Mary (@SandraS80775853) reported from London, England@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

-
Abu Siddiki (@ABSiddiki) reported from London, England@virginmedia Well…either an early cancellation or resolve the issue that I am having at your expense and not mine :)

Foodwise Woman (@FoodwiseWomen) reported from Kensington, EnglandI’m trying to live chat to @virginmedia to see if they can install a Hub 5 router in our area as Apple reporting privacy problems with existing router. I’m on hold for a ‘live’ agent but their Terri Triage BOT requires me to press the ‘Yes I’ll hold button’ every 40secs. 😱😱😱
-
Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England@virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. No offers, just cancel.

MarcHayo (@markhayo) reported from Kensington, EnglandWell done to the engineers @virginmedia for sorting out my internet in Earl’s Court (ahead of time as usual). I appreciate that people have genuine problems, but we need to keep a sense of proportion. Especially compared with brave Ukrainians who face far worse troubles than us.
-
Burnley Dave:Not woke just human.💙🌈🍺🇪🇺 (@tlcko1882) reported from London, England@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

-
Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England@Mike_Randazzo1 @virginmedia Oh, they did let me cancel, but I had to answer about 3 “last question”s before they proceeded 5 minute response time on chat, took me nearly two hours, after the 4 hours it took to connect an agent. We could get a contract with a credit check in 5 minutes.

Martinayres65@outloo (@Martinayres65o1) reported@virginmedia it’s now been an hour since the promised call from you. Given we have been without broadband & TV since Friday I would have thought you would make it a priority. Seems Virgin doesn’t care about its customers. Happy to take money whilst delivering no service
