@virginmedia I am at my wits end with your awful service. I can’t get an answer by phone or online. I’ve had a faulty TV box replaced with another faulty box & when I eventually got thru to someone they’ve shutdown 1/2 of my channels.

@virginmedia My services were not the issue, your web site was the issue, I resorted to the chat function which was very slow and eventually sorted the issue I was trying to address. Sadly you don’t serve my new address

@virginmedia The picture begins to stutter and flicker. The tivo box also becomes very slow to respond to remote inputs. Our other tivo box is not affected. Thanks for replying

@virginmedia Dont have one, thats how I logged the complaint, I was cold transferred to wrong departments for hours then someone in Swansea said they would raise the complaint. Haven't heard a peep since. And I'm not spending hours on the phone again.
