When you spend 2 hours on the phone to @virginmedia about a complaint that’s taken them over a month to respond to and they pretend not to hear you and hang up the phone coincidentally when they close at 9pm. I’m going to lose my **** soon.

@virginmedia It was yesterday and I was hung up on 3 time yesterday by your staff, I reported problem on Tuesday and no one is bothering to call back when they say they will, twice now. I've requested 5 times that the order Is cancelled and get blocked everytime by your staff. I'm Furious

@VodafoneUK @neilio_uk I had the same problem, all of a sudden I couldn't log in anymore via virgin media and the Vodafone WiFi is very slow to get connected. Would have been nice from Vodafone to allert the clients via email/sms/myvodafoneapp about the changes.

@nicwharton @virginmedia Probably the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life - lies about time cancellation team closes - lied about engineer coming to resolve issue - manage to get contract cancelled - only for 1 of their sales team to make a contract without even speaking 2 me
