Hey @virginmedia I already am paying more with this new package I was forced to take to renew my contract recently and now you want to force me to pay £7 MORE a month?! Also why can I not get a human on the phone?! I refuse to pay a penny more. Fix this nonsense.

@virginmedia Never had we have such a terrible Internet service. Absolutely NEVER. "Can't find server.", for whatever page we want, day after day. Then it finds the server; next minute - puff! Gone! Absolutely abysmal.

@virginmedia I need to complain about your customer services. I’ve had multiple issues with a new contract I took out 31/01 this year. No manager has contacted me to follow up (after weeks since complaining) & yr customer sales centre is harassing me with calls. Pls contact me.

@virginmedia How long have you got? I have just sat down in a restaurant to cry on a friend’s shoulder. The nice server said, “how are you?” I just burst into tears! Seriously. My disappointment is palpable. I want to go back to @BT

@MartinSLewis It is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I’m now actively discouraging others to use Virgin Media. Cancelling is also very difficult and deliberately so

@virginmedia But your hub has died and as such I cannot access my broadband, use my landline as you moved it from copper to Ethernet and the TV services are impacted as I cannot record, watch the BBC or any streaming service. In short an outage.

@virginmedia, your app does not seem to think there's a problem with the internet in area 21. I think different. Can you check?!

@journokeith @virginmedia Good as in they acknowledged your existence was what I meant. That's how their "customer services" is set up, they don't have the staff based in the UK to deal with it and all they can do is what they are doing.

@virginmedia Really? Not one has been able to offer a good deal. The real point I don't want the £74.64 contract. I have not signed up to this new contract. It should never have been actioned by VM. The contract was to change on 25 September. Please reinstate the £104.75 current package...

@virginmedia Would love to, but I've cut off 6 times, passed around 6 people and nobody seems to be able to fix anything for me. I don't have 3 hours to spend trying to sort this out on the phone being passed back and forth. And I get told I have to pay £90 to cancel? Cannot believe the cheek

@virginmedia Ordered internet for 17th September. Was told when I ordered I just need a quick start install, however I have arrived at my new house and there is no existing virgin box or cables, therefore I will need an engineer to visit and install on or before 17th. Help?
-
paul dakin
(@PaulDakin70) reported
@virginmedia No one returns calls or sorts. Virgin community no answer. Another fob off here it appears. Why isn’t there a quick fix just to simply add Netflix back on as per my contract? Shouldn’t £10.99 per month be credited until you sort so I can pay it directly. It isn’t acceptable.
