    Sad in these times when a friend is forced to move home because her mortgage company won’t help her & now @virginmedia are charging her well over £200 as a disconnection fee. To leave a home she doesn’t actually want to leave.

    @virginmedia can you tell me why we had internet issues for the last three days which are now solved, but I still cannot get Netflix, iPlayer, Amazon prime video or Now Tv. I am sick of paying for extra tv services I cannot access. Would you like to refund me for these days?

    @virginmedia You have put my bill up from £84 to £96 in one month and you are not providing a service I should have my full services 24/7 for that price and getting any compensation it like getting blood out of a stone !!! Disgusting service

    @virginmedia hey there. Our broadband has been down since yesterday and the estimated fix time keeps being put later and later. My wife is working from home today so it's pretty impossible. Please could we have some sort of replacement dongle in the mean time?

    @virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. Wife have arranged an internet connection to our new flat before this(with Virgin btw), took 5 minutes. Lot of hoops to jump through to cancel, when I just wanted to get it over with. No offers, just cancel.
