I’ve not been a virginmedia customer for years and can’t recall ever receiving a notice of deactivation #virginmedia Thanks for the upset

I was promised I would be called back within 72 hours of speaking to one of your agents last Thursday, even accounting for the weekend, that should have been on Tuesday and now I cannot get through to your contact centre. Poor.
