    @virginmedia I ring and get hung up on after being on hold for 6 minutes. I just want what I was offered on Friday. I am not very happy with the customer service I am receiving at the moment and will just walk away. I have been a customer for 10 years and get no perks just bigger bills

    @virginmedia I didn’t receive my new contract on April, was not told of 6 month discount price shot up and I had to fight to get my billing date changed. Overall not a good service 😡. Took me over 30 mins on telephone to try and resolve

    @virginmedia Was not anticipating having to leave when i called in, was unhappy you increased my monthly charge and had not been advised. Was told you could do this and there was nothing you could do to rectify the overcharge. Been a loyal customer for 8 years and got treated this way

    @dgrutsch @virginmedia @SkyMediaUK @virginmedia has lost direction and customer focus IMO. After trying to tell me there was no fault in my area, before agreeing for an engineer to visit and check system (multiple faults) it proposed sending a pack of cables for me to try and fix myself. Err I don’t think so!

    Over the last couple of weeks, you had lots of trouble with our @virginmedia not working on Wi-Fi. Their excuse is that we are fixing up new customers and it seems to be upsetting the system. I can only say the system can’t be any good in the first place. And needs replacing.

    Virgin Media hideous customer service claim major broadband outage on my street but we are the only house affected. V claim it won’t be fixed until Feb 7 and refuse to let us speak to anyone senior, because they are lying.

    @GSpellchecker @virginmedia The only way I ever got action from Virgin was a proper, paper typed stroppy letter sent recorded delivery addressed to the CEO. Beyond that they don't give a ****. And their twitter department could be sacked today with no detriment to the service. Completely useless.

    @virginmedia wifi has been down since yesterday, when I tested my connection on your website it said issue in the area (postcode EH6), just now it’s started saying it’s an issue with my hub and to book a technician, should I do this or is there actually still an issue in EH6?

    @virginmedia The check server status on your website claims that the issue has been fixed as of 15.00 today, although the issue still persist. According to your 150 phone number, there's still intermittent issues with my broadband. Any help with what's going on would be appreciated.
