    3 different @premierinn hotels this week and 6 in the last 3 weeks and I can honestly say that your Wi-Fi is absolutely atrocious. It’s always been bad, but some how it’s now even worse. It’s time to ditch @virginmedia and get a decent Internet supplier.

    @virginmedia That’s absolutely fine, but again like mentioned before. I should not be receiving contrasting information from your employees. I can understand one isolated incident but having 2 incidents for the same issue highlights a form of incompetence somewhere

    @virginmedia I don’t mind speaking to technical support and them trying to troubleshoot, but what I absolutely hated was being told contrasting information by all the different staff members in VM

    @virginmedia And then told that they couldn’t do that either, all whilst being very rude on the phone for an issue with the equipment which frankly I believe is not an acceptable level of service ( I don’t expect 100% reliability - but something better than no service would be nice!)

    @virginmedia One of your agents said they would send across a WiFi pod (which never happened) and then we were informed that he didn’t have the ability to send them after a further call 1 month later. We were also advised they would send us a hub 4 to try and get rid of the existing hub 3

    @virginmedia my entire network has died. I got no internet or tv service and have been told that you can only get an engineer out to me on Thursday...2 DAYS!!!! I work from home and need internet access otherwise I cant do anything. The TIVO box wont start up

    @virginmedia I have virgin media internet at our house - however I am moving back in with my parents who already have virgin internet. So was told I need to pay £200+ to get out of my contract but a VERY rude lady who proved no help!!! extremely disappointed with the service provided.

    @virginmedia I’m having and have been having issues with my broadband connection for over 6 weeks now … it’s getting ridiculous and your CS is impossible to get through to. I’ve had to shell out a fortune on data to join work calls and I’m fed up. How can I get a solution???
