    @virginmedia Interesting when you get disconnected the moment you tell the agent the deal to stay with you as a loyal customer is way higher then new customers and £20 a month more than @SkyUK Especially when your charging me per minute to call you as you never fixed my landline

    @virginmedia Yep and no issue with the promotion running out - my issue is the way the email is laid out, basically suggesting the deal will carry on the same only to hide the actual cost (that changes a few days later) in the same print, which is incredibly misleading.

    @virginmedia I had 25mbps up to 48mbps download speed on my xbox now even with a new console I'm on 4mbps its ridiculous. You are just empty promisers your apparently fixing it all the time but in reality you dont you tinkered with it and now we have **** all.

    @virginmedia The thing is the fact you have been slower than a bloody snail I've been having the issue since end of july in fact yesterday was my birthday and my internet is so bad my download speed is less than 4mbps which is pathetic. Everytime we contact you you always say theirs an issue.

    @virginmedia Nope, we got the £45 price cause of the trouble I’m having with my WiFi which still isn’t working correctly, was promised a manager would give me a call back by the end of yesterday yet nothing, also got told the extra I paid last month would cole@off this months yet it hasn’t

    @virginmedia There is no actual help like an engineer or technician to fix my wifi theres no discounts on what we are paying a month whilst getting absolutely **** for it there is a bare minimum and you cant even provide it. I'm not being funny but when we joined you we had lovely internet
