    @virginmedia An engineer will be sent on Saturday. Second one in a week. Trying to use the chat function to load get a complaint and it disconnects. The agents do not seem keen on taking a complaint. I have been happish with tservice for few years now but it has deteriorated in last 6 weeks

    @virginmedia Well surprise surprise. The WiFi is down again. 6 weeks in a row. Call Centre hing yo when passing my call to a manager. Poor service. This is now unacceptable. How do I complain (other than @Ofcom) about this poor service. Why is the service so awful now.

    @ProfWoodward @virginmedia I can believe it. That’s outrageous - and clearly they don’t need the business. Which given the expense of their broadband + TV package seems about right. If it’s any consolation - it’s down a lot, and the speed we get is constantly being throttled, even before covid.

    @virginmedia not the best time to have an outage if all your services!!! Happens far to often for my liking and often for hours on end if not the whole day. As a home worker I rely on my internet connection!!! Sort it out!!!

    @virginmedia I made a complaint when this happened weeks ago, which resulted in me forking out for my own router. You didnt acknowledge my complaint and sent a letter saying I should call you back and I did and still have had no response! Apalling service! Will have to go to Ofcom.

    @virginmedia @pervlens honestly cannot believe this response. I am in the same boat. existing customer of about 8 years told i cant have the same price as new customers for THE SAME PACKAGE. have you any idea how much it costs to get a new customer compared to keeping an existing one?

    @virginmedia What have you done, it seems you have done some sort of update in the last 3-4 days cos the internet has got so bad, constantly dropping right down to 0.01mbit and thats on wifi and ethenet

    @ClaireJen79 @virginmedia My daughter hasn’t been out during lockdown but thanks to the poor broadband from Virgin she’s managed to use 10 Gb of data this month on her phone without going out and was cut off in the middle of a job interview 😡 - now that’s poor broadband service for you

    @virginmedia @ClaireJen79 It’s everyone else’s fault except @virginmedia hardware. It’s a joke. I’ve had issues and had to fight to get an engineer out every time. Had to speak to Custer service who read off a script only to get stuck when “switching it off and on again doesn’t work”. Will be leaving
