@virginmedia So. Would you like me to provide details of the complaint? My reference number maybe? Somewhere to direct message? Or do I just waste a huge amount of time hanging on the line to get back to where I started?

  • GaborPfalzer
Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England

@virginmedia After the two hour chat, it was finally resolved. Wife have arranged an internet connection to our new flat before this(with Virgin btw), took 5 minutes. Lot of hoops to jump through to cancel, when I just wanted to get it over with. No offers, just cancel.

  • paulhelpspeople
Paul Smith (@paulhelpspeople) reported from Twickenham, England

When you cancel services with a company, because you are fed up with crazy price increases, but the next day get some ultra pushy sales guy from an overseas office try to argue they can do it better, when will they ever learn, no means no. @virginmedia you are the absolute worst!

  • judge_ravinder
Ravinder Judge (@judge_ravinder) reported from Hounslow, England

@virginmedia Why is the connection between the internet and tv constantly going having to reboot modem all the time. Sick of this issue as not once in a while happening for a month on & off, more everyday in the last two weeks. This is not the service I expect for how much I pay.

  • SkyFlier6981
GeorgieCox (@SkyFlier6981) reported from Brentford, England

@MdxDavidRing @virginmedia Thinking to cancel mine! Services is awful! The engineer caused the problem that was mid teaching one

  • GaborPfalzer
Gabor (@GaborPfalzer) reported from Kensington, England

@BigupJeff @virginmedia Yeah, unfortunately. We are okay with the service, that’s why we kept it in the new one, but the customer service is a joke. Had @Hyperoptic once, was absolutely brilliant. Too bad it’s rarely available.

  • IstvanOFatyol
Oliver Fatyol (@IstvanOFatyol) reported from Ealing, England

@virginmedia Since w/c 22Aug my wife and I continuously keep checking the service status which gets updated and deadline pushed back. Nobody with virgin has broadband or TV for over 3 weeks now without explanation or a decent update

  • yessibelloperez

. @virginmedia my broadband services on TV are down. Your app says you're aiming to fix this by 15 July at 16.07 (the false specificity impresses me not one jot). The issue number is F012372779. The issue started yesterday. Why on earth am I paying forca service that I will not..

  • lgwlgwlgw

Virgin Media O2 is gearing up to provide wholesale access to its network to challenge the dominance of BT. But it said Openreach was seeking to “choke” off competition before it had truly begun by luring third party companies away.

@virginmedia Why can I not talk or communicate with Virgin Only reply I get after telling you I am Not a customer and do NOT want to join is “Just to check, are you an existing customer, are you looking to join Virgin Media, or have you recently made an order?” I have said no

  • Vipermo

@virginmedia I ordered your service and then cancelled it before I even plugged router in but no return packaging has been sent out to send it back this was 3 weeks ago please help

  • ChatchoMan
    You’re Just Listening 😀 (@ChatchoMan) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If Virgin Media are such money grabbing filth that they don’t want to believe a grieving person that contacts them and just terminate the contract they should at least backdate it based on the death certificate. Anything other than that is disgraceful.

  • Widget57529543
    Widget (@Widget57529543) reported

@virginmedia @MichelleBeckett People shouldn't have to post on social media to get decent service from you. Condolences don't cut it when all thats needed is for your numpty call centre staff to have the ability to deal sensitively with the issue. They clearly see your clients as admin not human beings.

  • DavidOw38948049
    David Owens (@DavidOw38948049) reported

@virginmedia Why are you sending a phone number which as a non customer of Virgging and someone who does not want to become a customer cannot access ? All I want is for you to remove your broadband box from our property Also tried what’s app without any feed back ?
