@virginmedia I could indeed try ringing that number - if I wanted to spend over an hour listening to the same songs on a loop then speaking to someone who doesn’t know anything. You have a real problem with customer service and it will lose you business.

@virginmedia Can someone answer the phone. Last week when I got rid of sky and got virgin installed you had someone on the phone to me in record time the last two days I’ve had issues no one available. I’m within my 14 days so I’m gonna cancel if u don’t respond properly

Trying to cancel my @virginmedia broadband because I’m moving and I’ve been on hold for 33 minutes out of the 36 minutes (and counting...) of this call. Will cost my phone bill a fortune by the end of it! Very poor service, don’t think I’ll use them when I need broadband again!

@virginmedia my broadband has been down since yesterday and I’ve subscribed to text alerts for updates. Ironically no updates received so I can only assume you need your network to work in order to send them! Come on Virgin, this is unacceptable service.

@virginmedia Co-01164235 was the code for your error it said this has been repaired but still says status 16:00 today. My Internet was combined in to this issue however after 2 hours and 19 minutes on hold someone refreshed it your end which addressed the net issue but not the TV.

@happimess73 @virginmedia had a huge battle with Virgin years back. Assured me place I was moving to could have virgin broadband and could carry over. moved. no broadband. Virgin then charged me breach of contract severance pay. Fought it for ~6mo. we won but jesus christ Virgin get your **** together

Although I did loose my rag last year when a customer adviser kept telling me I had to pay £50 & more to speak to retention team. She was the rudest, unhelpful person I have ever come across. I hung up and rang back.
