    @xems22x @Seons_Le @virginmedia It’s electronics they break and go down sometimes just like power, gas, lighting etc so not sure why you would hold them to a different standard oh and also it’s in the contract you willingly accepted without reading it clearly oh and FYI all tv and internet services are the same

    @virginmedia I have had issues with my service for months, I have to ring at least 3 times a week to have a signal sent to reboot my kit, have complained got no where, WiFi drops from 200mbs what I pay for down to 20 no customer care !!!!
