@virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

@virginmedia Thanks for replying TG, it’s back up now, however I do have a registered complaint about being charged £7.50 every month to upgraded to unlimited data on my broadband that has unlimited data.

When you ring @virginmedia to discuss your current package... 1st guy ruder than rude... Asked to talk to disconnections and get the best customer service. Turns out there was a deal to be made. Very happy now.

@virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

Day three and @virginmedia Internet is still up and down in the G71 area. When is this going to get fixed because for the price I pay I would expect my broadband to actually work. When are we going to see an improvement. Done all the relevant checks. When will this be sorted?

@PD_1972 @virginmedia I'm having the same problem with a Hub 3 that arrived less than a month ago as an upgrade. It has dropped several times, some times multiple times in a day. The old hub was more reliable.

They must get so much abuse. I’m not even mad I’m just disappointed that I can’t use the service I’m paying for. 3 months of this 💩
