We have internet, thank you to the engineers who fixes it but @virginmedia need to take a long hard look at how they managed this, poor poor communication , o-one monitoring SM over the weekend, a classic lesson in failing in crisis management and customer care

@____________jkg @harerik @virginmedia You have a backup hub that you can route traffic too if one is down. In a business environment this is standard practice. If Virgin want to just be a home TV provider, fine. But if they want to sell services to schools, other public services and business things need to change.

@virginmedia Hello - yes. I had subscribed to ifollow (a streaming service) so I could watch a Lge 2 game which I would normally watch via BWFC's website but I missed most of it because I was unable to access the internet. I could access google chrome but not any websites from there.

@virginmedia I rang the other day to cancel my contract but was given an offer by the IVR then when I spoke to the CS desk they said they can’t give me the offer as only the IVR can give the offer, so they advise I will have to keep ringing to see if it offers it again. WTH?!?!?
