    @virginmedia Got through on text: they offered to cancel the increase & restore the £44 price, but refused to match the £40 as it’s “only for new customers”! They referred me to Retentions, but they have now withdrawn even that offer & insist I must pay the full £47.50! Just unbelievable!

    @virginmedia sick to death of this absolutely rubbish WiFi. Rebooted several times, phoned your team, even installed a new router. Nothing seems to improve it and you supposedly pride yourself on being the best. Please fix this issue.

    @virginmedia Finally got through to Retentions by phone & unlike their text service they were helpful & resolved it with an improved offer - something the text people insisted was impossible & that nobody else would be able to do more. Awful to think others will be ripped off by this attitude

    @virginmedia We're expecting an engineer visit between 4 and 7pm today. It's 5pm now and no sign yet. Getting dark outside. If it's not fixed this time, we will have to think about switching to another service supplier, which we really don't want to do.

    @virginmedia It’s very usual for Virgin in Hampstead but would be nice if you were in a bigger hurry to fix it , especially when we are all working from home

    @virginmedia No idea. Daughter noticed Internet wasn't working and I thought it was just the usual signal outage. Checked the box and no lights / power! Then saw the burn mark.

    @virginmedia Not at all. I wasn't allowed to speak to anyone yesterday, to explain why I needed an engineer (it's weak signal from the box - as explained the last time the engineer supposedly fixed it). Instead, I was sent a text. I had to wait 24 hours to be told that yes I need an engineer

    @virginmedia Then, when I went to book an engineer - I can't get one till next Friday - a whole week - do you think this is acceptable? You leave a customer with a wholly unacceptable service since 15th Feb and now I've got to wait another week. It's fraud - you're charging me for a service..

    @virginmedia This is the 3rd time I've tried to fix this issue and as time goes by, you're actually putting more barriers in the way, not less. The service provision is completely unacceptable & your CS is incompetent, not remotely joined up & willfully obstructive. I wouldn't recommend...
