@virginmedia The @virginmedia box has completely broken down since yesterday & we can’t watch TV. My broadband is also affected. I’m a fairly new customer & I’ve had constant issues since moving from @sky I’ve now got to wait until Saturday before a technician can come & repair everything 👎🏼

I called @virginmedia back and they are now saying they won’t be able to install my internet until February 15th, a month after they sent me the modem. They’ve already activated my account and are charging me, but are telling me that shouldn’t have happened and they can’t fix it.

@virginmedia for anyone thinking of getting virgin internet please don’t. Promise quick internet but what they don’t tell you it will keep crashing and the WiFi constantly drops out. The support team just want to charge extra to put right
