@virginmedia Hello there, it’s past 12pm and we’re still without any Internet connection (and getting desperate now). I’d like to stress that this isn’t an intermittent signal issue but a total loss of service as we’ve been having no Internet connection AT ALL since last Friday. HELP PLEASE!

@virginmedia @Miss_SKM That is correct. What it does not cover is the persistent loss of service since August!!! #se7. Nor does it cover the absolute woeful customer services, and I use that phrase lightly, which @virginmedia is able to offer.

@virginmedia Brilliant get out clause @virginmedia. What you fail to realise is that when your so called service goes down for hours at a time, over the course of time amounts to so, so so much more than 48 hours!! Roll on switching of providers.

@virginmedia Just spoke on the phone with an agent called Denande; I explained to her that days ago other Virgin agents reassured us that we would get compensation towards our next bill due to this outage and she said they lied to us and we won’t get any. This whole mess is becoming a circus

@virginmedia Well it seems to be back on now.. that’s not the point though.. what is going to happen to compensate me for the loss of service for like 14 hours.. And what’s to say this won’t happen again, during the hours of the day when the call centres aren’t open to help me!!

@virginmedia And I’m not immune to rising costs either. £190pm is ridiculous. Broadband intermittent since you sent me Hub4. Not at all happy with your service anymore and then I saw this… British giant Virgin Media O2 confirmed it is on track to fork out £1.6bn to its shareholders this year
