If you have @virginmedia broadband and have been having issues the past 24-48 hours and have found their customer services less than helpful then it might be worth a complaint to @Ofcom I’ve just filled a form in. We are now paying for data due to lack of broadband service

@virginmedia so, having been on hold for 25 minutes, then cut off, called back on hold for a further 15 minutes... cut off again. Your customer service is atrocious... I can hear @SkyHelpTeam beckoning... they were crap, but they were never this shit.

So apparently @virginmedia has a massive issue and we and many others have been told it won’t be working to 29th November. They won’t update the app or their site to reflect this, their twitter team here are not be honest about what is clearly a big problem. #CustomerServiceFail

@virginmedia TV v6 Box. It doesn't matter how many of these or what boxes I have. The start up time is always horrendous and responsiveness is bad
