@MrKenShabby @virginmedia Dump them. Get @zeninternet FTTC or even FTTP if you are lucky. Much more reliable. On average faster too. Less contention (sharing with other users) of bandwidth advertised. Never looked back...

@Joeynoble @virginmedia Trying to get the account transferred into my wife’s name, we’ve been messed around for weeks. Utterly useless, I could move to another provider I would, cannot stand them. @skytv customer service used to be incredible when I was with them, Virgin could learn a lot from them! 😡

@virginmedia Thanks for your reply. I have been trying since last week to cancel my rolling 1m Broadband contract (nothing to do with the service, just needed it while renting). I have tired for 4 days to get through on the only # on your website to cancel a service but can’t get through.

@virginmedia Reg is YT17ZTM, it’s one of the few road in the area where permits are not needed every day, only on match days. Would you not help the driver get a permit for his own Rd? What rules do you have for driver vans being left outside of work hours?

@virginmedia You rang me with an offer, i accepted it. Next day, kids channels are off after being told everything will stay the same. My bill then went up by £50 for adding the kids channels instead of sorting the problem, which resulted in a "package change" which resulted in a £225 bill
