    @virginmedia I was given a discount in March this year, what I didn’t know was that meant a new contract, that part was definitely not clear. Plus as I said my landline that you charge for has never worked. I will be making an Ofcom complaint

    @virginmedia Yep that’s funny. Really is. Do you not think I’ve not tried ringing you & only can do so on my mobile as no landline remember, on hold up to 40 mins+ & then cut off. You try it. It’s impossible to speak to a real person. WORST SERVICE EVER👎🏻

    One of the other greivances I have with @virginmedia - aside from how often the service cuts out (and guess what’s been down since last night) but also that it takes down the wifi inside the flat. So I can’t print, or access our media server. What sort of router does that?

    @virginmedia When is the issue in the Bromley area going to be fixed as this has been down since 3pm yesterday with updates sent indicating it will be 10this morning, we are now being informed 16:00. What is the actually issue as that hasn’t been stated on any advise I have seen!

    @virginmedia Unfortunately so and your back end team have said as it’s not a total loss of service I was not eligible for automatic compensation, despite all colleagues and messages confirming the outage & assuring me that I would receive my credit this month

    @virginmedia absolutely abhorrent service. Another month goes by without automatic compensation being credited for a 4 day broadband outage. Currently on hold to your contact centre & now being told I did have broadband, despite numerous calls during the 4 day outage
