    @virginmedia When your expensive fibre broadband crashes in the middle of an online meeting with an MP this is bloody frustrating and unacceptable. Your service is often unreliable in the middle of the day. Can it be fixed or do I need another provider as backup?

    @virginmedia We managed to get through to your team on the phone yesterday and they said they will call us back. It started working again yesterday evening but it’s an on and off problem we have had for weeks so needs looking into properly which I hope will happen soon.

    @virginmedia Have to wait until Monday until an engineer can come out to fix whatever the problem is, I have never ever had a good connection, made many complaints but this is the worse ever. Intermittence connections causing me to need another @SlimmingWorld consultant to cover my groups 💔

    @itsdavidhughes @virginmedia I’m dropping tv. Vf are offering full-fibre broadband, WiFi extenders, and 4G connection backup; 500GB for £43. Might move regardless but wanted to get some views on service quality first. EE and BT are also offering similar prices.

    @banksdave1983 @virginmedia @MartinSLewis They're a bag of ****. I managed to cancel, got a call the next day asking if I'd reconsider, said no and they hung up. Then on the cancellation day it was as if I'd never spoken to them before. Phone back and there's no evidence of a call. Will never ever go with them again.
