  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

@virginmedia Engineer booked for Tuesday. I spoke to Ezra on your team who was brilliant in fairness. Very apologetic about the level of service and now looks like we need planning permission to dig up the road to fix the cable.🥴 Thanks for your responses and happy new year!

  • TohottoTrott Matt Davies (@TohottoTrott) reported from Harrow Weald, England

@virginmedia any idea how long the broadband is going to be down?

  • Skizzle80 Salma Kasmani (@Skizzle80) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@virginmedia usually your customer service is quality, why has it taken an hour. YES AN HOUR for anyone to even register my call about having no #broadband wifi at home when there’s a #lockdown2021 Kindly respond.

  • AsadMoghal Asad Moghal (@AsadMoghal) reported from Kensington, England

Why does @virginmedia have the worst customer service - the chatbot won’t work, the telephone service disconnects straight away - why bother with the service?

  • FedeAmati Fede Amati (@FedeAmati) reported from Loughton, England

Yo @virginmedia I’m trying to report a data breach as a customer of yours whose details were taken and I cannot get through for love nor money. Where is your #customerservice please thanks

  • alewis2106 Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England

Does anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

  • PaxtonDan515 Danny Clark (@PaxtonDan515) reported from Enfield Lock, England

@virginmedia your process for cancelling a contract is awful... no doubt telling your operators to keep hanging up. Wankers

  • fackjossey Foss (@fackjossey) reported from Camden Town, England

@virginmedia our cable doesn’t fit as it should (we were told an easy installation and just the box is required), and my partner is getting no response from anyone to help...? Just moved into a new flat with no wifi now so not ideal

  • matthewcarter7 Matthew Carter (@matthewcarter7) reported from London, England

@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

@alexbloor It’s basically BT being allowed to swallow up EE all over again. That should have never been allowed, also Virgin Media and o2 joining forces should have been stopped also.
