    Everyday this week and again today @virginmedia has stopped working… constant resets and in some cases down for 3-4 hrs at a time which is preventing work, training, education & entertainment! Come on #Virgin sort your reliability out pse

    @virginmedia Upgraded to volt500 from 350 and speed haven’t changed now 3 weeks despite your engineer changed the hub him self still same shame I been loyal customer for the last 13 years

    @virginmedia Truly astounding. I have spent hours trying to get virgin to actually carry out promises made and we’re still not there. I’ll swear the customer services reps I speak to are under so much pressure to move on to the next call they make it up as they go.

    @virginmedia can’t even set up hub properly. 3 weeks since I upgraded my speed and I receive still the same but they keep insisting (we made changes will approve by tomorrow) REALLY!!! Is technical support think we are so stupid. Get a grip @virginmedia next stop complaints

    @virginmedia Yes, zero issues in area for broadband, pulled apart and reset the router numerous times. It just keeps wanting to download new settings, works for a bit and then fails. Engineer now booked for next Wednesday which is an eternity running my business from home.

    @virginmedia all week had total Broadband outages and down again now (past hour). Received a text from VM with link to follow (self help) and guess what, I need Internet to access! Trying to WFH just impossible. Every hour we have issues.

    @virginmedia I have followed every instruction as advised. Turned off, set, check status and even network issue in area.. it just keeps dropping out daily with no know issues. It’s as if faster broadband has actually slowed it all down! Pse sort it out

    @virginmedia Broadband down again, 2nd week in a row. Had one day of service and stupidly canx Engineer due next day and hey presto back down we go again. 1 week wait for engineer, 1 day of BB, and now earliest slot for Engineer +1 week. Buyer beware. Typing whilst 50 mins holding with VM!

    @virginmedia Absolutely Disgrace, phoned to cancel contract in April/May and have been taking double payments, After several calls and been disconnected spoke to advisor who confirmed that call had been taken to cancel however

    @virginmedia Was getting between 20mb to 30mb then on wired I got 80mb. I had my internet installed Monday last week and the speeds were fine then. My upload speed right now is fine too but it’s just the download that’s bad. My jitter and ping is also high

    @virginmedia I was in the phone for hours yesterday and each time it was tested and I was told it would be fixed and emails would be released that had been blocked. I still haven’t received the lost emails, although one appeared for a few seconds in a Sent folder! Today more problems again.

    @virginmedia Sick of raising complaints, love know how in 3.5 hours planning permission is granted they won't even be digging anything up, or I can cancel an wait till December, paying for half a service is down right outrageous, still waiting waiting for a manager to call me from 4 weeks ago

    @virginmedia such appalling customer service! I have had my appointments cancelled with no fixed date of when they will be reinstated. Told it could be up to 8 weeks and I’m supposed to do nothing and have no internet in the meantime! #poorcustomerservice
