    @ontvnow @virginmedia I had webchat w customer service adviser this morning @ontvnow who confirmed my email account was locked - but said the forms he normally uses to unlock accounts were not working so has passed the issue on to next line support....😐

    @virginmedia To be honest the call was pretty terrible, the operator just put me on mute as she didn’t want to listen to me. She claims that there is no guarantee of UL speeds. The website has published speeds of 36mbps UL.
