    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph For last 2 months in the SW16 area VIRGIN TV & BROADBAND services has an ‘outage problem.’ Despite several engineer call outs the issue has not been resolved so no access to internet. Virgin please sort out and provide compensation for lack of service

    @virginmedia Broadband is down. Box is showing solid green base light, solid green WiFi light and a flashing green internet light. Reboot, lower cycling, full disconnection and reconnection achieves nothing. TV service fine (sans network features).

    @virginmedia Thanks I checked earlier but it says no known issues. I also checked the guide for the lights on the front and it’s a connection problem / constant software download as it’s flashing green. Works for 5 mins then reboots and spends ages all flashing green again. 3 hours now.

    It’s so annoying how broadband cos try 2 screw existing customers. They suck u in with an offer better than their competitors, then each yr, they increase the price, but offers small reduction if you u stay with reduced service #VirginMedia

    @virginmedia Community help forums? Seriously? So no engineer to fix a faulty installation/equipment? Do you not see the failure to support a customer here? I will block payments to VM and you can take it all away. I'll happily go to court as the service delivered is 10% of what was promised.

    @virginmedia Tbh I have phoned repeatedly spending over 8 hours trying to speak with someone who can help. No manager will assist and I end up going round on circles having to repeat the issue 5 times each call not worth it
