    @virginmedia It’s NOT ONLY happening to me. There are many people in the Heathrow area (hope that suffices) for a start, that have this issue. I’ve given up on your app and customer service as we are not trying to understand our issue or the frequency of it. You just want to close your ticket

    .@virginmedia let me do your job and help you. Someone is flipping a switch at 11pm and turning the internet and TV off in the UB3 area. Come 8.30am, it comes back up. Then at around 3pm or 4pm, goes down again and then comes back up after 20 mins. Does this show you a pattern?

    @virginmedia Wow I’m shocked. Clearly a lot of people will have gadgets that can only support 2Ghz which was available as a separate SIDD on the hub 3. If you were not going to support it you owed customers forewarning of this fact.

    @virginmedia As I said yesterday, all internet, TV and media down. Called you twice for over an hour and a half yesterday but no reply. Terrible service. Have work to do! Booked engineer but they can’t come until Tuesday evening. Can you call me?

    @virginmedia I have. How do you expect me to work today & tomorrow if the engineer can only come on Tuesday evening? And why doesn’t your customer service centre pick up the calls? I spent about 3 hours yesterday trying to self-diagnose the problem and waiting for someone to pick up the phone

    @virginmedia In addition, when will it be fixed for good? If you don’t want your customers up in arms, be transparent, honest and say what the problem is and relay and exact date. No canned responses!!!

    @virginmedia I’m still waiting for the return packaging for an upgrade mobile phone I wanted to return and wasted 5-6hrs either on chat or live calls over 9 days ago. Shocking. Now being charged for the phone and new contract I was recommend to take out and return the other. Help

    @virginmedia Sometimes. We installed a power line to improve the range through the house but rarely get above average reception. Most common is fair or poor. Often reception is better nearer the hub. Sometimes laptop/phone reports no Internet. Last night on catch up watched 2 hr show... 1/2

    @alxndrt @virginmedia I am often reduced to despair by @virginmedia, not only because their broadband drops as soon as there is a light breeze, but that they flat out refuse to acknowledge that there is no internet. Worse, they sent me a joyous email ad proclaiming a service with no pesky line drops!
