Again my Virgin Media broadband has shat itself. Shows it’s connected to the net but with zero download zero upload yet service checks says no problems In your area. Can’t wait to leave fed up of this

@virginmedia It’s been erratic all day on both connections and your service check says no issues identified. One minute it’s doing 40-60mbps then it’s just plain dead but shows a connection

@virginmedia It is a billing issue too because we did not have internet for about a week and have not been confirmed compensation for this, and our installation fee still appears on our new account current bill. We do NOT want to be charged twice. Old account also....
