@virginmedia Reg is YT17ZTM, it’s one of the few road in the area where permits are not needed every day, only on match days. Would you not help the driver get a permit for his own Rd? What rules do you have for driver vans being left outside of work hours?

@MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

@Joeynoble @virginmedia Trying to get the account transferred into my wife’s name, we’ve been messed around for weeks. Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

@virginmedia I have raised a complaint on 2 separate occasions over the past 2 weeks and have not yet been contacted, even after being told I would hear within 5 days and then 7 days when I called up the 2nd time... it’s now been 8 days and I have STILL not heard from Virgin.
