    And another day has gone by with no landline service from #virginmedia in this part of Harrow HA1 and still the same recorded message saying they've found the problem and are working on it. @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It obviously is an area issue as we have an area WhatsApp group and everyone’s internet is down: but I don’t have time to call as I have appointments all afternoon and knowi will be stuck in a queue for an hour minimum. Can you email to alert them to the issue???

    @virginmedia I rebooted, called the number, it says there is a known issue in my area and engineers are working on it. Does this take 5 days to fix? I try the status online and it tells me everything is fine but it isn’t. Is there anyone looking at this. I’ve never had an issue last this long

    @virginmedia Hi, since last Thur, 8/9, router keeps rebooting randomly, interrupting work zoom calls and streaming. No consistent reason or time when it happens. Engineer came n tweaked a few things yesterday but problem still persists. Calling 150 goes nowhere. Any help? Area 30
