    @virginmedia I did manage to get through to negotiate my contract now I have reached my first year. I went for an upgrade... now realised if I was a new customer I would get the same offer but £5 cheaper AND a free xbox/£150 odd bill credit. Going to cancel it now I think....

    @virginmedia next to useless support over the last 2 days trying to explain to your technical department what packet loss is! In the 40 mins it takes, the packet loss and speed has gone back to normal.

    Yaaa final bill from Talk Talk is on its way I have wasted so much money and time with this rubbish company. I had no service from them now I am back with Virgin Media I was such a Clutx to of changed, as soon as that bill comes in and I pay I will be happy😊😊😊😊

    @virginmedia Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was happily on a £65 pm package but needed a wifi booster. Called up and was missold the volt package (sales person said it would be £55 + come with booster) & I’m now being charged £106. Spent 8+ hours to customer service, no one can help

    As far as I know, the broadband and TV from Virgin Media are down in Sutton, SE23 and Crawley. And some are going to be without the internet until Wednesday. Absolutely no apologies or contingency plans in place. @Ofcom since you're the regulator then this should be investigated.
