@virginmedia Maybe you can pass on the fact 2 calls to two separate call centres (first was India, second Scotland) both dropped mid call. Assuming it wasn’t the operators maybe there is an issue. Didn’t happen to Philpines on third call. Annoying when hold times are long

@virginmedia The delay was the blockage. As it was on the 15th. As it was on the 27th. I did ask for a Priority re: the cable installation. I don’t think “Priority” is In Virgins vocabulary. A two week cycle, no matter what inconveniences the customer has incurred.
