-
Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, EnglandDoes anyone know of a service worse than @virginmedia? Our home phone went down 5 weeks ago and we were promised an engineer in 10 days, yet still no one has come. I have tried ringing the customer help number a number of times but after about 1 hour 15 mins it rings off. Help!

Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England@virginmedia Thank you for your reply. We had a technician out over 5 weeks ago to check the landline. He told us the cable in the road was damaged and it would take 10 days to fix. That was nearly 6 weeks ago and we have heard nothing since and can’t get through to your customer services.
-
T (@Miaopow) reported from Richmond, England@virginmedia why is it when I do FaceTime or WhatsApp messenger to someone also on Virgin network it doesn’t allow me to? And I have to go to my 4G. That seems ridiculous!
-

Alex Lewis (@alewis2106) reported from London, England@virginmedia Engineer booked for Tuesday. I spoke to Ezra on your team who was brilliant in fairness. -
Asad Moghal (@AsadMoghal) reported from Kensington, EnglandWhy does @virginmedia have the worst customer service - the chatbot won’t work, the telephone service disconnects straight away - why bother with the service?
-
Ben Darlow (@kapowaz) reported from Richmond, EnglandOne month of constant disconnections, poor upload / download speeds from Virgin Media. Not that it’s particularly important to have working broadband when you’re all working from home and can’t physically spend Christmas with your family. What an absolute joke.
-
lisa sibley (@citigirly) reported from London, England@virginmedia Ok so says issue now fixed could tell they were working on it as lost tv and then internet came back for 5 mins, but now no internet again? So issue not fixed can you contact the engineer working on it to say not fixed ASAP please
-
Matthew Carter (@matthewcarter7) reported from London, England@Thecarmagdriver @virginmedia 1) ISP hardware is total shite (Virgin in Particular) don’t use it. It is worth what you paid for it £0. 2) Draytek router and Ruckus wifi (connected via Cat6) is what you need to distribute throughout house (a single WiFi point is never going to work)! 3) it will cost money!

Mark K (@kolokube) reported@virginmedia I have called every day for the past five days. Your CS promised to call back – they didn't! I still don't have an incoming service & you can't provide me with a PAC. You are holding my number to ransom. I want compensation for the HOURS spent trying to resolve this. #OFCOM
-
Eithne White (@Eithne_White) reported@virginmedia Ok the call agents did not help at all. I have phoned several times so I am not doing that again. I will be at work Friday morning, then have to travel back from Derby so wont be available until after 2pm at the earliest depending on the traffic.
-
Jay™ (@jasmine_marien) reported@virginmedia I can only check the signal in the rooms where I have signal. If I try and run anything from the room with hardly any, I -understandably- lose signal and it can’t. Like the app won’t even rec WifiMax to me because it will lose signal halfway through checking issues.
-
rachel (@kinbaj) reported@virginmedia my wifi is down!!!! can u hire me and I fix it myself at ur hq

Simon E 🇬🇧🏴🏴☠️ (@thelazydj) reportedSo @virginmedia Internet has been down since 3am in the ta63hy area. Not sure why it takes so long to fix. All my previous providers had it up. And running again in a couple of hours max. I'm a new customer and this isn't what I was expecting at all! Everything runs off the 1/2
-
Danny Walker (@Wa72279508Danny) reported@virginmedia I’m at work. I’ve called up and you won’t talk to me because I don’t know my password. I never set one up. And I don’t know what you’ve charged me for so I can’t give you my bill. I don’t even know how I’ve got a bill
-
I_hate_Jamie_Oliver (@pipehitterz) reported@virginmedia cable you need a pin Number password to access anything the temp one you've sent doesn't Work
-
Owen Stillman (@IT_Owain) reported@virginmedia Just for the record here, none of this was mentioned. In fact, your caller told me "this is what everyone will be getting, all providers are doing the same". But hey, you've got the call records. Might be worth a listen. I'll raise a complaint in the meantime
