, and have been charged the £20 moving service fee which I expected, but specifically asked to keep my package the same. I was informed via text and email that I had been moved to Volt, and then saw my bill.
