Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

@virginmedia Hi Em, had the same email account for years and now for the past two weeks it’s been coming up with server errors. Not recognising the imap or smtp server address. I’ve lost a ton of emails.... have no one to call and the website is not very insightful.

@virginmedia Trouble is John, the equipment is scheduled to be delivered to the wrong place tomorrow. I could have sent the PoA last week. In fact if you look at A/C 57180001 (my uncle’s previous a/c which I can still access) you should find the PoA attached.

@virginmedia It seems to be mainly whilst watching BT sport.. its been doing this for over a year now but just never chased it up. It does happen intermittently on other channels but nowhere near as much as BT
