    @JayLatif @virginmedia That’s very frustrating I have so many issues with them because a lady on the phone messed up. Misled into a contract, told me channels were on my package and they weren’t. I hope you sort your problem. 😞😞

    @virginmedia Wireless and before I get the next question, we all use Macs so we have to borrow cables / adapters to check a wired connection but whenever we do that, would you believe, there’s no issues on those days!

    @mediaczar @virginmedia None of the reviews include reliability, because that’s the most difficult thing to measure from outside and no one releases their figures. It’s the worst thing that’s ever happened in the world. Ever.

    @virginmedia Its just a consistently bad customer experience across mobile, TV and broadband. You CSR tools are archaic and your teams aren't suffucuently trained or empowered. The Virgin way died years ago.

    To say I'm #frustrated with @virginmedia is an understatement. No TV, no service and no sign of it being fixed. More than 4 months and added expense for dodgy decisions. Grrrrr

    30 minutes on hold to @virginmedia only to be told that we still won’t have any internet til at least Tuesday as they can’t get a router to me before then. If I ordered it myself on Amazon I could get one tonight......pathetic customer service

    @virginmedia This call was in response to a well documented complaint that has been going on for months and someone calls who we are unable to communicate with and yet I believe you are a communications company. The last engineer did sort some of the issues but he left full of promises..

    @virginmedia Also, that link isn’t working or recognising my password or username (the one I’ve used to sign in via the link in the email I was sent - edge worked, but not chrome) so I cannot see if there are outages - it’s also been poor since we installed it
